  • Ads site — browsing, categories, search, filters and your account pages — How visitors browse ads by main and sub-category, how bilingual typo-tolerant search works, the filters, category attributes, sorting, pagination and where VIP ads appear, plus a short guide to the account and support pages inside the Ads site.
  • Ads chat, comments and reports — How to start a chat with a seller and the message rules (100 characters, images, profanity, repeats, blocking), the auto-delete policy, ad comments and their conditions, reporting content, and the Ads notifications page.
  • My Ads, renewing and VIP promotion — The My Ads page with its statuses and buttons, renewing an ad every 10 days, and VIP promotion end to end — packages, purchase and activation, VIP credit from plans, duration, what VIP gives and what happens after payment.
  • Posting, editing and moderating an ad — Steps to post an ad, all required fields, category attributes, photo/video limits, phone verification and plan limits, then moderation (pending/approved/rejected/suspended), sensitive-content review, editing and preview.

Ratings

  • Ratings site — places, categories, search, the place page and account pages — Browsing places by category and subcategory, city and area, bilingual typo-tolerant search, paging inside a scroll box, everything on the place page (photos, logo, info, hours, maps, QR code, sharing, reporting), and the My account, security, gifts and contact pages inside the Ratings site.
  • Rating a place — rules, moderation, reports and "My activity" — Who can rate and under what conditions, the rating form fields, when a rating is published at once or goes to review, resubmitting a rejected rating, how ratings are shown and reported and what follows, the "My activity" page with its tabs and paging, and Ratings notifications and their language.
  • Suggesting a new place on the Ratings site — Conditions to suggest a place, every form field (name, category and subcategory, city and area, place-type details, address, map, 1–3 photos with "Set as main" and display position, logo, description), the draft, the automatic translator, the limit, and what happens after submitting (review and notifications).

Jobs

  • Jobs — posting jobs, moderation, managing applicants and talent search — The company's job list, the job editor with its steps and readiness rules, moderation, appeals and reports, featured jobs, applicant management and the applicant profile (stages, notes, scorecards, export), hiring messages and interviews on the company side, and talent search, profile views, contact reveals and CV downloads.
  • Jobs — creating a company workspace, claiming it, approval, trust levels and the team — How a business or an individual creates a hiring workspace, required documents per country, trust levels and badges, approval, partnership and appeals, team roles and permissions, invitations and ownership transfer, and the channel to Bazarrna.
  • Jobs — company plans and every limit in detail — The company "Billing and plans" page, the four seeded company plans (Free · Growth · Featured 14 days · Managed recruitment request) with their default values, and every limit explained — what it allows, how it counts and renews, and what happens when it is reached — plus buying, refunds, custom plans and pausing.
  • Jobs — freelance projects: posting, moderation, proposals and reports — Browsing projects and the project page, how a seeker creates a freelancer profile and submits a proposal, how a company posts a project and gets it reviewed, selecting a proposal, its conversation and closing the project, reporting a project, and the fact that the platform does not handle payment.
  • Jobs — "Hire with Bazarrna": managed recruitment and referrals — What our team does in a managed recruitment request step by step, who may request it, per-opportunity candidate consent, the commercial offer, pricing models and payment, and referring a candidate to a company through the liaison channel.
  • Jobs — the job seeker's professional profile, CVs and AI CV import — The professional profile with its tabs and typed sections, completion score, visibility levels, CV versions, share links and the shared-CV page, CV file upload and checks, AI CV import and translation with their limits, the talent pool, the public profile, wiping all data, and the account pages inside the Jobs site.
  • Jobs — searching, applying, application statuses, messages, alerts and seeker plans — The Jobs home page and field, specialization and city pages, bilingual search with its filters and sorting, recommendations, saved items and alerts, applying (requirements, steps, limits), "My applications" and what each status means, hiring messages, interviews, Bazarrna messages and referrals, Jobs notification preferences, and seeker plans.

Plans, support & apps

  • Plans, limits and payment — on the website and inside the apps — What a plan is and how it overrides the free limit, the "limit reached" card, ad-free and VIP credit, the /plans page, buying inside the apps through Apple and Google, and the "processing" ⟶ result card ⟶ notification ⟶ invoice flow.
  • "My gifts & codes" on each site — The "My gifts & codes" page on each site: where it is, who can open it, its tabs and lists, and the kinds of codes, their conditions and where they are used.
  • Contacting support, abuse reports and blocking — The "Contact Us" page on each site, the private support conversation with its reply, closing, rating and transcript rules, the "Report" button and what happens next, blocking a user and the repeat-message mute in ad messages.
  • The Bazarrna iPhone and Android apps — what differs from the website — How the app works and why it sometimes needs an update, the update gate, AdMob and full-screen ads, push notifications, links that open the app, sharing, the back button, permissions and in-app purchase.
  • Advertising visitors see inside the pages — Our ad strips at the top and bottom of pages, the mid-page ad, the full-screen interstitial, the gate ad before some actions, Google ads (AdSense on the web, AdMob in the app), and how plans remove them.
  • Legal and about pages — where to find each one — A list of the Terms, Privacy, Policy and About pages — general and per site — with one line per page; the official text is on the page itself.
