من يستطيع التقييم وبأيّ شروط، وحقولُ نموذج التقييم، ومتى يُنشر فوراً ومتى يذهب للمراجعة، وإعادةُ إرسال المرفوض، وعرضُ التقييمات والإبلاغُ عنها وما يحدث بعده، وصفحةُ «نشاطاتي» بتبويباتها وترقيمها، وإشعاراتُ التقييمات ولغتُها.

من يستطيع التقييم

1. حسابٌ مسجّل — الزائرُ يرى زرّ «إضافة تقييم» فيقوده إلى تسجيل الدخول.
2. بريدٌ مفعَّل — وإلّا يظهر: «يجب تفعيل بريدك الإلكتروني للتقييم.»
3. جوالٌ موثَّق لبلد المكان — التوثيقُ لكلّ بلدٍ على حدة (‏قطر أو سوريا أو كلاهما). بلا توثيق، أو بتوثيقٍ لبلدٍ آخر فقط، يُرفض الإرسال ويظهر أعلى الشاشة شريطٌ أحمر: «يجب توثيق رقم الجوال قبل استخدام هذه الميزة.» أو «رقم الجوال الموثق لا يطابق البلد المختار. وثق رقم البلد الحالي قبل النشر.» مع زرّ «وثق الآن» يفتح صندوقَ التوثيق في «حسابي». وفي حالاتٍ نادرة يظهر: «يمكنك تقييم الأماكن ضمن بلدٍ وثّقتَ فيه رقمَ جوالك فقط — وثّق رقماً لهذا البلد أوّلاً.»
   • تنبيهُ الصفحة فوق التقييمات: «لا نقبل إلا تقييمات من مستخدمين حقيقيين موثّقين بالبريد والجوال، ومن داخل بلد المكان نفسه فقط. لا يمكن لغير الموثّقين التقييم.»
4. تقييمٌ واحدٌ لكلّ مكانٍ لكلّ حساب (‏إلّا إعادةَ إرسال المرفوض — أدناه).
5. المكانُ مقبولٌ منشور.
6. خاصّيّةُ «كتابةُ تقييم» متاحةٌ للجميع في الإعداد الافتراضيّ المزروع؛ وإن قيّدتها الإدارةُ يظهر: «"كتابةُ تقييم" غيرُ متاحةٍ لحسابك الآن.» القيمةُ الحيّة: أداة.

نموذجُ التقييم (‏في صفحة المكان)

زرّ «إضافة تقييم» يفتح النموذجَ ويغلقه:

• «تقييمك» * — من ١ إلى ٥ نجوم، مع زرّ ✕ لمسح الاختيار.
• «نوع التقييم» * — «إيجابي» 👍 أو «سلبي» 👎.
• تقييماتٌ تفصيليّة اختياريّة (‏من ١/٥ إلى ٥/٥): الجودة · النظافة · الخدمة · القيمة مقابل السعر.
• «وقت الانتظار» (‏نصّ، مثل «10 دقائق») و«تاريخ التجربة» — اختياريّان.
• «تعليقك (اختياري)» مع تنبيه: «اكتب تجربتك الشخصية فقط. لا تنسخ تقييمات من مواقع أخرى ولا تضع بيانات شخصية أو اتهامات غير مدعومة.»
• خانةُ تأكيدٍ إلزاميّة: «أؤكد أن هذا التقييم مبني على تجربة حقيقية وليس إساءة أو إعلاناً مدفوعاً، وأوافق على شروط وسياسة استخدام وخصوصية بازارنا.» — الروابطُ الثلاثة تفتح صفحاتِ موقع التقييمات في تبويبٍ جديد، وزرّ الإرسال معطَّلٌ بدون الخانة.
• «إرسال التقييم» (‏تظهر دائرةُ «جاري التحميل...» أثناء الإرسال) و«إلغاء». قد يظهر قبل الإرسال إعلانٌ قصير لا يمنعه.
• نسيتَ النجوم أو النوع أو الموافقة ⟵ تنبيهٌ يذكر ما نقص: «اختر تقييمك بالنجوم أولاً» · «حدّد إن كان تقييمك إيجابياً أو سلبياً» · «يجب الموافقة على الشروط قبل الإرسال». وفشلٌ آخر ⟵ سببُه من الخادم أو «فشل إرسال التقييم».

ماذا يحدث بعد الإرسال

• الألفاظُ النابية تُرفض فوراً مع ذكر الحقل.
• فحصٌ تلقائيّ للنصّ: التقييمُ العاديّ يُنشر فوراً ويُحدَّث متوسّطُ المكان وعددُ تقييماته؛ وما يحمل اتّهاماتٍ أو عباراتٍ حسّاسة أو يبدو مريباً يذهب «قيد المراجعة» حتّى يقرّر فريقُ التقييمات. (‏قائمةُ العبارات الحيّة يقرؤها الوكيل بأداة.)
• الرسالةُ تتبع النتيجة: «تم نشر تقييمك — شكراً لك.» أو «تقييمك قيد المراجعة.» — ثمّ يُغلق النموذج وتعود القائمةُ إلى «الكل» والصفحة ١.
• تُحفظ مع التقييم إشاراتٌ تقنيّةٌ مشفّرة (‏لا تُعرض لأحد) لكشف التلاعب.
• القبول: يُنشر ويُحدَّث المتوسّط، ويصلك إشعار «تمت الموافقة على تقييمك وهو الآن مرئي.» يفتح صفحةَ المكان.
• الرفض: بسببٍ يُكتب لك، وإشعار «تم رفض تقييمك. السبب: …». أسبابُ الرفض الافتراضيّة المزروعة: التجربة غير موضحة بشكلٍ كاف · التقييم لا يبدو مبنياً على تجربة حقيقية · لغة غير مناسبة أو مخالفة · يتضمّن معلومات شخصية أو حساسة (‏القائمةُ الحيّة: ).
• تقييمٌ ثانٍ لنفس المكان: إن كان تقييمُك قيد المراجعة ⟵ «تقييمُك لهذا المكان قيد المراجعة.»؛ وإن كان منشوراً أو أخفته الإدارةُ أو أُزيل بعد بلاغ ⟵ «سبق أن قيّمتَ هذا المكان — تقييمٌ واحدٌ لكلّ مكان.»
• إعادةُ إرسال المرفوض (‏أو «مطلوب تعديل»): افتح المكانَ واملأ النموذجَ من جديد ⟵ يُحدَّث تقييمُك نفسُه (‏لا يصير لك تقييمان) ويُمسح سببُ الرفض، ويذهب دائماً «قيد المراجعة» مهما كان نصُّه.
• لا يوجد في الواجهة تعديلٌ أو حذفٌ لتقييمٍ منشور.

عرضُ التقييمات في صفحة المكان

• العنوان «إجمالي التقييمات (N)» و«N% من التقييمات المنشورة إيجابية».
• المنشورةُ وحدَها، الأحدثُ أوّلاً، ٦ في الصفحة مع أرقام الصفحات وسهمَي السابق والتالي تحت القائمة.
• فلاتر: الكل · إيجابي · سلبي بأعدادها. تغييرُ الفلتر أو الصفحة يحدّث قسمَ التقييمات وحدَه (‏دائرةُ تحميلٍ صغيرة) بلا قفز الصفحة.
• بلا نتائج ⟵ «لا توجد تقييمات بعد» · «لا توجد تقييمات إيجابية بعد» · «لا توجد تقييمات سلبية بعد».
• كلُّ بطاقة: اسمُ المقيِّم وحرفُه الأوّل · النجوم · شارةُ إيجابي/سلبي · التاريخ · التعليق · زرّ «إبلاغ» عن هذا التقييم (‏لا يظهر على تقييمك أنت). التقييماتُ التفصيليّة ووقتُ الانتظار وتاريخُ الزيارة لا تُعرض للعموم.

الإبلاغ عن تقييم وما يحدث بعده

• زرّ «إبلاغ» تحت التقييم (‏للمسجّل؛ الزائرُ يُحوَّل لتسجيل الدخول) ⟵ نافذة «الإبلاغ عن تقييم» بأسباب: تقييم غير حقيقي · اتهام خطير يحتاج مراجعة · يحتوي على بيانات شخصية · محتوى قد يسبب مشكلة قانونية · إساءة أو خطاب غير لائق · سبب آخر (‏يجب شرحُه بوضوح)، وخانةُ تفاصيل اختياريّة ⟵ «إرسال البلاغ» أو «إلغاء».
• بعده: «تم استلام البلاغ، شكراً لك» وإشعار «تم استلام البلاغ». بلاغٌ ثانٍ منك على الشيء نفسِه قبل حسم الأوّل ⟵ «سبق أن أرسلت بلاغاً عن هذا المحتوى». ولا يمكن الإبلاغُ عن تقييمك أنت.
• حجزٌ احتياطيّ: إذا تكرّرت البلاغاتُ على تقييمٍ منشور، أو كان سببُ البلاغ خطيراً (‏مشكلة قانونيّة · اتّهام خطير · بيانات شخصيّة)، يُسحب التقييمُ مؤقّتاً من الصفحة ويعود «قيد المراجعة»، ويُعاد حسابُ متوسّط المكان وعدد تقييماته بدونه حتّى يقرّر الفريق. وكذلك حين يُخفيه الفريق.
• عند حسم البلاغ يصلك إشعار «راجعنا بلاغك واتّخذنا إجراءً ✅» أو «راجعنا بلاغك» (‏لم نجد مخالفة فبقي كما هو). وإن اتُّخذ إجراءٌ بحقّ تقييمٍ يصل صاحبَه «اتُّخذ إجراءٌ بشأن تقييمك» دون ذكر هويّة المبلِّغ.
• حالاتٌ قد تراها لتقييمك في «نشاطاتي»: قيد المراجعة · مقبول · مرفوض · مخفي · مطلوب تعديل · أُزيل بعد بلاغ.
• (‏الإبلاغُ عن مكان موصوفٌ في موقعُ التقييمات — الأماكنُ والتصنيفاتُ والبحثُ وصفحةُ المكان وصفحاتُ الحساب.)

«نشاطاتي» /ratings/my-activity

للمسجّل (‏الزائرُ يُحوَّل لتسجيل الدخول)، وتصلها من «حسابي» أو من شاشة الشكر بعد اقتراح مكان. زرّ رجوع ثمّ: «كل ما أضفته في موقع التقييمات: الأماكن التي اقترحتها، تقييماتك، وبلاغاتك.» وثلاثةُ تبويبات بعدد عناصر كلٍّ منها:

• اقتراحاتي: لكلّ اقتراح: الحالة (‏قيد المراجعة · مقبول · مرفوض) والتاريخ · الصورة (‏تُكبَّر بالضغط) والاسم والتصنيف والمدينة والمنطقة والبلد · العنوان والوصف ورابط الخريطة (‏والهاتف والموقع الإلكترونيّ إن أضافتهما الإدارة) · للمقبول: «التقييم الحالي» وعددُه وزرّ «المكان» · للمرفوض: «سبب الرفض» بلغتك · للمعلّق: «قيد مراجعة فريقنا. لن تُنشر أي من معلوماتك الشخصية عند القبول.» فارغ ⟵ «لم تقترح أي مكان بعد» مع زرّ «اقترح مكاناً».
• تقييماتي: الحالة والتاريخ · المكان · النجوم والتعليق · تاريخ الزيارة والتقييمات التفصيليّة · «ملاحظة الإدارة» (‏سبب الرفض بلغتك) إن وُجدت · زرّ «المكان» إن كان المكانُ منشوراً. فارغ ⟵ «لم تكتب أي تقييم بعد» مع زرّ «تصفّح الأماكن».
• بلاغاتي: «قيد المراجعة» أو «تمّت المعالجة» · «بلاغ على تقييم» أو «بلاغ على مكان» · السبب والتفاصيل · نصّ التقييم المُبلَّغ عنه · إجراء الإدارة وتاريخ المعالجة · وللمعلّق: «بلاغك قيد المراجعة.» فارغ ⟵ «لم ترسل أي بلاغ».
• ١٠ عناصر في الصفحة داخل صندوقٍ يتمرّر وحدَه، وتحته أرقامُ الصفحات و«صفحة X من Y · N عنصراً» (‏حين تزيد العناصر على صفحة). تغييرُ الصفحة يعيد الصندوقَ لأوّله دون تحريك الصفحة، وتبديلُ التبويب يعيدك إلى الصفحة ١ دون أن تقفز الصفحة.
• تعرض نشاطَك في البلدين معاً؛ وفتحُ مكانٍ من بلدٍ غير المختار يسألك أوّلاً في نافذة «تبديل الدولة».
• الحالات: دائرةُ تحميل · تعذّرُ التحميل ⟵ تنبيه «تعذّر تحميل نشاطك».
• حصّةُ «اقتراح مكان» لا تُعرض في هذه الصفحة.

إشعاراتُ التقييمات /ratings/notifications

للمسجّل (‏الزائرُ يُحوَّل لتسجيل الدخول).

• العنوان «إشعارات التقييمات» مع عدد «جديد» وزرّ «تحديد الكل كمقروء»، وصندوقُ تفضيلات الإشعارات (‏منها إيقافُ الإشعارات الفوريّة على أجهزتك — انظر «حسابي» في كلّ موقع · الأمان · الإشعارات · حذفُ الحساب).
• ما يصل هنا: قبولُ تقييمك أو رفضُه · قبولُ اقتراح مكانك أو رفضُه · استلامُ بلاغك وحسمُه · إجراءٌ على تقييمك بعد بلاغ · ردودُ الدعم من «تواصل معنا» · وإشعاراتُ الحساب العامّة.
• الضغطُ على إشعار يعلّمه مقروءاً ويفتح رابطَه (‏صفحةُ المكان غالباً؛ ورفضُ الاقتراح يفتح «اقتراح مكان»).
• ١٠ في الصفحة داخل صندوق تمرير وأرقامُ الصفحات تحته، بلا قفزٍ عند تغيير الصفحة.
• الحالات: تحميل · فارغ ⟵ «لا توجد إشعارات في هذا القسم» · خطأ ⟵ «تعذّر تحميلُ الإشعارات — تحقّق من الاتصال وحاول مجدّداً» مع «إعادة المحاولة».
• لغةُ الإشعار: كلُّ إشعارٍ محفوظٌ باللغتين؛ القائمةُ تُعرض بلغة الواجهة التي تتصفّح بها، والإشعارُ الفوريّ على الجهاز يصل بلغة حسابك المحفوظة — وهي تتبع تلقائيّاً آخرَ لغةٍ اخترتها في الموقع أو التطبيق.

Rating a place — rules, moderation, reports and "My activity"

Who can rate and under what conditions, the rating form fields, when a rating is published at once or goes to review, resubmitting a rejected rating, how ratings are shown and reported and what follows, the "My activity" page with its tabs and paging, and Ratings notifications and their language.

Who can rate

1. A signed-in account — guests see an "Add Rating" button that takes them to sign-in.
2. A verified email — otherwise: "Email verification required to submit a rating."
3. A phone verified for the place's country — verification is per country (Qatar, Syria or both). Without verification, or with a phone verified only for another country, submitting is refused and a red bar appears at the top: "Phone verification is required before using this feature." or "Your verified phone does not match the selected country. Verify a phone for this country before posting." with a "Verify now" button that opens the verification box in "My account". In rare cases you may see: "You can only rate places in a country where your phone is verified — verify a number for this country first."
   • The notice above the ratings: "We only accept ratings from real users verified by email and phone, and only from within the place's own country. Unverified users cannot rate."
4. One rating per place per account (except resubmitting a rejected one — below).
5. The place is approved and published.
6. The "Write a review" feature is open to everyone in the seeded default setup; if the admins restrict it you see: ""Write a review" is not available for your account right now." Live value: the tool.

Rating form (on the place page)

The "Add Rating" button opens and closes the form:

• "Your Rating" * — 1 to 5 stars, with an ✕ button to clear the choice.
• "Rating type" * — "Positive" 👍 or "Negative" 👎.
• Optional detail ratings (1/5 to 5/5): Quality · Cleanliness · Service · Value.
• "Waiting time" (text, e.g. "10 minutes") and "Visit date" — optional.
• "Your Comment (optional)" with a hint: "Write only your own experience. Do not copy ratings from other websites or include personal data or unsupported accusations."
• Mandatory confirmation box: "I confirm this rating is based on a real experience (not abuse or paid promotion), and I agree to Bazarrna's Terms, Usage Policy & Privacy." — the three links open the Ratings site pages in a new tab, and the submit button stays disabled without the box.
• "Submit Rating" (a "Loading..." spinner shows while sending) and "Cancel". A short ad may appear before submitting; it never blocks it.
• Missing stars, type or consent ⟶ a hint naming what is missing: "Please select a star rating first" · "Please choose positive or negative" · "Please accept the terms before submitting". Any other failure ⟶ the server's reason or "Failed to submit rating".

What happens after submitting

• Profanity is rejected immediately, naming the field.
• An automatic text check: an ordinary rating is published at once and the place's average and count are updated; a rating with accusations, sensitive wording or anything suspicious goes "Under review" until the Ratings team decides. (The agent reads the live word list with the tool.)
• The message follows the outcome: "Your rating is published — thank you." or "Your rating is under moderation." — then the form closes and the list returns to "All" and page 1.
• Encrypted technical signals (never shown to anyone) are kept with the rating to detect manipulation.
• Approval: it is published, the average is updated, and you get "Your review was approved and is now visible." which opens the place page.
• Rejection: with a reason written for you, and the notification "Your review was rejected. Reason: …". Seeded default rejection reasons: the experience is not described clearly enough · the rating does not appear to be based on a genuine visit · inappropriate or policy-violating language · contains personal or sensitive information (live list: ).
• A second rating for the same place: if yours is under review ⟶ "Your rating for this place is under review."; if it is published, hidden by the admins or removed after a report ⟶ "You already rated this place — one rating per place."
• Resubmitting a rejected rating (or one marked "Edit requested"): open the place and fill in the form again ⟶ your same rating is updated (you never end up with two) and the rejection reason is cleared, and it always goes "Under review" whatever its text.
• The interface has no way to edit or delete a published rating.

How ratings are shown on the place page

• The heading "Total Ratings (N)" and "N% of published ratings are positive".
• Published ratings only, newest first, 6 per page with page numbers and previous/next arrows below the list.
• Filters: All · Positive · Negative with their counts. Changing the filter or the page refreshes only the ratings section (a small spinner) without jumping the page.
• No results ⟶ "No ratings yet" · "No positive ratings yet" · "No negative ratings yet".
• Each card: the rater's name and initial · stars · Positive/Negative badge · date · comment · a "Report" button for that rating (not shown on your own rating). Detail ratings, waiting time and visit date are not shown publicly.

Reporting a rating and what follows

• The "Report" button under a rating (signed-in users; guests are sent to sign-in) ⟶ a "Report rating" window with reasons: Fake rating · Serious claim needing review · Contains personal data · Potential legal risk · Offensive content · Other (must be described clearly), plus an optional details box ⟶ "Send report" or "Cancel".
• Afterwards: "Report received, thank you" and the notification "Report received". A second report from you on the same thing before the first is decided ⟶ "You already reported this content". You cannot report your own rating.
• Precautionary hold: when reports on a published rating pile up, or a report's reason is serious (legal risk · serious claim · personal data), the rating is temporarily taken off the page and goes back "Under review", and the place's average and count are recalculated without it until the team decides. The same happens when the team hides it.
• When the report is decided you get "We reviewed your report and took action ✅" or "We reviewed your report" (no violation found, so it stays as it is). If action is taken on a rating, its author gets "Action was taken on your review" without the reporter's identity.
• Statuses you may see for your rating in "My activity": Under review · Approved · Rejected · Hidden · Edit requested · Removed after report.
• (Reporting a place is described in Ratings site — places, categories, search, the place page and account pages.)

"My activity" /ratings/my-activity

Signed-in users (guests are sent to sign-in); reached from "My account" or from the thank-you screen after suggesting a place. A back button, then: "Everything you added on the reviews site: places you suggested, your reviews, and your reports." and three tabs with their item counts:

• My suggestions: for each suggestion: status (Under review · Approved · Rejected) and date · photo (enlarges on tap), name, category, city, area and country · address, description and map link (plus phone and website when the admins added them) · approved: "Current rating" with its count and a "Place" button · rejected: "Rejection reason" in your language · pending: "Under review by our team. None of your personal information will be published when approved." Empty ⟶ "You have not suggested any place yet" with a "Suggest a place" button.
• My reviews: status and date · the place · stars and comment · visit date and detail ratings · "Admin note" (the rejection reason in your language) when present · a "Place" button when the place is published. Empty ⟶ "You have not written any review yet" with a "Browse places" button.
• My reports: "Under review" or "Resolved" · "Report on a review" or "Report on a place" · reason and details · the reported review's text · admin action and resolution date · pending: "Your report is under review." Empty ⟶ "You have not submitted any report".
• 10 items per page inside a box that scrolls on its own, with page numbers and "Page X of Y · N items" below (when there is more than one page). Changing page returns the box to its start without moving the page, and switching tabs takes you back to page 1 without the page jumping.
• It shows your activity in both countries; opening a place from a country other than the selected one first asks you in a "Switch country" window.
• States: loading spinner · loading failure ⟶ the alert "Could not load your activity".
• The "Suggest a place" allowance is not shown on this page.

Ratings notifications /ratings/notifications

Signed-in users (guests are sent to sign-in).

• The title "Ratings Notifications" with a "new" count and a "Mark all as read" button, plus a notification preferences box (including turning off push notifications on your devices — see "My Account" on each site · Security · Notifications · Account deletion).
• What arrives here: your rating approved or rejected · your place suggestion approved or rejected · your report received and decided · action taken on your rating after a report · support replies from "Contact Us" · and general account notifications.
• Tapping a notification marks it read and opens its link (usually the place page; a rejected suggestion opens "Suggest a place").
• 10 per page inside a scroll box with page numbers below, with no jump when changing page.
• States: loading · empty ⟶ "No notifications in this section" · error ⟶ "Could not load notifications — check your connection and try again" with "Retry".
• Notification language: every notification is stored in both languages; the list is shown in the interface language you are browsing in, and the push notification on your device arrives in your account's saved language — which automatically follows the last language you chose on the site or app.
