ما هو «شاهين»؟

مساعدٌ ذكيٌّ داخل بازارنا تكتب له كما تكتب لصديق: «دوّر لي على آيفون بالدوحة» · «اكتبلي إعلان لبيع سيارتي» · «شو صار بطلب التقديم تبعي؟» · «كيف أوثّق جوالي؟».
يعمل بحسابك وصلاحيّاتك أنت فقط وعبر نظام بازارنا نفسِه — بالفحوص والحدود والمراجعة نفسِها التي تمرّ بها حين تستعمل الموقع بيدك.
يختلف عن «وكيلي الذكيّ» (‏الذي تربط فيه ChatGPT أو Claude من خارج بازارنا): «شاهين» موجودٌ هنا مباشرةً ولا يحتاج ربطاً.

أين هو؟

من «حسابي» في أيّ موقع ⟵ «🦅 شاهين» (‏تظهر الكبسةُ حين يكون «شاهين» متاحاً) — الصفحة: /ads/shaheen · /ratings/shaheen · /market/shaheen · /jobs/shaheen.
ومن القائمة الجانبيّة في أيّ موقع ⟵ «شاهين» تحت «الإشعارات» — حين يكون متاحاً لحسابك (‏خطّة · منحة · مجّانيّ · رصيد). لا تجده؟ فهو غيرُ متاحٍ لحسابك الآن أو مطفأٌ للجميع.
مُنحتَه من فريق بازارنا ⟵ يصلك إشعارٌ «🦅 «شاهين» متاحٌ لك» حين يصير ظاهراً فعلاً — والمنحةُ تظهر أيضاً في «خططي» (‏من «حسابي» أو القائمة) مع زرّ «افتح «شاهين»».
المحادثاتُ نفسُها في المواقع الأربعة؛ ما يتغيّر هو الموقعُ الذي يبدأ منه (‏فيعرف أدواتِه أوّلاً).

مَن يستعمله؟

تدخل «شاهين» إن كان متاحاً وواحدٌ من هذه:

خطّتُك تشمل «شاهين» (‏تظهر في «الخطط») — وقد تمنحك رصيداً كلَّ ٣٠ يوماً.
عندك رصيدُ «شاهين»: هديّةُ التسجيل · كودُ هديّة · رصيدٌ من فريق بازارنا · أو باقةٌ اشتريتها — الرصيدُ وحدَه يكفي بلا خطّة.
فريقُ بازارنا منحك إيّاه لمدّة · أو جعله مجّانيّاً للجميع.
إن لم يكن متاحاً لك تظهر رسالةٌ تقول السببَ وكبساتٌ تناسبه: «الخطط» · «اشترِ رصيداً» (‏على الموقع) · «وثّق جوالك» (‏إن كانت هديّةُ التسجيل تنتظر التوثيق).

الرصيدُ ومفتاحُك

«رصيدُ بازارنا»: يعمل «شاهين» على مزوّد الذكاء عندنا ويُخصم ثمنُ كلّ جوابٍ من رصيدك بالدولار. رصيدُك ورسائلُ اليوم في الحلقة الدائريّة داخل صندوق الكتابة: تمتلئ كلّما استعملت (‏برتقاليّةٌ عند ٧٠٪ · حمراءُ عند ٨٥٪) — اضغطها لترى رسائلَ اليوم «7 / 30» وما بقي، والرصيدَ «$3.20 / $5.00» وأقربَ دفعةٍ تنتهي، و«اشترِ رصيداً» على الموقع.
هديّةُ التسجيل (‏حين تكون مفعّلة): تُضاف حين تفتح «شاهين» أوّلَ مرّة — مرّةً لكلّ حساب ولكلّ رقم جوال، وقد تحتاج جوالاً موثَّقاً.
باقاتُ الرصيد: من «الخطط» على موقع بازارنا (/plans?site=shaheen) — اختر الباقة، ضع علامةً على «أوافق على الشروط وسياسة الاسترداد» ثمّ «اشترِ الآن». يصلك إشعارُ «أُضيف رصيدُ «شاهين»» وفاتورة. لا تُباع الباقاتُ داخل التطبيقين؛ ورصيدُك يعمل في كلّ مكان.
«مفتاحي» (‏حين تسمح خطّتك): ضع مفتاحَك الخاصّ من Anthropic (Claude) أو OpenAI أو Google (Gemini) أو DeepSeek أو Moonshot (Kimi) — ما يسمح به الموقع منها — من قائمة المحادثات ⟵ «مفتاحي» ⟵ يُفحص ويُحفظ مختوماً ولا يظهر منه إلّا آخرُ ٤ أحرف — وتدفع لمزوّدك مباشرةً.
الموديل تختاره من خانة الكتابة: قسمٌ «رصيدُ بازارنا» وقسمٌ «مفتاحي» (‏★ = موصى به).

أوّلَ مرّة: الموافقة

قبل أوّل رسالة: «قبل أن نبدأ» — ما تكتبه وما يقرؤه «شاهين» من حسابك ليجيبك يصل إلى مزوّد الذكاء الذي يعمل به الموديلُ المختار (‏Anthropic · OpenAI · Google · DeepSeek · Moonshot). اضغط «أوافق — لنبدأ». تُطلب مرّةً واحدة.

الموافقةُ ببطاقة — لا شيءَ بلا ضغطتك

كلُّ فعلٍ مؤثّر (‏نشرُ إعلان · تعديل · حذف · إرسالُ رسالة · تقديمٌ على وظيفة · طلبٌ من السوق…) يظهر بطاقةً فيها ما سيحدث بالتفصيل بكلامٍ واضح (‏التصنيفُ والمدينةُ بأسمائهما · السعرُ بعملته · الحالة · الماركة والطراز وباقي الخصائص · عددُ الصور) وزرّان: «وافق» و«لا».
بعد التنفيذ يظهر على البطاقة زرٌّ يفتح المكان — مثل «افتح «إعلاناتي»» بعد نشر إعلان، أو «طلباتي» بعد تقديمٍ على وظيفة.
«وافق» ⟵ يُنفَّذ الفعلُ نفسُه الذي رأيتَه (‏من خادم بازارنا مباشرةً) · «لا» ⟵ لا شيء.
«شاهين» لا يستطيع أن يوافق عنك — الخادمُ يرفض ذلك.

ما لا يفعله أبداً

لا يغيّر كلمةَ المرور ولا البريدَ ولا الجوال · لا يحذف حسابك · لا يدفع ولا يؤكّد دفعاً · لا يكتب تقييماً باسمك · لا يقدّم بلاغات · لا يثبت ملكيّةَ مكان. هذه بيدك على الموقع.

البطاقاتُ في الجواب

نتائجُ البحث تظهر بطاقاتٍ مرقّمة تمرّرها جانبيّاً: إعلان · مكان · وظيفة · طلبُ تقديم · منتج · متجر · محادثة — بصورتها وسعرها أو تقييمها ومدينتها. اضغط البطاقة لتفتح صفحتَها. وتظهر حين تطلب أن ترى (‏«دوّر لي…» · «اعرض لي…») — أمّا ما يقرؤه «شاهين» لنفسه وهو يجهّز لك شيئاً (‏تصنيفٌ · خصائص) فلا يظهر لك.

الصورُ والملفّاتُ والمايك

المشبك 📎 داخل صندوق الكتابة يفتح «رفع الملفات» فوق الصندوق (‏المحادثةُ لا تتحرّك والصندوقُ ثابتٌ أسفل الشاشة؛ ورقمٌ على المشبك بعدد المرفقات · وما رفعتَه يبقى إن أغلقته · وصورتُك تظهر في رسالتك على جهازك خلال الجلسة): صور (‏JPG · PNG · WebP · GIF) · PDF · Word · نصوص (‏TXT · CSV) — حتّى ٤ صورٍ وملفّين في الرسالة وحدٌّ يوميّ.
- الصورةُ يُعاد حفظُها بلا بيانات الموقع والكاميرا قبل أن تصل للمزوّد · ومن الملفّ يُقرأ نصُّه فقط.
- تُمسح بعد الجواب ويبقى اسمُها في المحادثة.
- «انشر إعلاناً بهذه الصورة»: يستعمل «شاهين» الصورةَ المرفقةَ مباشرةً (‏مع بطاقة موافقة).
- إن ظهر «الموديلُ المختار لا يرى الصور» فاختر موديلاً آخر.
🎙 المايك (‏حين يكون متاحاً): اضغطه وتكلّم حتّى دقيقتين ⟵ «أنهِ» ⟵ «جارٍ تحويلُ صوتك إلى نصّ…» ⟵ يظهر النصُّ في الخانة فتراجعه ثمّ ترسله. الصوتُ لا يُحفظ، وثمنُ الدقيقة من رصيدك.

ما يتذكّره «شاهين» عنك

قل «تذكّر أنّي…» فيحفظ حقيقةً قصيرة (‏حتّى ٢٠) ويستعملها في محادثاتك القادمة.
تجدها في قائمة المحادثات ⟵ «ما يتذكّره «شاهين» عنك» — احذف واحدةً أو اضغط «انسَ كلَّ ما تعرفه عنّي».
لا يحفظ كلماتِ المرور ولا أرقامَ البطاقات ولا الرموز ولو طلبتَ.

المحادثات

«محادثةٌ جديدة» · قائمةٌ مرتّبةٌ باليوم (‏على الجوال من «المحادثات») · حذفُ محادثةٍ من سلّتها.
🔎 «ابحث في محادثاتك» أعلى القائمة: العناوينُ تُصفّى فوراً، ثمّ «في كلام المحادثات» بمقطعٍ حول الكلمة — ولا يهمّ التشكيلُ ولا الهمزات ولا «ة/ه» ولا «ى/ي» (‏«اعلان الشقه» تجد «إعلان الشقّة»). يبحث في أحدث المحادثات (‏حتّى ٣٠٠).

التحكّمُ وهو يعمل

⏹ «أوقف» (‏الزرّ الأحمر بجانب «أرسل» — أو Esc على الحاسوب): يتوقّف فوراً ويظهر «أوقفتَه هنا.». الخطوةُ التي بدأها تُكمل (‏لا يُقطع حفظُ إعلانٍ في نصفه) وما بعدها لا يبدأ · وكلفةُ ما بدأه تُحسب من رصيدك.
✍️ اكتب له وهو يعمل: الصندوقُ يبقى مفتوحاً — رسالتُك تظهر منقّطةً «يقرؤها في خطوته التالية» ثمّ تصير عاديّةً عليها «أثناء عمله» (‏حتّى ٥ تنتظر · وتُعدّ في رسائل اليوم). مثلاً وهو يكتب إعلانك: «وكمان حطّ إنو السعر قابل للتفاوض». وإن أوقفتَه عادت ما لم يقرأه إلى الصندوق.
✏️ «عدّل»: القلمُ بجانب آخرِ رسالةٍ كتبتَها (‏أو ↑ في صندوقٍ فارغ على الحاسوب) يعيد نصَّها للصندوق — عند «أرسل التعديل» تحلّ هي وجوابُها محلَّ القديمين. ما وافقتَ عليه يبقى منفّذاً، والبطاقاتُ التي لم توافق عليها في الجواب القديم تُلغى. المرفقاتُ تُرفَق من جديد.
🔁 «جاوب من جديد» تحت آخر جواب: «بنفس الموديل» أو موديلٌ آخر من القائمة.
🚪 إغلاقُ الصفحة لا يوقفه: يكمل جوابَه ويُحفظ — وحين تعود (‏أو من جهازٍ آخر) تراه «ما زال يعمل» وتستطيع إيقافَه أو الكتابةَ له. ورابطُ الصفحة يحمل المحادثةَ المفتوحة.
🔔 «شاهين أنهى جوابه»: إشعارٌ واحدٌ للمحادثة إن أخذ الجوابُ ١٠ ثوانٍ فأكثر وكنتَ خارج الصفحة (‏أغلقتَها أو انتقلتَ لتطبيقٍ آخر) — يفتح المحادثة. لا يصل إن أوقفتَه أو كنتَ تتابعه.
💾 ما كتبتَه ولم ترسله يبقى على جهازك لكلّ محادثة (‏٣٠ يوماً) — لا يُرفع للخادم، ويُمحى حين ترسله أو تسجّل الخروج.
الموافقةُ تبقى بيدك: الإيقافُ والتعديلُ والإعادة لا تنشر ولا ترسل شيئاً — كلُّ نشرٍ وإرسالٍ بطاقةُ «وافق».

الحدود

رسائلُ اليوم وعددٌ في الدقيقة (‏يحدّدها فريقُ بازارنا — وقد تزيدها خطّتُك).
إن انتهى رصيدُك أو بلغتَ الحدّ أو توقّف «شاهين» مؤقّتاً تظهر رسالةٌ بالسبب — ومحادثاتُك تبقى.

خصوصيّتك

ما تكتبه وما يقرؤه «شاهين» من حسابك ليجيبك يصل إلى مزوّد الذكاء الذي يعمل به الموديلُ المختار (‏Anthropic · OpenAI · Google · DeepSeek · Moonshot) ويخضع لشروطه. محادثاتُك محفوظةٌ مختومةً — لا تظهر في أيّ لوحةٍ لفريق بازارنا ولا لوكيله، وتحذفها متى شئت. ونستعملها لتحسين «شاهين» وتعليم موديلٍ خاصٍّ بنا لمواقع شركتنا وحدَها، بعد إزالة ما يدلّ عليك — لا تُباع ولا تُعطى لأحد، والمحادثةُ التي تحذفها تُحذف من مادّة التحسين أيضاً. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصيّة (‏قسمُ «شاهين») والشروط والأحكام (‏قسمُ «شاهين» ورصيده).

"Shaheen" 🦅 — the AI assistant inside Bazarrna

A chat inside Bazarrna that searches for you, writes your ad, follows your orders and answers about the site — with your OK on every important step: who can use it, credit and your own key, approval cards, result cards, attachments and the mic, memory, controls while it works (stop · write to it · edit · answer again · search · notification · drafts), and limits.

What is "Shaheen"?

An AI assistant inside Bazarrna you write to like a friend: "find me an iPhone in Doha" · "write an ad to sell my car" · "what happened to my job application?" · "how do I verify my phone?".
It works with your account and only your permissions, through Bazarrna's own system — the same checks, limits and review you go through when you use the site yourself.
It is different from "My AI agent" (where you connect ChatGPT or Claude from outside Bazarrna): Shaheen lives right here and needs no connection.

Where is it?

From "My account" on any site ⟶ "🦅 Shaheen" (the button shows when Shaheen is available) — the page: /ads/shaheen · /ratings/shaheen · /market/shaheen · /jobs/shaheen.
And from the side menu on any site ⟶ "Shaheen" under "Notifications" — when it is available to your account (plan · grant · free · credit). Not there? It is not available to your account right now, or it is off for everyone.
Granted by the Bazarrna team ⟶ you get a "🦅 “Shaheen” is ready for you" notification once it is actually visible — and the grant also shows in "My plans" (from "My account" or the menu) with an "Open Shaheen" button.
The same chats on all four sites; only the starting site changes (so it knows that site's tools first).
The page needs you to be signed in.

Who can use it?

You get into Shaheen when it is available and one of these is true:

Your plan includes Shaheen (see "Plans") — it may give you credit every 30 days.
You have Shaheen credit: the signup gift · a gift code · credit from the Bazarrna team · or a pack you bought — credit alone is enough, no plan needed.
The Bazarrna team granted it to you for a period, or made it free for everyone.
If it is not available to you, a message tells you why with the right buttons: "Plans" · "Get credit" (on the website) · "Verify your phone" (when the signup gift is waiting for verification).

Credit and your own key

"Bazarrna credit": Shaheen runs on our AI provider and each answer's cost comes out of your credit in USD. Your credit and today's messages are in the round ring inside the message box: it fills as you use it (orange at 70% · red at 85%) — tap it to see today's messages “7 / 30” and what is left, the credit “$3.20 / $5.00” and the nearest lot to end, and “Get credit” on the website.
Signup gift (when on): added the first time you open Shaheen — once per account and per phone number, and it may need a verified phone.
Credit packs: from "Plans" on the Bazarrna website (/plans?site=shaheen) — pick a pack, tick "I agree to the terms and the refund policy", then "Buy now". You get a "Shaheen credit added" notification and an invoice. Packs are not sold inside the apps; your credit works everywhere.
"My key" (when your plan allows): add your own key from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google (Gemini), DeepSeek or Moonshot (Kimi) — whichever the site allows — from the chat list ⟶ "My key" ⟶ it is checked and stored sealed, showing only its last 4 characters — and you pay your provider directly.
The model is chosen from the message box: a "Bazarrna credit" group and a "My key" group (★ = recommended).

First time: agreement

Before your first message: "Before we start" — what you write, and what Shaheen reads from your account to answer you, goes to the AI provider of the model you picked (Anthropic · OpenAI · Google · DeepSeek · Moonshot). Tap "I agree — let's start". It is asked once.

Approval cards — nothing happens without your tap

Every impactful action (posting an ad · editing · deleting · sending a message · applying to a job · placing a market order…) shows a card with exactly what will happen in plain words (the category and city by name · the price with its currency · condition · brand, model and other features · number of photos) and two buttons: "Approve" and "No".
Once done, the card shows a button to open the place — like "Open “My ads”" after posting an ad, or "My applications" after applying to a job.
"Approve" ⟶ the same action you saw is carried out (by Bazarrna's server directly) · "No" ⟶ nothing.
Shaheen cannot approve on your behalf — the server refuses it.

What it never does

It never changes your password, email or phone · never deletes your account · never pays or confirms a payment · never writes a review in your name · never files reports · never proves place ownership. Those are yours to do on the site.

Cards in the answer

Search results show as numbered cards you swipe sideways: ad · place · job · application · product · store · chat — with their photo, price or rating and city. Tap a card to open its page. They appear when you ask to see things ("find me…" · "show me…") — what Shaheen reads for itself while preparing something for you (a category, features) is not shown.

Photos, files and the mic

The 📎 clip inside the message box opens “Upload files” above the box (the chat does not move and the box stays at the bottom of the screen; a number on the clip counts the attachments · what you uploaded stays if you close it · your photo shows in your message on your device during the session): images (JPG · PNG · WebP · GIF) · PDF · Word · text (TXT · CSV) — up to 4 images and 2 files per message and a daily limit.
- Images are re-saved without location and camera data before they reach the provider · from a file only its text is read.
- They are wiped after the answer and only their name stays in the chat.
- "Post an ad with this photo": Shaheen uses the attached photo directly (with an approval card).
- If you see "The chosen model cannot see images", pick another model.
🎙 The mic (when available): tap it and speak for up to two minutes ⟶ "Done" ⟶ "Turning your voice into text…" ⟶ the text appears in the box for you to review and send. Audio is never stored, and each minute is charged to your credit.

What Shaheen remembers about you

Say "remember that I…" and it saves a short fact (up to 20) to use in your next chats.
Find them in the chat list ⟶ "What Shaheen remembers about you" — delete one, or tap "Forget everything about me".
It never saves passwords, card numbers or codes, even if you ask.

Chats

"New chat" · a list grouped by day (on phones from "Chats") · delete a chat with its bin icon.
🔎 "Search your chats" at the top of the list: titles filter instantly, then "Inside your chats" shows a snippet around the word — Arabic spelling variants match (diacritics, hamza forms, ة/ه, ى/ي). It searches your most recent chats (up to 300).
👍/👎 under each answer helps us improve it.

Controls while it works

⏹ "Stop" (the red button next to "Send" — or Esc on a computer): it stops at once and shows "You stopped it here.". A step it already started finishes (an ad is never half-saved) and nothing after it starts · what it started is charged to your credit.
✍️ Write while it works: the box stays open — your message shows dashed, "reads it at its next step", then turns normal with "while it worked" (up to 5 can wait · they count toward today's messages). If you stop it, what it hadn't read returns to your box.
✏️ "Edit": the pencil next to your last written message (or ↑ in an empty box on a computer) puts its text back in the box — "Send edit" replaces it and its answer. What you approved stays done; cards you didn't approve in the old answer are dropped. Attach files again if needed.
🔁 "Answer again" under the last answer: "Same model" or another model from the list.
🚪 Closing the page doesn't stop it: it finishes and saves its answer — when you come back (or from another device) you see "Still working" and can stop it or write to it. The page link carries the open chat.
🔔 "Shaheen finished its answer": one notification per chat when an answer took 10 seconds or more and you were away from the page (closed it or switched apps) — it opens the chat. Not sent if you stopped it or were watching.
💾 What you typed but didn't send stays on your device per chat (30 days) — never uploaded, and cleared when you send it or sign out.
Approval stays yours: stop, edit and answer-again never post or send anything — every post or message is an "Approve" card.

Limits

Messages per day and per minute (set by the Bazarrna team — your plan may raise them).
If your credit runs out, you hit a limit, or Shaheen is paused for a while, a message tells you why — and your chats stay.

Your privacy

What you write, and what Shaheen reads from your account to answer you, goes to the AI provider of the model you picked (Anthropic · OpenAI · Google · DeepSeek · Moonshot) and is subject to its terms. Your chats are stored sealed — they appear in no Bazarrna team panel or agent tool, and you can delete them any time. We use them to improve Shaheen and to train our own model for our company’s sites only, after removing what identifies you — never sold or given to anyone, and a chat you delete is removed from the improvement data too.
