الغرضُ ومن يدخل

صفحةُ «اقترح مكاناً جديداً» — «ساعدنا في توسيع الدليل — اقترح مطعماً أو محلاً أو عيادة أو أي مكان.» تصلها من زرّ «اقتراح مكان» في رئيسيّة التقييمات أو من «حسابي» أو من «نشاطاتي».

الشروط

• حسابٌ مسجّل — الزائرُ يُحوَّل لتسجيل الدخول، وزرّ «اقتراح مكان» في الرئيسيّة يظهر للمسجّل فقط.
• جوالٌ موثَّق: إن لم يكن في حسابك رقمٌ موثَّق يظهر أعلى النموذج «يجب توثيق رقم هاتفك قبل إرسال أي اقتراح.» مع زرّ «توثيق الرقم»، ويبقى زرّ الإرسال معطَّلاً. يفتح «حسابي» /ratings/profile حيث صندوقُ توثيق الجوال.
• والتوثيقُ يجب أن يكون لبلد الاقتراح: يذهب الاقتراحُ إلى البلد المختار في الموقع (‏علمُه واسمُه بجانب العنوان)؛ وإن كان رقمُك موثَّقاً لبلدٍ آخر فقط يُرفض الإرسال ويظهر الشريطُ الأحمر «رقم الجوال الموثق لا يطابق البلد المختار…» مع «وثق الآن». تبديلُ البلد أثناء التعبئة يمسح المدينةَ والمنطقة.
• حدُّ الاقتراحات (‏خاصّيّة «اقتراحُ مكان»): القيمةُ الافتراضيّةُ المزروعة ٣ اقتراحاتٍ في الشهر، ويُفرض فقط إن فعّلت الإدارةُ فرضَه، ولها تغييرُ العدد والمدّة (‏يوم · أسبوع · شهر · سنة)؛ القيمةُ الحيّة بأداة.
  • يُعدّ ما أُرسل فعلاً فقط (‏المحاولةُ الفاشلة لا تُحتسب)، ويُفحص الحدُّ قبل رفع أيّ صورة.
  • الحدُّ غيرُ معلنٍ في الصفحة؛ يظهر عند بلوغه في نافذة «بلغتَ الحدّ»: «بلغتَ الحدَّ المسموح لـ«اقتراحُ مكان»: N … إن كان لديك أماكنُ أخرى فتواصل معنا عبر «تواصل معنا» واختر أدمن التقييمات.»

حقولُ النموذج /ratings/suggest

1. «اسم المكان»: بالعربيّة و/أو بالإنجليزيّة — مطلوبٌ بلغةٍ واحدةٍ على الأقلّ، كلُّ خانةٍ تقبل لغتَها فقط (‏حروفُ اللغة الأخرى تُحذف مع تنبيه «هذا الحقل للعربية فقط»)، حتّى ١٠٠ حرفٍ بلا المسافات مع عدّادٍ ظاهر.
2. «التصنيف والموقع»:
   • «التصنيف الرئيسي» * ⟵ «التصنيف الفرعي» * (‏يظهر ويُصبح إجباريّاً إن كان للتصنيف فروع — مثل نوع المطبخ: «اكتب: سوري، آسيوي، بحري…»).
   • «المدينة» * ⟵ «المنطقة» * من قائمةٍ يُكتب فيها بالعربيّة أو الإنجليزيّة. أثناء تحميل المناطق تظهر «تُحمَّل المناطق…».
   • منطقتُك غيرُ موجودة؟ اختر «＋ منطقتي غيرُ موجودة — سأكتبها» فتظهر خانتا «المنطقة / الحي بالعربية» و«… بالإنجليزية» (‏الاثنتان إجباريّتان)، مع رابط «↩ اختر من قائمة المناطق» للعودة. مدينةٌ بلا مناطق تفتح الخانتين مباشرة.
3. «تفاصيل تخصّ نوع المكان» (‏تظهر فقط إن كان لنوع المكان أسئلة): مثل المطبخ للمطعم والتخصّص للعيادة؛ والإلزاميُّ منها لا يُتجاوز.
4. «العنوان»: **بالعربيّة * وبالإنجليزيّة *** (‏كلٌّ بلغته، حتّى ٢٠٠ حرفٍ بلا المسافات).
5. «رابط الموقع على الخريطة (اختياري)»: رابطُ خرائطٍ رسميّ فقط — خرائط جوجل · ويز · خرائط آبل · أوبن ستريت ماب · بينغ · هير · ماب كويست · 2GIS · ياندكس · what3words — وليس نصّاً عاديّاً.
6. «صور المكان (من ١ إلى ٣)» *: «تحميل صور المكان» (‏jpg · png · webp، حتّى ١٠ ميغابايت للصورة) و/أو لصقُ رابط صورةٍ ثمّ «إضافة» (‏يبدأ بـ http أو https، بلا تكرار، وثلاثُ صورٍ على الأكثر). لكلّ صورةٍ بطاقةُ معاينة:
   • «تعيين كرئيسية» (‏يظهر حين تكون أكثرَ من صورة) — الرئيسيّةُ واجهةُ المكان وتحمل شارة «الرئيسية»؛ بلا اختيارٍ تكون الأولى.
   • «تحديد جهة العرض» (‏اختياريّ): محرّرٌ تختار فيه أيَّ جزءٍ من الصورة يظهر داخل الإطار، فيصير الزرّ «جهةُ العرض محدّدة». إن تركتَه يحاول النظامُ تلقائيّاً إظهارَ اسم المحلّ.
   • رابطُ صورةٍ يُحذف بزرّ ✕.
   • تنبيه: «من صورةٍ إلى ثلاث (رفع أو روابط) — الرئيسيّةُ هي واجهةُ المكان. «جهةُ العرض» اختياريّة… اللوغو اختياري.»
7. «اللوغو (اختياري)»: ملفٌّ واحد (‏«تحميل اللوغو») أو رابط؛ اختيارُ ملفٍّ يعطّل خانةَ الرابط، والرابطُ تظهر معاينتُه مع ✕.
8. «معلومات التواصل»: «الاسم (من حسابك)» و«رقم الهاتف (الموثّق)» — مقفلان: «تُستخدم معلومات حسابك للتحقق فقط. لن يتم نشر أي من معلوماتك الشخصية أو حسابك عند قبول المكان.»
9. «وصف إضافي (اختياري)»: بالعربيّة وبالإنجليزيّة حتّى ٥٠٠ حرفٍ لكلٍّ منهما؛ «يظهر لكل زائر الوصف بلغته. إن تركتَ أحدهما فارغاً يُعرض الآخر.»
10. «إرسال الاقتراح» وتحته خانةُ الموافقة الإلزاميّة: «أوافق قبل اقتراح هذا المكان على الشروط والأحكام وسياسة الاستخدام وسياسة الخصوصية.» (‏الزرّ معطَّلٌ بدونها)، ثمّ «تفريغ النموذج» — يسأل أوّلاً «سيُمسح كل ما أدخلته عن هذا المكان… لا يمكن التراجع» بزرّي «نعم، فرّغ الكل» و«إلغاء».
11. المسوّدة: ما تكتبه يُحفظ في متصفّحك ٢٤ ساعة؛ وعند العودة تسألك نافذة «استعادة مسوّدة» («استعادة» أو «ابدأ من جديد»). الصورُ واللوغو المرفوعان لا يُحفظان (‏روابطُ الصور تُحفظ).
12. لا توجد في النموذج خاناتٌ لهاتف المكان أو موقعه الإلكترونيّ أو ساعات العمل — يضيفها فريقُ الموقع لاحقاً.

الترجمةُ التلقائيّة («مترجم بازارنا» — حين تفعّلها الإدارةُ لموقع التقييمات)

• بطاقةٌ أعلى النموذج تترجم بياناتِ المكان كاملةً إلى اللغة الأخرى وتملأ الحقولَ الفارغة فقط، وزرٌّ صغيرٌ تحت كلّ حقلٍ ثنائيّ يترجمه إلى مقابله (‏ويسأل «الحقلُ المقابلُ مكتوبٌ — هل تستبدله بالترجمة؟» قبل الاستبدال). بعد الترجمة: «راجع الترجمة وعدّلها إن لزم»؛ وإن تعذّرت: «تعذّرت الترجمةُ الآن — أكمل يدويّاً.»
• ما قبلتَه كما هو يظهر للزوّار بعلامةٍ صغيرة «مترجمٌ آليّاً» في صفحة المكان · وما عدّلتَه يُعدّ كتابتَك.
• كلُّ ضغطةٍ تُعَدّ مرّةً من حدّ الترجمة (‏خاصّيّة «ترجمةُ اقتراح المكان تلقائيّاً»): القيمةُ الافتراضيّةُ المزروعة ١٠ مرّاتٍ في الشهر للحساب المجّانيّ، والقيمةُ الحيّة بأداة. بلوغُ الحدّ يُظهر بطاقةَ الحدّ: المدّة · متى يتجدّد · والخططُ التي ترفعه إن وُجدت.
• إن لم تظهر الأزرارُ فالمترجمُ غيرُ مفعَّلٍ لهذا الموقع أو غيرُ متاحٍ لحسابك — اكتب اللغتين بنفسك.

ماذا يحدث عند الإرسال

1. تحقّقٌ فوريّ في الصفحة يذكر أوّلَ نقصٍ برسالة، مثل: «اسم المكان مطلوب (بالعربية أو الإنجليزية)» · «اختر التصنيف الفرعي» · «اختر المنطقة» · «اكتب المنطقة بالعربية والإنجليزية» · «العنوان مطلوب بالعربية والإنجليزية» · «رابط الموقع غير صالح…» · «صورة المكان إجبارية (رفع صورة أو رابط)» · «اضغط «إضافة» بجانب رابط الصورة» · «انتظر اكتمال تحميل الصور» · وكلماتٌ غيرُ لائقة في الاسم أو العنوان أو المنطقة أو الوصف.
2. قد يظهر إعلانٌ قصير قبل الإرسال (‏لا يمنعه).
3. فحوصُ الخادم تعيد الشروطَ نفسَها: الحدّ · الحقولُ الإجباريّة · لغةُ كلّ حقلٍ والألفاظُ حقلاً حقلاً (‏مع ذكر الحقل المخالف) · رابطُ الخريطة · عددُ الصور ١–٣ · الفرعيُّ الإجباريّ · تفاصيلُ نوع المكان.
4. يُحفظ المكانُ «قيد المراجعة» ولا يظهر للعموم. الصورةُ الرئيسيّة تصير الغلاف والبقيّةُ صورَ المعرض بترتيبها. الصورُ واللوغو المضافة بروابط تُنسخ إلى بازارنا فلا يعتمد المكانُ على الموقع الآخر (‏وإن تعذّر النسخُ يبقى الرابطُ كما هو). ثمّ يحاول النظامُ تحديدَ جهة العرض لما لم تحدّده بيدك.
5. فحصُ الأمان للصور: تمرّ كلُّ الصور (‏واللوغو) بالفحص نفسِه الذي تمرّ به صورُ الإعلانات؛ والصورةُ المشبوهة تعني مراجعةً أدقّ — يبقى الاقتراحُ «قيد المراجعة» حتّى يُبتّ فيه.
6. تظهر شاشة «شكراً لاقتراحك!»: «تم استلام اقتراحك وسيُراجَع من قِبَل فريقنا. لن تُنشر أي من معلوماتك الشخصية عند قبول المكان.» مع زرّي «اقترح مكاناً آخر» (‏نموذجٌ فارغ) و«نشاطاتي».
7. فشلٌ آخر ⟵ سببُه من الخادم أو «فشل إرسال الاقتراح».

المراجعة والإشعارات

• يراجعه فريقُ التقييمات لبلد المكان. لا يُنشر المكانُ إلّا مكتملاً (‏الفرعيُّ والتفاصيلُ الإلزاميّة مثل نمط المطعم) — فيُكمِله الفريقُ أو يرفضه.
• القبول: يُنشر المكانُ ويظهر في القوائم والبحث، ويصلك إشعار «تمت الموافقة على اقتراح المكان "…" وهو الآن منشور.» يفتح صفحةَ المكان.
• الرفض: بسببٍ إلزاميّ، وإشعار «تم رفض اقتراح المكان "…". السبب: …» يفتح صفحةَ «اقتراح مكان». أسبابُ الرفض الافتراضيّة المزروعة: المكان مكرر أو موجود مسبقاً · بيانات المكان ناقصة · التصنيف أو المدينة غير صحيح · تعذر التحقق من وجود المكان (‏القائمةُ الحيّة: ).
• حالةُ كلّ اقتراحٍ وسببُ رفضه في «نشاطاتي» ⟵ «اقتراحاتي» (‏انظر كتابةُ تقييمٍ لمكان — القواعدُ والمراجعةُ والبلاغات و«نشاطاتي»).
• بعد القبول قد يضيف فريقُ الموقع صوراً أخرى أو يقصّها أو يغيّر جهةَ عرضها أو يعيّن اللوغو، ويضيف الهاتفَ والموقعَ الإلكترونيّ والساعات.
• معلوماتُك الشخصيّة لا تُنشر مع المكان.

Suggesting a new place on the Ratings site

Conditions to suggest a place, every form field (name, category and subcategory, city and area, place-type details, address, map, 1–3 photos with "Set as main" and display position, logo, description), the draft, the automatic translator, the limit, and what happens after submitting (review and notifications).

Purpose and who can open it

The "Suggest a New Place" page — "Help grow the directory — suggest a restaurant, shop, clinic, or any place." Reached from the "Suggest a Place" button on the Ratings home page, from "My account" or from "My activity".

Conditions

• A signed-in account — guests are sent to sign-in, and the "Suggest a Place" button on the home page shows for signed-in users only.
• A verified phone: if your account has no verified number, the top of the form says "You must verify your phone number before submitting." with a "Verify phone" button, and the submit button stays disabled. It opens "My account" /ratings/profile, where the phone verification box is.
• The verification must be for the suggestion's country: the suggestion goes to the country selected on the site (its flag and name sit next to the title); if your number is verified only for another country, submitting is refused and the red bar "Your verified phone does not match the selected country…" appears with "Verify now". Switching country while filling in clears the city and area.
• Suggestion limit (the "Suggest a place" feature): seeded default value 3 suggestions per month, enforced only if the admins switch enforcement on; they can change the number and the period (day · week · month · year). Live value: the tool.
  • Only actually submitted suggestions count (a failed attempt does not), and the limit is checked before any photo is uploaded.
  • The limit is not announced on the page; it shows when reached in a "Limit reached" window: "You reached the limit for "Suggest a place": N … If you have more places, contact us through "Contact us" and choose the reviews admin."

Form fields /ratings/suggest

1. "Place Name": Arabic and/or English — required in at least one language; each box accepts its own language only (letters of the other language are removed with the hint "This field accepts English only" or its Arabic equivalent), up to 100 characters excluding spaces with a visible counter.
2. "Category & Location":
   • "Main Category" * ⟶ "Subcategory" * (appears and becomes required when the category has children — e.g. cuisine: "Type: Syrian, Asian, seafood…").
   • "City" * ⟶ "Area" * from a list typeable in Arabic or English. While areas load it shows "Loading areas…".
   • Area missing? Choose "＋ My area is not listed — I will type it" to reveal "Area / Neighborhood (Arabic)" and "(English)" (both required), with a "↩ Pick from the list" link to go back. A city with no areas opens the two boxes directly.
3. "Details for this place type" (appears only when the place type has questions): e.g. cuisine for a restaurant, speciality for a clinic; required ones cannot be skipped.
4. "Address": **Arabic * and English *** (each in its language, up to 200 characters excluding spaces).
5. "Map link (optional)": official map links only — Google Maps · Waze · Apple Maps · OpenStreetMap · Bing · HERE · MapQuest · 2GIS · Yandex · what3words — not plain text.
6. "Place photos (1 to 3)" *: "Upload place photos" (jpg · png · webp, up to 10 MB each) and/or paste an image link and press "Add" (starts with http or https, no duplicates, three photos at most). Each photo gets a preview card:
   • "Set as main" (shown when there is more than one photo) — the main photo is the place's face and carries a "Main" badge; with no choice it is the first.
   • "Set display position" (optional): an editor where you choose which part of the photo shows inside the frame; the button then reads "Position set". If you skip it, the system tries to show the shop name automatically.
   • A photo link is removed with ✕.
   • Hint: "One to three photos (upload or links) — the main one is the place's face. “Display position” is optional… Logo is optional."
7. "Logo (optional)": one file ("Upload logo") or a link; choosing a file disables the link box, and a link shows a preview with ✕.
8. "Contact Info": "Name (from your account)" and "Phone (verified)" — locked: "Your account details are used for verification only. None of your personal or account info will be published when the place is approved."
9. "Additional Notes (optional)": Arabic and English descriptions up to 500 characters each; "Each visitor sees the description in their own language. If one is left empty, the other is shown."
10. "Submit Suggestion" with the mandatory consent box below it: "Before suggesting this place, I agree to the Terms, the Usage Policy, and the Privacy Policy." (the button stays disabled without it), then "Reset the form" — it first asks "Everything you entered for this place will be cleared… This cannot be undone" with "Yes, clear everything" and "Cancel".
11. Draft: what you type is kept in your browser for 24 hours; when you come back a "Restore draft" window asks ("Restore" or "Start fresh"). Uploaded photos and logo are not saved (image links are).
12. The form has no fields for the place's phone, website or working hours — the site team adds those later.

Automatic translation ("Bazarrna translator" — when the admins enable it for the Ratings site)

• A card at the top of the form translates all the place details into the other language and fills only the empty fields, and a small button under each bilingual field translates it into its pair (asking "The other field already has text — replace it with the translation?" before replacing). After translating: "review and edit if needed"; if it fails: "Translation failed right now — please complete it manually."
• What you accept unchanged shows visitors a small "Machine-translated" tag on the place page · what you edit counts as your own writing.
• Each press counts once against the translation limit (the "Automatic place translation" feature): seeded default value 10 per month for a free account; live value: the tool. Reaching it shows the limit card: the period · when it renews · and the plans that raise it, if any.
• If the buttons do not appear, the translator is not enabled for this site or not available to your account — write both languages yourself.

What happens on submit

1. Instant checks on the page name the first problem in a message, e.g. "Place name is required (Arabic or English)" · "Select subcategory" · "Select area" · "Enter the area in Arabic and English" · "Address is required in Arabic and English" · "Invalid map link…" · "Place photo is required (upload or URL)" · "Press “Add” next to the image link" · "Wait until the photos finish loading" · and inappropriate words in the name, address, area or description.
2. A short ad may appear before sending (it never blocks it).
3. Server checks repeat the same conditions: the limit · required fields · each field's language and wording field by field (naming the offending field) · the map link · 1–3 photos · the required subcategory · place-type details.
4. The place is saved "Under review" and is not public. The main photo becomes the cover and the rest become gallery photos in order. Photos and the logo added by link are copied into Bazarrna so the place does not depend on the other site (if copying fails, the link is kept as is). The system then tries to set the display position for photos you did not set by hand.
5. Photo safety check: all photos (and the logo) go through the same check as ad photos; a suspicious photo means a closer review — the suggestion stays "Under review" until decided.
6. A "Thank you for your suggestion!" screen: "Your suggestion has been received and will be reviewed by our team. None of your personal information will be published when the place is approved." with "Suggest another place" (an empty form) and "My activity".
7. Any other failure ⟶ the server's reason or "Failed to submit suggestion".

Review and notifications

• Reviewed by the Ratings team for the place's country. A place is published only when complete (the subcategory and required details such as dining style) — the team completes it or rejects it.
• Approval: the place is published and appears in lists and search, and you get "Your suggested place "…" was approved and is now published." which opens the place page.
• Rejection: a reason is mandatory; the notification "Your suggested place "…" was rejected. Reason: …" opens the "Suggest a place" page. Seeded default rejection reasons: the place is duplicated or already exists · the place information is incomplete · the category or city is incorrect · the place could not be verified (live list: ).
• Each suggestion's status and rejection reason are under "My activity" ⟶ "My suggestions" (see Rating a place — rules, moderation, reports and "My activity").
• After approval the site team may add more photos, crop them, change their display position or set the logo, and add the phone, website and hours.
• Your personal information is not published with the place.
