صفحةُ «إعلاناتي» بحالاتها وأزرارها، وتجديدُ الإعلان كلَّ ١٠ أيّام، وترويجُ VIP كاملاً — الباقاتُ والشراءُ والتفعيل، ورصيدُ VIP من الخطط، والمدّة، وما يمنحه VIP، وما يحدث بعد الدفع.

صفحة «إعلاناتي» /ads/my

للمستخدم المسجّل. تعرض كلَّ إعلاناتك بكلّ الحالات، الأحدثَ أوّلاً، ١٠ إعلاناتٍ في الصفحة وأرقامُ الصفحات تحت القائمة.

  • أعلاها مدخلُ الخطط (مختصرٌ لخطط الإعلانات — لا يظهر إن لم تكن هناك خطط)، وزرّ رجوع، والعنوان «إعلاناتي» مع عدد إعلاناتك، وزرّ «نشر إعلان».
  • أثناء التحميل دائرةُ تحميل. بلا إعلانات: «لا توجد إعلانات حتى الآن» + «انشر أول إعلان». تعذّر التحميل: «تعذّر تحميل إعلاناتك» + «إعادة المحاولة» (ولا تُعرض «لا توجد إعلانات» حين يفشل التحميل).
  • كلُّ بطاقة: صورةُ الغلاف · العنوان · شارةُ الحالة (منشور · قيد المراجعة · مرفوض · مؤرشف) · شارة «VIP حتى <تاريخ>» إن كان فعّالاً (والبطاقةُ نفسُها ذهبيّة) · التصنيف · المدينة والمنطقة والبلد · السعر · المشاهدات · تاريخُ النشر.
    • سببُ الرفض أو التعليق يظهر للإعلان المرفوض، وللإعلان «قيد المراجعة» إن كان معلَّقاً بسبب.
    • «الإعلان قيد المراجعة من قِبَل الإدارة» لكلّ إعلانٍ قيدَ المراجعة.
    • الضغطُ على البطاقة يفتح المعاينة.
  • أزرارُ كلّ بطاقة: معاينة · تعديل · حذف (بتأكيد «هل تريد حذف إعلان "…"؟» — حذفٌ نهائيّ · «تم حذف الإعلان» عند النجاح · وعند الفشل رسالةٌ بالسبب).
  • للإعلان المنشور فقط شريطٌ سفليّ:
    • «ترويج VIP — تصدّر النتائج» (أو «تمديد ترويج VIP» إن كان فعّالاً) — يظهر فقط إن كان الترويجُ متاحاً لبلد الإعلان.
    • «تجديد الإعلان» أو «التجديد بعد <أيّام وساعات>».

تجديدُ الإعلان

  • يعيد الإعلانَ إلى أعلى القوائم (ترتيبُ «الأحدث» يعتمد تاريخَ التجديد).
  • مرّةً كلَّ ١٠ أيّام لكلّ إعلان، من تاريخ النشر أو آخر تجديد (أيّهما أحدث).
  • للإعلانات المنشورة وحدَها، وغيرِ المحجوبة لمخالفة سياسة المحتوى.
  • الزرّ يفتح نافذة «تجديد الإعلان» تشرح القاعدة؛ ضمن مدّة الانتظار تقول «لا يمكن التجديد الآن — أنت ضمن مدة الانتظار» و«متبقي: …»، وإلّا زرّ «تجديد الآن» ⟵ «تم تجديد الإعلان وعاد لأعلى القوائم ✨». وعند الرفض رسالةٌ بالسبب.
  • وفوق ذلك حدٌّ لعدد التجديدات لكلّ مستخدم في الخطط — القيمةُ الافتراضيّةُ المزروعة ٤ في الشهر للطبقة المجّانيّة، ولا يمنع أحداً إلّا إن فرضته الإدارة.

ترويجُ VIP — ما الذي يمنحه

  • الظهور أعلى القوائم: حتّى ٤ إعلاناتٍ VIP تتصدّر كلَّ صفحة نتائج قبل الإعلانات العاديّة (في البحث والتصنيفات).
  • بطاقةٌ ذهبيّة وشارة «إعلان مميز VIP» في القوائم وصفحة الإعلان والمعاينة و«إعلاناتي» وبروفايلك.
  • المدّةُ بحسب الباقة (بالأيّام). عند انتهائها يعود الإعلانُ عاديّاً تلقائيّاً عند دقيقتها.
  • التمديد يُضاف إلى الباقي: إن كان VIP سارياً تبدأ المدّةُ الجديدة من نهاية الحاليّة (لا تضيع الأيّامُ الباقية).
  • خصائصُ الباقة (مثل «بلا إعلانات») تسري عليك طوالَ التمييز إن تضمّنتها الباقة.
  • الترويجُ لإعلانٍ منشورٍ تملكه فقط، وغيرِ محجوبٍ لمخالفة سياسة المحتوى.

متى يظهر زرّ الترويج

خدمةُ الترويج شغّالة و(لبلد الإعلان باقةٌ ظاهرةٌ واحدةٌ على الأقلّ أو لديك رصيدُ VIP من خطّتك). في صفحة الإعلان يختفي الزرّ ما دام VIP فعّالاً، أمّا «إعلاناتي» والمعاينة فتعرضان «تمديد».

حالاتُ خدمة الترويج (تحدّدها الإدارة)

  • شغّالة: الشراءُ متاح.
  • موقوفةٌ مؤقّتاً مع إبقاء الحاليّ: لا شراءَ جديد («خدمة ترويج الإعلانات موقوفة مؤقتاً من قبل الإدارة. حاول لاحقاً.»)، والإعلاناتُ الـVIP الحاليّة تبقى مميّزة.
  • موقوفةٌ كلّيّاً: لا شراء، وكلُّ الإعلانات تُعرض عاديّةً بلا شارة ولا تقديم.

صفحة الترويج /ads/promote/:id (لصاحب الإعلان، يلزم الدخول)

  • رأسٌ ذهبيّ «ترويج مميز» و«اجعل إعلانك VIP 👑» باسم الإعلان، و«إعلانك VIP فعّال حتى …» إن كان فعّالاً. وإن تعذّر فتحُها: «تعذّر فتح صفحة الترويج».
  • مدخلُ الخطط (إن وُجدت خطط).
  • رصيدُ VIP من خطّتك (إن توفّر): «في خطّتك رصيدُ VIP: <العدد أو بلا حدّ> — كلُّ رصيدٍ يميّز الإعلانَ <أيّام> بلا دفع» + زرّ «فعّل VIP من رصيدي» (معطَّلٌ ويقول «فعّالٌ الآن» إن كان الإعلانُ VIP الآن). عند النجاح: «صار إعلانُك VIP حتّى <تاريخ>».
  • أربعُ مزايا (الظهور أوّلاً · الشارة الذهبيّة · مشاهدات أكثر · وصول أوسع في بلدك).
  • شريطٌ أحمر حين يتعذّر الشراء: «يمكن ترويج الإعلانات المعتمدة (المنشورة) فقط» · الخدمةُ موقوفةٌ مؤقّتاً · «الترويج غير متاح لهذا الإعلان حالياً».
  • «أكوادي»: كوبوناتُ خصم الإعلانات المتاحة لك (تُستعمل في صفحة الدفع على الموقع).
  • «الباقات والأسعار» لبلد الإعلان: الاسم · المدّة بالأيّام · السعر بالعملة · والباقةُ الثانية موسومة «الأكثر طلباً» · زرّ «اختيار ومتابعة الدفع» (معطَّلٌ إن كان الشراءُ موقوفاً).
    • إن حدّدت الإدارةُ سعراً صريحاً بالدولار لباقةٍ بعملةٍ أخرى يظهر تحت سعرها «= $… USD عبر بايبال».
    • بلا باقات والخدمةُ شغّالة ⟵ حالةُ «لا خطط حالياً» مرتّبة بدل صفحةٍ فارغة.
    • داخل التطبيقين تظهر فقط الباقاتُ المتاحةُ للشراء من متجر الجهاز.
  • «كيف يتم الدفع والتفعيل؟»: اختر الباقة ⟵ ادفع (داخل التطبيق عبر متجر جهازك) ⟵ فورَ تأكيد الدفع يصير الإعلانُ VIP ⟵ عند انتهاء المدّة يعود عاديّاً تلقائيّاً، ويمكنك التجديد في أيّ وقت.
  • الأسعارُ ليست ثابتة: الباقاتُ خططٌ تُنشئها الإدارةُ لكلّ بلد (خططُ موقع الإعلانات المعلَّمة «باقة ترويج»). القائمةُ الحيّة: أداة.

صفحة الدفع /ads/promote/:id/checkout

تُفتح من «اختيار ومتابعة الدفع» مع الباقة المختارة (يلزم الدخول). فيها زرّ «الرجوع للباقات» وملخّصُ الطلب: الإعلان · رقمُ الإعلان · الباقة والمدّة · اسمُك وبريدُك وهاتفُك · المبلغُ الإجماليّ.

  • الباقةُ غيرُ المحدّدة أو التي لم تعد متاحة ⟵ «الباقة غير محددة — ارجع واختر باقة» أو «هذه الباقةُ لم تعد متاحة — ارجع واختر باقةً أخرى». وإن تعذّر فتحُ الصفحة: «تعذّر فتح صفحة الدفع».

على الموقع (المتصفّح):

  • وسيلةُ الدفع: المزوّدون المسموحون لبلد الإعلان لخدمة VIP (غيرُ المهيّأ بعد يظهر «قريباً»). إن لم يُفعَّل أيٌّ منها: «وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني قيد التفعيل حالياً — ستتوفر قريباً جداً».
  • بايبال يخصم بالدولار دائماً: لباقةٍ بغير الدولار تظهر تحت بايبال قيمةُ الخصم بالدولار، وعند اختياره نافذةٌ تشرح المبلغ (سعرُ الإدارة الصريح بالدولار، أو تحويلٌ بسعر الصرف المعتمد ويُكتب «≈») مع «موافق ومتابعة» و«إلغاء». بلا سعرٍ بالدولار: «الدفع عبر بايبال غير متاح لهذه الباقة».
  • رمزُ الخصم (اختياريّ) + «أكوادي» تعبّئه بضغطة. المبلغُ يُحسب عند الإرسال من سعر الباقة والكوبون (الخصمُ قبل تحويل العملة). كوبونٌ يغطّي السعرَ كاملاً يفعّل VIP مباشرةً بلا دفع («فُعّلت الباقة بالكوبون بلا دفع»). والكوبونُ المخصَّصُ لتصنيفٍ يعمل لإعلانٍ في ذلك التصنيف أو أيٍّ من فئاته الفرعيّة (وإلّا «هذا الكوبونُ خاصٌّ بتصنيفٍ آخر»). وقد يُرفض الكوبونُ لأسبابٍ أخرى برسالةٍ واضحة (بلدٌ آخر · لم يبدأ · انتهى · أقلّ من الحدّ الأدنى · استُنفد). والكوبونُ لا يُستهلك إلّا بعد تأكيد الدفع.
  • «ادفع الآن بأمان» ⟵ «جاري التحويل لبوابة الدفع...» ⟵ بوّابةُ المزوّد. الضغطُ المتكرّر لا يُنشئ دفعتين (يُعاد رابطُ الدفع نفسُه).
  • «الدفع يتم عبر بوابة المزوّد الآمنة — لا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك إطلاقاً».
  • بعد العودة من البوّابة ⟵ «جاري التحقق من الدفع... لا تغلق الصفحة» ⟵ يُسأل المزوّدُ فعلاً عن الدفع.

داخل التطبيقين (آيفون وأندرويد):

  • الشراءُ عبر نافذة متجر آبل أو جوجل بحسابك المسجَّل في الجهاز، بزرّ «اشترِ الآن»، مع مراحلَ ظاهرة («جارٍ الشراء…») ثمّ بطاقةُ النتيجة. إغلاقُ نافذة المتجر دون شراءٍ لا يغيّر شيئاً.
  • تظهر فقط الباقاتُ التي فعّلتها الإدارةُ لتلك المنصّة وربطتها بمنتجٍ في متجرها.
  • زرّ «استعادةُ المشتريات» لمراجعة مشترياتك السابقة («تمّت مراجعةُ مشترياتك»).
  • من لديه كوبونُ خصمٍ تظهر له ملاحظة: «يُستعمل عند الدفع من موقع bazarrna.net فقط. الشراءُ هنا بسعر المتجر».

بعد الدفع:

  • نجاح: «مبروك! إعلانك أصبح VIP 👑» · «فعّال حتى <تاريخ>» · رقمُ الفاتورة و«أرسلنا الفاتورة الرسمية (PDF) إلى بريدك الإلكتروني» · إشعار «تم تفعيل ترويج VIP 👑» · زرّا «عرض إعلاني» و«إعلاناتي».
  • إلغاء أو فشل أو قيد المعالجة: بطاقةُ نتيجةٍ تقول ما حدث وسببَه، وأنّ إعلانك لم يتغيّر، وأنّه إن وصل التأكيدُ لاحقاً يُفعَّل تلقائيّاً مع إشعار، مع إمكان المحاولة مجدّداً أو التواصل مع الدعم. وتبقى الصفحةُ على الباقة نفسِها.
  • إن أوقفت الإدارةُ الخدمةَ أثناء ذلك تظهر رسالةٌ بأنّ الشراء موقوفٌ حاليّاً.

رصيدُ VIP من الخطط

  • قد تمنحك خطّتُك رصيدَ تمييز VIP: عددَ مرّاتٍ في مدّة (يوم/أسبوع/شهر/سنة)، وعددَ أيّامٍ لكلّ رصيد (إن لم تحدّده الخطّة فـ٧ أيّام، وأقصاه ٣٦٥).
  • لا رصيدَ بلا خطّةٍ تمنحه (الطبقةُ المجّانيّة بلا رصيد). والرصيدُ يسقط بنهاية المدّة ولا يتراكم.
  • يُصرف بلا دفع من صفحة الترويج على إعلانٍ منشورٍ تملكه وليس VIP الآن («الإعلانُ VIP فعّالٌ الآن — استعمل الرصيدَ بعد انتهائه أو على إعلانٍ آخر»). بلا رصيد: «لا رصيدَ VIP متبقٍّ في خطّتك لهذه المدّة». وإن كانت خدمةُ الترويج متوقّفةً كلّيّاً: «خدمةُ ترويج VIP قيدَ الصيانة حاليّاً — رصيدُك محفوظٌ ولم يُصرف شيء…» ولا يُصرف شيء.
  • يعمل حتّى لو كان الشراءُ موقوفاً مؤقّتاً (الخطّةُ مدفوعةٌ سلفاً).

My Ads, renewing and VIP promotion

The My Ads page with its statuses and buttons, renewing an ad every 10 days, and VIP promotion end to end — packages, purchase and activation, VIP credit from plans, duration, what VIP gives and what happens after payment.

"My Ads" page /ads/my

For signed-in users. Shows all your ads in every status, newest first, 10 ads per page with page numbers under the list.

  • At the top a plans entry (a compact link to Ads plans — hidden when there are no plans), a back button, the "My Ads" title with your ad count, and a "Post Ad" button.
  • While loading a spinner. No ads: "No ads yet" + "Post Your First Ad". Load failed: "Could not load your ads" + "Try again" (it never shows "No ads yet" when loading fails).
  • Each card: cover image · title · status badge (Published · Under Review · Rejected · Archived) · a "VIP until <date>" badge when active (and the card itself turns gold) · category · city, area and country · price · views · posting date.
    • The rejection or suspension reason shows for rejected ads, and for "under review" ads that were suspended with a reason.
    • "Your ad is being reviewed by the admin" on every ad under review.
    • Clicking the card opens the preview.
  • Card buttons: Preview · Edit · Delete (with a "Delete ad "…"?" confirmation — permanent · "Ad deleted" on success · a message with the reason on failure).
  • Published ads only get a bottom bar:
    • "Promote VIP — top of results" (or "Extend VIP promotion" when active) — shown only if promotion is available for the ad's country.
    • "Renew ad" or "Renew in <days and hours>".

Renewing an ad

  • Bumps the ad back to the top of the lists ("Newest" sorting uses the renewal date).
  • Once every 10 days per ad, counted from the posting date or the last renewal (whichever is later).
  • Published ads only, and not held for a content-policy violation.
  • The button opens a "Renew Ad" dialog explaining the rule; within the waiting period it says "Cannot renew yet — you are within the waiting period." and "Remaining: …", otherwise a "Renew now" button ⟶ "Ad renewed — back at the top ✨". If refused, a message gives the reason.
  • On top of that, plans can limit the number of renewals per user — the default seeded value is 4 per month for the free tier, and it blocks no one unless admins enforce it.

VIP promotion — what it gives

  • Top placement: up to 4 VIP ads lead every results page before regular ads (search and categories).
  • A gold card and "VIP Featured" badge in lists, the ad page, the preview, My Ads and your profile.
  • Duration depends on the package (in days). When it ends the ad returns to normal automatically at that exact minute.
  • Extending adds to the remaining time: if VIP is still running, the new period starts at the end of the current one (remaining days are not lost).
  • Package features (e.g. "No ads") apply to you for the whole promotion if the package includes them.
  • Only for a published ad you own, not held for a content-policy violation.

When the promote button appears

The promotion service is on and (the ad's country has at least one visible package or you have VIP credit from your plan). On the ad page the button hides while VIP is active; My Ads and the preview show "Extend" instead.

Promotion service states (set by admins)

  • On: purchases allowed.
  • Paused, current VIP kept: no new purchases ("The promotion service is temporarily paused by the administration. Try again later."), current VIP ads stay featured.
  • Stopped completely: no purchases and all ads display as regular with no badge or priority.

Promotion page /ads/promote/:id (ad owner, sign-in required)

  • A gold header "Premium promotion" and "Make your ad VIP 👑" with the ad name, and "Your ad is VIP until …" when active. If it cannot be opened: "Could not open the promotion page".
  • The plans entry (if plans exist).
  • VIP credit from your plan (if available): "Your plan has VIP credit: <n or unlimited> — each credit makes the ad VIP for <days>, free" + a "Use my VIP credit" button (disabled and showing "Active now" while the ad is VIP). On success: "Your ad is VIP until <date>."
  • Four perks (top placement · gold badge · more views · wider reach in your country).
  • A red strip when purchase is not possible: "Only approved (published) ads can be promoted." · the service is temporarily paused · "Promotion is not available for this ad right now."
  • "My codes": Ads discount coupons available to you (used on the checkout page on the website).
  • "Packages & pricing" for the ad's country: name · duration in days · price and currency · the second package is tagged "Most popular" · a "Select & pay" button (disabled while purchases are paused).
    • When the admins set an explicit USD price for a package in another currency, "= $… USD via PayPal" appears under its price.
    • No packages while the service is on ⟶ a tidy "no plans yet" state instead of an empty page.
    • Inside the apps, only packages that can be bought from the device store are shown.
  • "How do payment & activation work?": choose a package ⟶ pay (in the app, through your device store) ⟶ once payment is confirmed the ad becomes VIP ⟶ when the period ends it returns to normal automatically, and you can renew anytime.
  • Prices are not fixed: packages are plans created by admins per country (Ads-site plans flagged as "promotion package"). Live list: the tool.

Checkout page /ads/promote/:id/checkout

Opened from "Select & pay" with the chosen package (sign-in required). It has a "Back to packages" button and an order summary: ad · ad ID · package and duration · your name, email and phone · total.

  • A missing or no-longer-available package ⟶ "No package selected — go back and choose one." or "This package is no longer available — go back and choose another." If the page cannot be opened: "Could not open checkout".

On the website (browser):

  • Payment method: the providers allowed for the ad's country for VIP (ones not set up yet show "Soon"). If none is enabled: "Online payment methods are being activated — available very soon."
  • PayPal always charges in USD: for a non-USD package the USD amount shows under PayPal, and choosing it opens a dialog explaining the amount (the admins' explicit USD price, or a conversion at the configured rate marked "≈") with "Agree & continue" and "Cancel". Without a USD price: "PayPal is unavailable for this package".
  • Discount code (optional) + "My codes" fills it in one tap. The amount is calculated on submission from the package price and the coupon (discount applied before currency conversion). A coupon covering the full price activates VIP directly with no payment ("Activated with the coupon — no payment needed"). A coupon made for a category works for an ad in that category or any of its subcategories (otherwise "Coupon is not valid for this ad category"). A coupon can also be refused for other reasons with a clear message (another country · not started · expired · below the minimum · used up). The coupon is consumed only after payment is confirmed.
  • "Pay securely now" ⟶ "Redirecting to payment..." ⟶ the provider's gateway. Repeated clicks do not create two payments (the same payment link is returned).
  • "Payment happens on the provider's secure gateway — we never store your card details."
  • After returning from the gateway ⟶ "Verifying your payment... Please do not close this page." ⟶ the provider is actually asked about the payment.

Inside the apps (iPhone and Android):

  • Purchase goes through the Apple or Google store sheet with the account signed in on the device, via "Buy now", with visible stages ("Purchasing…") then a result card. Closing the store sheet without buying changes nothing.
  • Only packages the admins enabled for that platform and linked to a store product are shown.
  • A "Restore purchases" button to check your earlier purchases ("Purchases checked.").
  • Users holding a discount coupon see a note: "it can only be used when paying on bazarrna.net. Purchases here use the store price."

After payment:

  • Success: "Congrats! Your ad is now VIP 👑" · "Active until <date>" · the invoice number and "The official PDF invoice was sent to your email" · a "VIP promotion activated 👑" notification · "View my ad" and "My ads" buttons.
  • Cancelled, failed or still processing: a result card stating what happened and why, that your ad is unchanged, that a late confirmation will activate it automatically with a notification, and the option to retry or contact support. The page stays on the same package.
  • If the admins pause the service in the meantime, a message says purchases are currently stopped.

VIP credit from plans

  • Your plan may give you VIP credit: a number of uses per period (day/week/month/year) and a number of days per credit (7 days if the plan does not set it, at most 365).
  • No credit without a plan granting it (the free tier has none). Credit expires at the end of the period and does not accumulate.
  • Spent free of charge from the promotion page on a published ad you own that is not VIP right now ("This ad is already VIP — use the credit after it ends or on another ad"). Without credit: "No VIP credit left in your plan for this period". If promotion is fully stopped: "VIP promotion is under maintenance right now — your credit is safe and nothing was used…", and nothing is spent.
  • Works even when purchases are temporarily paused (the plan was paid in advance).
