### بازارنا في سطرين
منصّةٌ واحدة فيها **أربعةُ مواقع** — **الإعلانات المبوّبة** (`/ads`) · **التقييمات** (`/ratings`، و`/reviews` اسمٌ آخر للصفحات نفسِها) · **السوق** (`/market`) · **الوظائف** (`/jobs`) — تعمل كلُّها **بحسابٍ واحد**، في قطر وسوريا، بالعربيّة والإنجليزيّة، على الموقع وفي تطبيقَي الآيفون وأندرويد.

### الحساب
- **تتصفّح بلا حساب**: الإعلاناتُ والأماكنُ والمنتجاتُ والوظائفُ وصفحاتُ التعريف والوثائقُ القانونيّة مفتوحةٌ للجميع.
- **تحتاج حساباً** لكلّ ما تفعله أنت: النشر · التقييم · الطلب والشراء · التقديم · الرسائل · الإشعارات · «حسابي». صفحةٌ تحتاج دخولاً تنقلك إلى تسجيل الدخول ثمّ **تعيدك إليها** بعده.
- **حسابٌ واحدٌ للمواقع الأربعة** — لا تسجيلَ منفصلاً لكلّ موقع. لكنّ لكلّ موقعٍ صفحةَ **«حسابي»** بلونه وروابطه.

### البلد: قطر أو سوريا
- **المحتوى منفصلٌ لكلّ بلد**: ترى إعلاناتِ بلدك المختار وأماكنَه وسوقَه ووظائفَه، وخططَه وأسعارَه.
- **أوّلَ زيارة** يُختار البلدُ تلقائيّاً من موقع اتّصالك إن كان أحدَ البلدين، و**بعد أن تختار بنفسك** لا يتغيّر اختيارُك وحدَه.
- **أين تبدّله؟** زرُّ البلد (‏العَلَم مع اسم البلد) في صفحة **«حسابي»** لأيّ موقع.
- **عند التبديل**: يتغيّر لونُ الموقع مع البلد، وتُعرض محتوياتُ البلد الجديد، و**تُفرَّغ سلّةُ السوق**.
- فتحُ رابطٍ لمحتوى من البلد الآخر يسألك: «التبديل إلى …» أو «لا، رجوع».
- قد يكون أحدُ المواقع مغلقاً مؤقّتاً في بلدٍ دون الآخر — تظهر بطاقتُه بقفلٍ وسبب.

### اللغة: العربيّة أو English
- **زرُّ اللغة** — `EN` للتحويل إلى الإنجليزيّة، و`AR` أو `ع` للعودة إلى العربيّة — يبدّل الواجهةَ واتّجاهَها (‏يمين⇄يسار) فوراً. تجده أعلى كلّ موقع، وعلى الجوال وفي التطبيق في الشريط العلويّ.
- يُحفظ اختيارُك فيبقى في زيارتك التالية؛ وأوّلَ مرّةٍ تُؤخذ لغةُ متصفّحك أو جهازك.
- **لغةُ حسابك تتبع لغةَ الواجهة**: وأنت مسجّلُ الدخول تُحدَّث **عند كلّ دخولٍ وعند كلّ تبديلٍ للّغة** — في الموقع أو التطبيق — فتصلك الإشعاراتُ الفوريّةُ ورسائلُ تأكيد البريد واستعادة كلمة المرور باللغة التي تستعملها الآن.

### المظهر: فاتح أو داكن
- في صفحة **«حسابي»** لأيّ موقع بوكس **«مظهر الموقع»** بثلاثة خيارات: **حسب الجهاز** (‏الافتراضيّ — يتبع إعدادَ جوالك أو حاسوبك) · **فاتح** · **داكن**.
- يُحفظ اختيارُك على جهازك ويسري على المواقع الأربعة.

### زرُّ الرجوع
- في أعلى أغلب الصفحات زرُّ **«رجوع»** بالشكل نفسِه في كلّ مكان (‏يميناً في العربيّة ويساراً في الإنجليزيّة).
- يعيدك إلى الصفحة التي جئتَ منها. **وإن فتحتَ الصفحةَ من «حسابي»** يقول **«الرجوع لحسابي»** ويعيدك إلى «حسابي» في الموقع نفسِه.
- **وإن وصلتَ إلى الصفحة من خارج بازارنا** (‏رابطٌ في بريد أو رسالة) يأخذك الزرُّ إلى صفحةٍ مناسبةٍ داخل الموقع بدل أن يخرجك منه.
- **حين ترجع** إلى صفحةٍ كنتَ فيها **تعود إلى الموضع نفسِه** الذي كنتَ قد وصلتَ إليه بالتمرير.
- على **أندرويد**: زرُّ الرجوع في الجوال يرجع صفحةً إن أمكن، وإلّا يغلق التطبيق.

### القوائمُ الطويلة: صفحةً صفحة داخل بوكس
- القوائمُ الطويلة (‏الإعلانات · الأماكن · المنتجات · الوظائف · الإشعارات · الأكواد…) **لا تطول بلا نهاية**: تُعرض **داخل بوكسٍ تمرّره بإصبعك أو الفأرة**، و**تحته أرقامُ الصفحات** — الأولى والأخيرة وما حول الصفحة الحاليّة، مع سهمَي السابق والتالي.
- عند الضغط على رقم صفحة **تبقى القائمةُ الحاليّة ظاهرةً (‏باهتةً مع دائرةٍ صغيرة)** حتّى تصل الجديدة، ويعود البوكسُ وحدَه إلى أوّله — **فلا تقفز الصفحةُ ولا يتحرّك شريطُ الأرقام من تحت إصبعك**.
- **الإشعارات: ١٠ في الصفحة.**
- لكلّ قائمةٍ ثلاثُ حالاتٍ مختلفة: **يُحمَّل** (‏دائرة) · **فارغ** (‏رسالةٌ تقول إنّه لا شيء بعد) · **تعذّر التحميل** (‏رسالةٌ بالسبب مع «إعادة المحاولة») — فلا تُعرض قائمةٌ فارغةٌ والطلبُ قد فشل.

### التبويبات
- التبديلُ بين التبويبات أو الفلاتر **لا يعيد تحميلَ الصفحة ولا يسحبها** لأعلى أو لأسفل — تبقى في مكانك ويتبدّل المحتوى تحتك.
- تبويبٌ أقصرُ من الذي قبله لا يقصّ الصفحةَ من تحتك وأنت نازلٌ فيها.

### رفعُ الصور والملفّات
- زرُّ **«تحميل الملفات»** يفتح صندوقَ الرفع ويطويه («إغلاق صندوق التحميل»)؛ ما رفعتَه يبقى فيه حتّى لو طويتَه.
- كلُّ ملفٍّ يظهر بشريط تقدّمٍ ثمّ علامة نجاح، وما فشل يُذكر عددُه.
- في **نشر الإعلان واقتراح المكان** تبقى الملفّاتُ في الصفحة ولا تُرسَل إلّا حين تضغط «نشر» أو «حفظ».

### الإشعارات
- لكلّ موقعٍ صفحةُ إشعاراته (‏مثل `/ads/notifications`)، وتظهر فيها أيضاً إشعاراتُ حسابك ورسائلُ بازارنا العامّة. الجرسُ يعرض عددَ غير المقروء ويتحدّث لحظيّاً.
- الضغطُ على إشعارٍ يعلّمه مقروءاً ويفتح صفحتَه؛ و«تحديد الكل كمقروء» في الأعلى.
- **١٠ إشعاراتٍ في الصفحة** داخل بوكسٍ وتحته الأرقام (‏كما سبق).
- **لغةُ الإشعار**: القائمةُ تُعرض باللغة التي تستعملها الآن؛ والإشعارُ الفوريّ على الجوال بلغة حسابك — **وهي تتبع لغةَ الموقع أو التطبيق وتُزامَن عند الدخول وعند كلّ تبديل**.

### المواقعُ الأربعة والتنقّلُ بينها
- **الصفحةُ الرئيسيّة `/`** تعرض **أربعَ بطاقات** — اضغط بطاقةً لتفتح موقعَها. وفيها زرُّ اللغة، و«دخول»/«تسجيل» أو «خروج».
- **داخل كلّ موقع**: قائمةٌ جانبيّة بروابطه (‏على الجوال تُفتح من زرّ القائمة أعلى الشاشة)، ثمّ «الإشعارات» و«الملف الشخصي» و«تسجيل الخروج» — ورابطُ **«الصفحة الرئيسية»** الذي يعيدك إلى `/` لتختار موقعاً آخر.
- **على الجوال وفي التطبيق** (‏وعلى الشاشات الصغيرة عموماً): شريطٌ علويّ فيه **رجوع** و**الرئيسية** وزرّ اللغة والإشعارات، وشريطٌ سفليّ بأهمّ روابط الموقع (‏مثلاً في الإعلانات: الرئيسية · الإعلانات · نشر إعلان · الرسائل · حسابي).

### الفوتر (‏أسفل الصفحة)
- **على الحاسوب** في كلّ موقع: اسمُ الموقع ووصفٌ قصير، وروابط **الرئيسية · تواصل معنا · الشروط · السياسة · الخصوصية** لذلك الموقع؛ وصندوقُ **«بحث سريع»** داخل الموقع مع كلماتٍ مقترحة تضغطها؛ وبوكسُ حسابك: للمسجَّل **«لوحة حسابي»** و**«إجراء جديد»** (‏مثل نشر إعلان)، وللزائر **«تسجيل الدخول»** و**«حساب جديد»**. وفي آخره حقوقُ النشر «© 2026 بازارنا» واسمُ المطوّر.

### Bazarrna in two lines
One platform with **four sites** — **Classifieds** (`/ads`) · **Ratings** (`/ratings`, with `/reviews` as another name for the same pages) · **Market** (`/market`) · **Jobs** (`/jobs`) — all working with **one account**, in Qatar and Syria, in Arabic and English, on the website and in the iPhone and Android apps.

### Your account
- **Browse without an account**: listings, places, products, jobs, about pages and legal documents are open to everyone.
- **You need an account** for everything you do yourself: posting · rating · ordering and buying · applying · messages · notifications · "My Account". A page that needs sign-in takes you to sign in and then **brings you back** to it.
- **One account for all four sites** — no separate sign-up per site. Each site still has its own **"My Account"** page with its colour and links.
- **Posting and interacting** usually need a **phone number verified for the content's country** (see [Phone verification (Qatar and Syria) — WhatsApp and Telegram](https://bazarrna.net/docs/phone-verification.md)).

### Country: Qatar or Syria
- **Content is separate per country**: you see the listings, places, market, jobs, plans and prices of your selected country.
- **On your first visit** the country is chosen automatically from your connection if it is one of the two, and **once you choose yourself** your choice never changes on its own.
- **Where to switch?** The country button (the flag with the country name) on the **"My Account"** page of any site.
- **When you switch**: the site colour changes with the country, the new country's content is shown, and **the Market cart is emptied**.
- Opening a link to content from the other country asks you: "Switch to …" or "No, go back".
- A site may be temporarily closed in one country and not the other — its card shows a lock and a reason.

### Language: Arabic or English
- **The language button** — `EN` to switch to English, and `AR` or `ع` to go back to Arabic — switches the interface and its direction (right-to-left ⇄ left-to-right) instantly. You find it at the top of every site, and on phones and in the app in the top bar.
- Your choice is saved so it stays for your next visit; the first time, your browser or device language is used.
- **Your account language follows the interface language**: while signed in it is updated **every time you sign in and every time you switch the language** — on the website or in the app — so push notifications and the email-confirmation and password-reset emails reach you in the language you are using now.

### Appearance: light or dark
- On the **"My Account"** page of any site there is an **"Appearance"** box with three options: **Match device** (the default — follows your phone or computer setting) · **Light** · **Dark**.
- Your choice is saved on your device and applies to all four sites.

### The back button
- Most pages have a **"Back"** button at the top that looks the same everywhere (on the right in Arabic, on the left in English).
- It takes you to the page you came from. **If you opened the page from "My Account"** it reads **"Back to my account"** and takes you to "My Account" on the same site.
- **If you reached the page from outside Bazarrna** (a link in an email or message), the button takes you to a suitable page inside the site instead of leaving it.
- **When you go back** to a page you were on, **you return to the same spot** you had scrolled to.
- On **Android**, the phone's back button goes back one page when possible, otherwise it closes the app.

### Long lists: page by page inside a box
- Long lists (listings · places · products · jobs · notifications · codes…) **don't grow endlessly**: they are shown **inside a box you scroll with your finger or mouse**, with **page numbers below it** — the first and last pages and those around the current one, plus previous and next arrows.
- When you tap a page number **the current list stays visible (slightly faded with a small spinner)** until the new one arrives, and only the box goes back to its top — **so the page doesn't jump and the numbers don't move from under your finger**.
- **Notifications: 10 per page.**
- Every list has three distinct states: **loading** (a spinner) · **empty** (a message saying there is nothing yet) · **could not load** (a message with the reason and "Retry") — so an empty list is never shown when the request actually failed.

### Tabs
- Switching tabs or filters **doesn't reload the page or pull it** up or down — you stay where you are and the content changes beneath you.
- A tab shorter than the previous one doesn't cut the page from under you while you are scrolled down.

### Uploading photos and files
- The **"Upload files"** button opens and folds the upload box ("Close uploader"); what you uploaded stays in it even when folded.
- Each file shows a progress bar and then a success mark, and failed files are counted.
- When **posting a listing or suggesting a place**, files stay on the page and are only sent when you press "Publish" or "Save".

### Notifications
- Each site has its own notifications page (such as `/ads/notifications`), which also shows your account notifications and general messages from Bazarrna. The bell shows the unread count and updates live.
- Tapping a notification marks it read and opens its page; "Mark all as read" is at the top.
- **10 notifications per page** inside a box with page numbers below (as above).
- **Notification language**: the list is shown in the language you are using now; push notifications on your phone use your account language — **which follows the site or app language and is synced on sign-in and on every switch**.
- **Push notifications** (on your phone) exist only in the iPhone and Android apps, and can be turned off with the "Push notifications on your phone" switch at the top of the notifications page. ### The four sites and moving between them
- **The landing page `/`** shows **four cards** — tap a card to open its site. It also has the language button, and "Login"/"Register" or "Logout".
- **Inside each site**: a side menu with its links (on phones it opens from the menu button at the top), then "Notifications", "Profile" and "Log out" — plus **"Main menu"**, which takes you back to `/` to pick another site.
- **On phones and in the app** (and on small screens in general): a top bar with **Back**, **Home**, the language button and notifications, and a bottom bar with the site's main links (for example on Classifieds: Home · Listings · Post ad · Messages · Account).

### The footer (bottom of the page)
- **On a computer**, on each site: the site name and a short description, and that site's **Home · Contact Us · Terms · Policy · Privacy** links; a **"Quick Search"** box inside the site with suggested words you can tap; and an account box: **"My Dashboard"** and **"New Action"** (such as posting a listing) for signed-in users, **"Sign in"** and **"Create account"** for visitors. At the very bottom: "© 2026 Bazarrna" and the developer's name.
- **On general pages** (such as Contact Us, Terms and Privacy) a short footer: "Terms & Conditions" · "Privacy Policy" · the copyright and the developer's name.
