توثيقُ رقم الجوال (قطر وسوريا) — واتساب وتيليجرام

كيف يوثّق المستخدمُ رقمَه لكلّ بلد، والقنواتُ المتاحة، وحدودُ الرموز، وما الذي يحتاج جوالاً موثَّقاً في المواقع الأربعة.

لماذا التوثيق؟

التسجيلُ لا يطلب رقمَ جوال. لكنّ النشرَ والتفاعلَ في المواقع الأربعة يحتاج جوالاً موثَّقاً لبلد المحتوى نفسِه. التوثيقُ لكلّ بلدٍ على حدة: من وثّق رقماً قطريّاً يستطيع النشرَ في قطر، وللنشر في سوريا يحتاج رقماً سوريّاً موثَّقاً أيضاً — ويبقى التوثيقُ الأوّل كما هو.

أين يتمّ؟

في صفحة «الملف الشخصي» لأيّ موقع (/ads/profile · /ratings/profile · /market/profile · /jobs/profile) بوكسُ «توثيق رقم الجوال»، وهو مطويٌّ في البداية:

• شارةُ الحالة: «الجوال موثق» أو «الجوال غير موثق» — للبلد المختار حاليّاً.
• إن كنتَ موثَّقاً في البلد الآخر فقط يظهر: «جوالُك موثَّقٌ في … وللنشر في … وثّق رقماً لهذا البلد».
• إن كان موثَّقاً: «الرقم الموثق» (‏أو «موثَّقٌ بقرارٍ إداريّ — بلا رقم») وزرّ «تغيير رقم الجوال».
• زرّ «ابدأ توثيق الرقم» / «إخفاء بوكس التحقّق».
• ملاحظة: «للحماية: إعادة الإرسال متاحة كل 60 ثانية، ويوجد حد يومي للطلبات. تيليجرام يتطلب مشاركة رقمك من الزر الرسمي داخل البوت».

الأرقامُ المقبولة

• رسائلُ الخطأ: «لا يوجد رقم جوال» · «الرقم غير مكتمل. رقم … يجب أن يكون … أرقام» · «رقم قطر غير صحيح. يجب أن يبدأ بـ 3 أو 5 أو 6 أو 7» · «رقم سوريا غير صحيح. أدخل 9 أرقام تبدأ بالرقم 9».
• البلدان المدعومة للتوثيق: قطر وسوريا فقط.

رقمٌ واحدٌ لحسابٍ واحد

الرقمُ الموثَّقُ على حسابٍ لا يُوثَّق على حسابٍ آخر: «هذا الرقمُ موثَّقٌ على حسابٍ آخر في بازارنا، ولا يسمح نظامُنا بتوثيقه مرّةً ثانية. إن كان الرقمُ لك فتواصل مع الدعم». ويحتفظ النظامُ بسجلٍّ لملكيّة الأرقام (‏متى وُثّق الرقمُ ومتى أُزيل) لهذا الغرض.

القنوات

تختار في نافذة «كيف تريد استلام الرمز؟» بين واتساب وتيليجرام (‏لا توجد رسائلُ SMS في الكود حاليّاً).

١) واتساب

1. أدخل الرقم ⟵ «إرسال الرمز». يصل رمزٌ من ٤ أرقام عبر رسالة واتساب من حساب بازارنا.
2. الرمزُ صالحٌ ١٠ دقائق، وبعد عددٍ من المحاولات الخاطئة يتوقّف حمايةً لك.
3. أدخل الرمز ⟵ «تم التحقق بنجاح» ثمّ «تم توثيق رقم الجوال».

٢) تيليجرام

1. أدخل الرقم واختر تيليجرام ⟵ تظهر نافذة «التحقق عبر تيليجرام» بخطوات: افتح البوت ⟵ اضغط Start ⟵ اضغط زرّ «مشاركة رقم الهاتف» ⟵ استلم الرمز داخل تيليجرام ⟵ ارجع وأدخله.
2. يجب تفعيلُ مربّع «أفهم أن رقم هاتفي في تيليجرام يجب أن يكون مطابقاً للرقم الذي أدخلته في الموقع» قبل «فتح بوت تيليجرام» أو «نسخ» الرابط (‏للحاسوب: انسخ الرابط وافتحه من الجوال الذي عليه تيليجرام).
3. جلسةُ تيليجرام صالحةٌ ١٥ دقيقة. البوت يرفض: مشاركةَ رقم شخصٍ آخر · رقماً من غير قطر وسوريا · رقماً لا يطابق ما أدخلتَه في الموقع (‏فيلزم البدءُ من جديد).
4. بعد المطابقة يرسل البوت رمزاً من ٤ أرقام ⟵ تُدخله في الموقع.

الحدود

• إعادةُ الإرسال بعد 60 ثانية (‏كما يقول البوكس نفسُه — «انتظر دقيقة قبل طلب رمز جديد»).
• حدٌّ يوميٌّ لطلب الرموز: بعد عددٍ من الطلبات في اليوم تظهر «وصلت للحد اليومي. حاول لاحقاً أو تواصل مع الدعم». الحدُّ لحمايتك، ولا يعني أنّ حسابك محظور.
• «إلغاء» يُنهي العمليّةَ الجارية.
• عند استنفاد المحاولات تعرض شاشةُ الرمز: «استنفدتَ محاولات هذا الرمز — حسابُك سليمٌ وغيرُ محظور، أوقفنا هذا الرمزَ حمايةً لك. اطلب رمزاً جديداً بعد قليل، وإن بلغتَ حدَّ اليوم فحاول غداً أو تواصل مع الدعم» مع «التواصل مع الدعم». وبلوغُ الحدّ اليوميّ يقول «بلغتَ حدَّ رموز التحقّق لهذا اليوم — حسابُك غيرُ محظور».

بعد التوثيق

• يُسجَّل الرقمُ موثَّقاً للبلد الذي أدخلتَه، وإن كان أوّلَ توثيقٍ للحساب يصير هذا الرقمُ رقمَ الحساب وبلدُه بلدَ الحساب.
• يظهر أنّ الحسابَ موثَّقُ الجوال في الملفّ العامّ للمستخدم، ويظهر رقمُ التواصل للموثَّقين فقط حيث يعرضه الموقع.
• تغييرُ الرقم من الملفّ الشخصيّ يُسقط توثيقَ الرقم القديم وحدَه (‏ويبقى توثيقُ البلد الآخر)، ويجب توثيقُ الجديد من جديد.
• حذفُ الحساب يُغلق سجلَّ ملكيّة أرقامه.

التوثيقُ من الإدارة

قد توثّق إدارةُ بازارنا حساباً لبلدٍ أو لكليهما في حالاتٍ خاصّة (‏فيظهر «موثَّقٌ بقرارٍ إداريّ — بلا رقم» إن لم يكن معه رقم)، أو تسحب التوثيق. لا يصلك إشعارٌ أو بريدٌ بذلك حاليّاً؛ تراه في بوكس التوثيق. ولا يُوثَّق بهذه الطريقة رقمٌ موثَّقٌ على حسابٍ آخر.

ما الذي يحتاج جوالاً موثَّقاً؟

حين تحاول فعلاً محميّاً بلا توثيق يظهر شريطٌ أحمر أعلى الشاشة (‏يختفي بعد ١٢ ثانية): «يجب توثيق رقم الجوال قبل استخدام هذه الميزة» أو «رقم الجوال الموثق لا يطابق البلد المختار. وثق رقم البلد الحالي قبل النشر» مع زرّ «وثق الآن» الذي يفتح ملفّ الموقع الحاليّ على بوكس التوثيق.

• أكوادُ الهدايا: بعضُ حملات الأكواد تشترط جوالاً موثَّقاً: «وثّق رقمَ جوالك أوّلاً لتفعيل الهديّة» — وحملةُ بلدٍ تشترط جوالاً موثَّقاً لذلك البلد (‏انظر «هداياي وأكوادي» في كلّ موقع).

• في الأفعال التي تتبع البلد يُفحص بلدُ الطلب (‏البلدُ المختار في الموقع): جوالٌ موثَّقٌ لقطر لا يكفي للنشر في سوريا.

Phone verification (Qatar and Syria) — WhatsApp and Telegram

How a user verifies a phone number per country, the available channels, code limits, and which actions on the four sites need a verified phone.

Why verify?

Sign-up doesn't ask for a phone number. But posting and interacting on the four sites needs a phone verified for the content's country. Verification is per country: a verified Qatari number lets you post in Qatar; to post in Syria you also need a verified Syrian number — and the first verification stays as it is.

Where?

On the "Profile" page of any site (/ads/profile · /ratings/profile · /market/profile · /jobs/profile) there is a "Phone verification" box, collapsed at first:

• Status badge: "Phone verified" or "Phone not verified" — for the currently selected country.
• If you are verified only in the other country: "Your phone is verified for … To post in …, verify a number for this country".
• If verified: "Verified phone" (or "Verified by an admin — no number") and a "Change phone number" button.
• "Start phone verification" / "Hide the verification box".
• Note: "For safety: resend is available every 60 seconds and daily requests are limited. Telegram requires sharing your phone using the official bot button."

Accepted numbers

• Error messages: "No phone number entered" · "The phone number is incomplete. The … number must be … digits" · "Invalid Qatar phone number. It must start with 3, 5, 6, or 7" · "Invalid Syria phone number. Enter 9 digits starting with 9".
• Supported countries for verification: Qatar and Syria only.

One number, one account

A number verified on one account cannot be verified on another: "This phone number is already verified on another account… If the number is yours, contact support." The system keeps a phone-ownership history (when a number was verified and when it was removed) for this purpose.

Channels

In "How should we send the code?" you choose WhatsApp or Telegram (there is no SMS channel in the code at present).

1) WhatsApp

1. Enter the number ⟶ "Send code". A 4-digit code arrives in a WhatsApp message from Bazarrna.
2. The code is valid for 10 minutes, and after a number of wrong attempts it stops working to protect you.
3. Enter the code ⟶ "Verified successfully" then "Phone number verified".

2) Telegram

1. Enter the number and choose Telegram ⟶ a "Verify with Telegram" dialog shows the steps: open the bot ⟶ press Start ⟶ tap "Share Phone Number" ⟶ receive the code in Telegram ⟶ come back and enter it.
2. You must tick "I understand that my Telegram phone number must match the phone number entered on this website" before "Open Telegram Bot" or "Copy" (on desktop: copy the link and open it on the phone where Telegram is signed in).
3. The Telegram session is valid for 15 minutes. The bot rejects: sharing someone else's contact · a number outside Qatar and Syria · a number that doesn't match what you entered on the site (you must start again).
4. After matching, the bot sends a 4-digit code ⟶ enter it on the site.

Limits

• Resend after 60 seconds (as the box itself says — "Please wait a minute before requesting another code").
• A daily limit on code requests: after a number of requests in a day you see "Daily limit reached. Try later or contact support". The limit is there to protect you and does not mean your account is blocked.
• "Cancel" ends the current attempt.
• When attempts run out, the code screen shows: "Too many attempts for this code — your account is fine and not blocked; we stopped this code to protect you. Request a new code shortly; if you hit today’s limit, try tomorrow or contact support" with "Contact support". Reaching the daily limit says "Daily verification limit reached — your account is not blocked".

After verification

• The number is recorded as verified for the country you entered; if it is the account's first verification, it becomes the account's phone and that country becomes the account country.
• The user's public profile shows the account as phone-verified, and a contact number is shown only for verified users where the site displays it.
• Changing the number on the profile drops only the old number's verification (the other country's verification stays), and the new number must be verified again.
• Deleting the account closes its phone-ownership history.

Verification by the Bazarrna team

In special cases the Bazarrna team may verify an account for one or both countries (it then shows "Verified by an admin — no number" if no number is attached), or remove that verification. You get no notification or email about it at present; you see it in the verification box. A number already verified on another account cannot be verified this way.

What needs a verified phone?

When you try a protected action without verification, a red bar appears at the top (it disappears after 12 seconds): "Phone verification is required before using this feature" or "Your verified phone does not match the selected country. Verify a phone for this country before posting", with a "Verify now" button that opens the current site's profile at the verification box.

• Gift codes: some code campaigns require a verified phone: "Verify your phone number first to activate the gift" — a country campaign needs a phone verified for that country (see "My gifts & codes" on each site).

• For country-bound actions the request country (the country selected on the site) is checked: a phone verified for Qatar is not enough to post in Syria.
