متى يعمل؟
القسمُ يعمل لكلّ بلدٍ على حدة وتفعّله الإدارة؛ وحين لا يكون مفعّلاً تختفي روابطُه من القائمة («المشاريع المستقلة» · «مساحة المستقل») وتردّ الصفحات: «مشاريع العمل الحر غير متاحة في هذا البلد».
- للجميع. «المشاريع المستقلة»: المشاريعُ المنشورة غيرُ المنتهية في بلدك، الأحدثُ أوّلاً. وللمسجّل زرّ «مساحة المستقل».
- البطاقة: الشركة · المدينة · العنوان · مقتطفٌ من الوصف · الميزانيّة (من–إلى) والعملة · زرّ «عرض المشروع».
- الحالات: «لا توجد مشاريع منشورة حالياً» · «تعذر تحميل المشاريع» مع «إعادة المحاولة».
صفحةُ المشروع — /jobs/projects/:id
- للجميع: العنوان والوصف · الشركة · الميزانيّة («ميزانية ثابتة» أو «بالساعة») · المدّة · المهارات · «المخرجات» · وتنبيه «بازارنا لا يحتفظ بأموال المشروع ولا يقدم خدمة ضمان دفع حالياً».
- «إرسال عرض» (للمسجّلين؛ والزائرُ يرى «سجّل الدخول لإرسال عرض»): القيمة · المدة بالأيام · رسالة العرض (إلزاميّة) · منهج العمل · «أوافق على شروط المشاريع المستقلة» ⟵ «إرسال» ⟵ «تم إرسال العرض». العملةُ هي عملةُ المشروع نفسِه.
- يتطلّب ملفَّ مستقلٍّ منشوراً ومشروعاً منشوراً مفتوحاً في بلد ملفّك. عرضٌ واحدٌ لكلّ مشروع: «لقد قدّمت عرضاً لهذا المشروع مسبقاً».
- «الإبلاغ عن المشروع» (للمسجّلين): تكتب سبب البلاغ (حتّى 800 حرف) ⟵ «تم إرسال البلاغ للمراجعة»؛ مرّةً واحدة لكلّ مشروع («لقد أبلغت عن هذا المشروع مسبقاً»)، وللمشروع المنشور أو قيد التنفيذ فقط. يراجعه فريقُنا ويُغلقه معالَجاً أو مرفوضاً بقرارٍ مكتوب.
- الحالات: «جار التحميل» · «تعذر عرض المشروع» مع «إعادة المحاولة» · ورابطُ «كل المشاريع» للعودة.
- للمسجّلين، ويحتاج ملفّاً مهنيّاً أوّلاً («يلزم إنشاء ملف مهني للمرشّح»).
- الحقول: العنوان والنبذة بالعربيّة والإنجليزيّة (كلٌّ بلغته ودون ألفاظٍ غير لائقة) · الأجر الاسترشاديّ (وعملتُه تُضبط تلقائيّاً بحسب بلدك: الريال في قطر والدولار في سوريا) · التوفّر (متاح · متاح جزئياً · غير متاح) · «خدماتي»: حتّى 20 خدمة بعنوانٍ ووصفٍ باللغتين («إضافة خدمة» · «حذف الخدمة») · حالة الملف (مسودة · منشور · متوقف) · «أوافق على شروط المستقلين» ⟵ «حفظ» («تم حفظ ملف المستقل»).
- النشرُ يتطلّب بريداً وجوالاً موثّقين وملفّاً مهنيّاً نشطاً وقبولَ شروط العمل الحرّ الحاليّة؛ وإلّا «يلزم ملف مهني منشور وموثّق قبل المتابعة».
- «عروضي»: كلُّ عرضٍ بحالته (مُرسل · محدد · غير محدد · مسحوب) مع «المحادثة» و«سحب العرض» (ما دام «مُرسلاً»). الفارغ: «لم ترسل أي عرض بعد».
مشاريعُ الشركة — /jobs/company/:companyId/projects
- مَن: المالك · مدير الشركة · مسؤول التوظيف · مدير التوظيف؛ والشركةُ نشطة ومعتمدة (أو في «يحتاج تعديلات»). تُفتح من «المشاريع المستقلة» في مساحة الشركة.
- «مشروع جديد» ⟵ «مسودة مشروع جديدة»: العنوان والوصف بالعربيّة والإنجليزيّة (الوصف 50 حرفاً على الأقلّ بكلّ لغة) · طبيعةُ المشروع (لمرّة واحدة · مستمرّ · بمراحل) · نمطُ العمل (عن بُعد · حضوريّ · مختلط) · مستوى الخبرة (مبتدئ · متوسّط · خبير) · الساعات المتوقّعة (حين تنطبق) · نوع الميزانية (ثابتة · بالساعة) والحدّ الأدنى والأعلى (الأعلى ≥ الأدنى) · المدة بالأيام · المدينة (اختياريّة — «بدون مدينة محددة») · التصنيف · حتّى 20 مهارة · «المخرجات»: مُخرَجٌ واحدٌ على الأقلّ (حتّى 20) باللغتين مع تفاصيله ⟵ «إنشاء المسودة». والعملةُ عملةُ بلد الشركة (الريال في قطر · الدولار في سوريا).
- فحصٌ آليّ: ذكرُ واتساب/تلغرام أو أرقام هواتف، أو تحويلاتٍ خارجيّة أو عملاتٍ رقميّة، أو محتوىً غيرِ قانونيٍّ أو للبالغين ⟵ يُراجَع المشروعُ بتدقيقٍ أكبر.
- «تعديل» ممكنٌ في المسوّدة أو المرفوض فقط («حفظ التعديلات»)، ويعيده مسوّدة.
- «إرسال للمراجعة» يتطلّب قبولَ شروط المشروع الحاليّة ⟵ «أُرسل المشروع للمراجعة البشرية» والحالة «قيد المراجعة».
- المراجعة: يقرّر فريقُنا نشر أو رفض أو تعليق بسببٍ مكتوب. عند النشر يبقى المشروع منشوراً 45 يوماً ثمّ ينتهي تلقائيّاً. والمرفوضُ يُعدَّل ويُعاد إرساله.
- «العروض» (وعددُها على البطاقة): «عروض المشروع» بترتيب وصولها، لكلٍّ منها «المحادثة» و«اختيار» ⟵ «تم اختيار العرض وبدء المشروع»: المشروعُ «قيد التنفيذ» والعرضُ «محدد» وبقيّةُ العروض «غير محدد» تلقائيّاً. الفارغ: «لا توجد عروض لهذا المشروع».
- «إكمال»: من «قيد التنفيذ» إلى «مكتمل». «إلغاء» بسببٍ إلزاميّ («سبب الإلغاء»): من «منشور» أو «قيد التنفيذ».
- حالاتُ المشروع: مسودة · قيد المراجعة · منشور · قيد التنفيذ · مكتمل · ملغي · مرفوض · معلّق · منتهي. الفارغ: «لا توجد مشاريع بعد».
محادثةُ العرض
بين الشركة والمستقلّ على العرض ما دام «مُرسلاً» أو «محدداً» («محادثة العرض» ⟵ «الرسالة» ⟵ «إرسال»). تُحذف تلقائيّاً الروابطُ والبريداتُ وأرقامُ الهواتف من النصّ («[link removed]» · «[email removed]» · «[phone removed]»).
ملاحظة
المنصّةُ لا تتوسّط في الدفع بين الشركة والمستقلّ في هذا القسم: «بازارنا لا يحتفظ بأموال المشروع ولا يقدم خدمة ضمان دفع حالياً». وتُتابَع الحالاتُ من الصفحات نفسِها.
Jobs — freelance projects: posting, moderation, proposals and reports
Browsing projects and the project page, how a seeker creates a freelancer profile and submits a proposal, how a company posts a project and gets it reviewed, selecting a proposal, its conversation and closing the project, reporting a project, and the fact that the platform does not handle payment.
When is it available?
The section works per country and is enabled by the admin; when it is off its menu links ("Freelance Projects" · "Freelancer") disappear and the pages answer: "Freelance projects are not available in this country."
- Open to everyone. "Freelance projects": the published, unexpired projects in your country, newest first. Signed-in users also get a "Freelancer workspace" button.
- The card: company · city · title · a description excerpt · budget (min–max) and currency · a "View project" button.
- States: "No published projects." · "Projects could not be loaded." with "Retry".
The project page — /jobs/projects/:id
- Open to everyone: title and description · company · budget ("Fixed budget" or "Hourly") · duration · skills · "Deliverables" · and the notice "Bazarrna does not hold project funds or currently provide payment protection."
- "Submit proposal" (signed-in users; visitors see "Sign in to submit a proposal."): Amount · Duration in days · Cover letter (required) · Approach · "I accept the freelance project terms." ⟶ "Submit" ⟶ "Proposal submitted." The currency is the project's own.
- It requires a published freelancer profile and an open published project in your profile's country. One proposal per project: "You already submitted a proposal for this project."
- "Report project" (signed-in users): you describe the reason (up to 800 characters) ⟶ "Report sent for review."; once per project ("You already reported this project"), and only for a published or in-progress project. Our team reviews it and closes it as resolved or dismissed with a written resolution.
- States: "Loading" · "Project unavailable" with "Retry" · and an "All projects" link back.
- Signed-in users, and a professional profile is needed first ("Candidate profile is required").
- Fields: headline and bio in Arabic and English (each in its own language, no inappropriate words) · indicative rate (its currency is set automatically by your country: riyal in Qatar, US dollar in Syria) · availability (available · limited · unavailable) · "My services": up to 20 services with a bilingual title and description ("Add service" · "Remove service") · profile status (draft · published · paused) · "I accept the freelancer terms." ⟶ "Save" ("Freelancer profile saved.").
- Publishing requires verified email and phone, an active professional profile and acceptance of the current freelance terms; otherwise "A published verified candidate profile is required."
- "My proposals": each proposal with its status (submitted · selected · not selected · withdrawn), with "Messages" and "Withdraw" (while "submitted"). Empty: "You have not submitted a proposal yet."
Company projects — /jobs/company/:companyId/projects
- Who: owner · company admin · recruiter · hiring manager; the company must be active and approved (or in "needs changes"). Opened from "Freelance projects" in the company workspace.
- "New project" ⟶ "New project draft": title and description in Arabic and English (description at least 50 characters in each language) · project scope (one-off · ongoing · milestone-based) · work mode (remote · on-site · hybrid) · experience level (entry · intermediate · expert) · expected hours (when relevant) · budget type (fixed · hourly) and minimum and maximum (max ≥ min) · duration in days · city (optional — "No specific city") · category · up to 20 skills · "Deliverables": at least one (up to 20) in both languages with details ⟶ "Create draft". The currency is the company country's (riyal in Qatar · US dollar in Syria).
- Automatic check: mentions of WhatsApp/Telegram or phone numbers, external transfers or crypto, or illegal or adult content ⟶ the project gets a closer review.
- "Edit" is possible only in draft or rejected ("Save changes"), and returns it to draft.
- "Submit for review" requires accepting the current project terms ⟶ "Project sent for human review." and the status "Under review".
- Moderation: our team decides publish, reject or suspend with a written reason. When published, the project stays live for 45 days and then expires automatically. A rejected project can be edited and resubmitted.
- "Proposals" (their count shows on the card): "Project proposals" in order of arrival, each with "Messages" and "Select" ⟶ "Proposal selected and project started.": the project becomes "in progress", the proposal "selected", and all other proposals "not selected" automatically. Empty: "No proposals for this project."
- "Complete": from "in progress" to "completed". "Cancel" with a required reason ("Cancellation reason"): from "published" or "in progress".
- Project statuses: draft · under review · published · in progress · completed · cancelled · rejected · suspended · expired. Empty: "No projects yet."
The proposal conversation
Between the company and the freelancer on a proposal while it is "submitted" or "selected" ("Proposal conversation" ⟶ "Message" ⟶ "Send"). Links, emails and phone numbers are removed automatically from the text ("[link removed]" · "[email removed]" · "[phone removed]").

The platform does not handle payment between company and freelancer in this section: "Bazarrna does not hold project funds or currently provide payment protection." Statuses are followed on the pages themselves.
