موقعُ التقييمات دليلُ أماكن (‏مطاعم · مقاهٍ · محلّات · عيادات · خدمات · …) يقيّمها المستخدمون بعد تجربتهم.
- **لكلّ بلدٍ محتواه** (‏قطر وسوريا): الأماكنُ والأعدادُ والتصنيفاتُ تتبع البلدَ المختارَ في الموقع، وقد يُخفى تصنيفٌ في بلدٍ دون آخر. ويمكن للإدارة إغلاقُ الموقع مؤقّتاً في بلدٍ فيرى الزائرُ تنبيهاً بدل المحتوى.
- **لا يظهر للعموم إلّا المكانُ المقبول**.

### تصفّحُ الأماكن `/ratings/places`
- العنوان «تصفح الأماكن» والعددُ الكلّيّ بين قوسين.
- بحثٌ («ابحث باسم المكان أو التصنيف أو المنطقة...») · **التصنيف** («كل التصنيفات») ⟵ **الفرعيّ** (‏يظهر إن كان للتصنيف فروع: «اكتب: سوري، آسيوي، بحري…») · **المدينة** ⟵ **المنطقة** · **الترتيب** · «بحث» · «مسح كل الفلاتر».
- القوائمُ **يُكتب فيها** بالعربيّة أو الإنجليزيّة. اختيارُ قائمةٍ يُطبَّق فوراً، ونصُّ البحث يُطبَّق بزرّ «بحث» (‏أو مفتاح الإدخال).
- الفلاترُ تُحفظ في رابط الصفحة، فنسخُه ومشاركتُه يفتحان النتائجَ نفسَها.
- **١٢ مكاناً في الصفحة** داخل صندوق التمرير وأرقامُ الصفحات تحته، وقد يظهر إعلانٌ في منتصف النتائج.

### الترقيم (‏تصفّحُ الأماكن والفئةُ الفرعيّة)
- النتائجُ داخل **صندوقٍ بارتفاعٍ محدود يتمرّر وحدَه**، وتحته شريطُ الأرقام: الأولى · أرقامٌ حول الصفحة الحاليّة · الأخيرة، مع «…» للفجوات وسهمَي السابق والتالي.
- تغييرُ الصفحة **لا يقفز بالصفحة كلّها إلى الأعلى**: الصندوقُ وحدَه يعود لأوّله، وتبقى النتائجُ الحاليّة ظاهرةً (‏باهتةً مع دائرةٍ صغيرة) حتّى تصل الجديدة، ولا ينكمش الصندوق فيبقى شريطُ الأرقام تحت إصبعك.
- تغييرُ فلترٍ أو بحثٍ أو ترتيب يعيدك إلى الصفحة ١.

### الترتيب
**الأعلى تقييماً** (‏الافتراضيّ: المتوسّطُ ثمّ عددُ التقييمات) · **الأكثر تقييماً** (‏العددُ ثمّ المتوسّط) · **الأحدث**.
مع كلمة بحثٍ والترتيبِ الافتراضيّ: **الأقربُ إلى الاسم المكتوب أوّلاً** ثمّ التقييم.

### البحث
- يبحث في **الاسمين والوصفين والعنوانين والمدينة والمنطقة**، ويطابق مهما اختلفت الهمزاتُ والتشكيل.
- **الكتابةُ بحروفٍ لاتينيّة** عن اسمٍ عربيّ تجده أيضاً.
- يفهم بعضَ المرادفات، ويطابق **أسماءَ التصنيفات والمدن** (‏البحثُ عن «مطاعم» يجلب أماكنَ ذلك التصنيف).
- **يتحمّل الأخطاءَ الإملائيّة**: إن لم يطابق شيء، أو لم تطابق الكلمةُ المميِّزة (‏مثل اسمٍ مكتوبٍ بتهجئةٍ أخرى مع كلمة «مطعم»)، تُضاف الأماكنُ القريبةُ في الكتابة إلى النتائج — ويبقى فلترُ المنطقة سارياً.
- **المنطقة**: اختيارُها يجلب الأماكنَ المرتبطةَ بها **وكذلك الأقدمَ التي كُتبت منطقتُها نصّاً** بالعربيّة أو الإنجليزيّة.
- للوكيل: البحثُ المباشر عن مكانٍ بأداة، والتصنيفاتُ بـ، والمدنُ بـ.

### صفحةُ المكان `/ratings/places/:id`
**تُفتح للمكان المقبول وحدَه** — غيرُه (‏قيد المراجعة · مرفوض · رابطٌ خاطئ) يعرض «لم يتم فتح المكان» مع سببٍ قصير وزرّ رجوع.
**مكانٌ من بلدٍ غير البلد المختار** (‏من رابطٍ أو رمز QR مثلاً) يظهر فوقه صندوق «محتوى من بلد آخر» بزرّين: «التبديل إلى <البلد>» (‏يبدّل البلدَ ويعيد تحميل الصفحة) و«لا، رجوع».
- **زرّ رجوع** إلى حيث أتيت، ومسارُ تنقّل (‏التقييمات ⟵ التصنيف ⟵ الاسم).
- **معرضُ الصور (الغلاف)**: كلُّ صور المكان — الرئيسيّةُ أوّلاً ثمّ البقيّةُ بلا تكرار — بسحب الإصبع ونقاطٍ وسهمين (‏ظاهرين دائماً على شاشات اللمس، وعند مرور الفأرة على الحاسوب)؛ الضغطُ على صورةٍ يفتح العارضَ المكبَّر. فوقه **اللوغو** (‏يُكبَّر بالضغط، ولا يتكرّر بين صور المعرض) والاسمُ والموقع.

### الإبلاغ عن مكان
زرّ «إبلاغ» في «عن المكان» (‏للمسجّل؛ الزائرُ يُحوَّل لتسجيل الدخول) يفتح نافذةَ «الإبلاغ عن مخالفة»:
- الأسباب: محتوى مزعج أو مكرر · احتيال أو معلومات مضللة · محتوى مخالف · إساءة أو خطاب غير لائق · معلومات غير صحيحة · سبب آخر (‏يجب كتابتُه بوضوح).
- خانةُ «تفاصيل إضافية اختيارية» · «إرسال البلاغ» · «إلغاء».
- بعدها: «تم استلام البلاغ، شكراً لك» وإشعارٌ بذلك · بلاغٌ مكرّرٌ منك لم يُحسم بعد ⟵ «سبق أن أرسلت بلاغاً عن هذا المحتوى».

### صفحاتُ الحساب داخل موقع التقييمات
تُفتح داخل الموقع بلوحته وزرّ رجوعه؛ وتفاصيلُها المشتركة في الملفّات المذكورة.

### أصحابُ الأماكن
**غيرُ مطبّق حاليّاً**: لا مطالبةَ بملكيّة مكان، ولا لوحةَ صاحب مكان، ولا ردَّ لصاحب المكان على التقييمات، ولا «تمييزَ مكان» — خصائصُ مخطَّطةٌ لم تُبنَ. لتعديل بيانات مكانٍ (‏الهاتف · الموقع الإلكترونيّ · الساعات · الصور) يتواصل صاحبُه مع الإدارة عبر «تواصل معنا» ويختار قسم «التقييمات».

### Overview
The Ratings site is a directory of places (restaurants · cafés · shops · clinics · services · …) that users rate after visiting.
- **Each country has its own content** (Qatar and Syria): places, counts and categories follow the country selected on the site, and a category may be hidden in one country but not the other. Admins can temporarily close the site in a country, in which case visitors see a notice instead of the content.
- **Only approved places are public**.
- **Browsing is open to everyone without an account**; rating, suggesting a place, reporting and the account pages need sign-in (see [Rating a place — rules, moderation, reports and "My activity"](https://bazarrna.net/docs/ratings-reviews.md) and [Suggesting a new place on the Ratings site](https://bazarrna.net/docs/ratings-suggest-place.md)).
- **Two addresses for every page**: every page under `/ratings/…` also works under `/reviews/…` (the older address) and shows the same page, and `/reviews/:id` opens a place page directly.
- Places currently have no "favourites" and no 360° view.

### Subcategory page `/ratings/category/:slug/:childSlug`
Places of this subcategory only (e.g. one cuisine: Syrian · Asian · seafood…). The header has a "Back to <category>" button, the subcategory name and its place count.
- **Filters**: search "Search within <subcategory> only..." · city ("All cities") · area (appears after choosing a city that has areas; typeable in Arabic or English) · sort · "Search" · "Clear filters" (shown when a filter is active).
- **Results**: 12 places per page inside a box that scrolls on its own, with page numbers below it (see "Paging").
- **States**: first load · search with no match ⟶ "No results for "…" within <subcategory>" · empty subcategory ⟶ "No places in this subcategory yet" · wrong link ⟶ "Subcategory not found" with "Back to ratings".

### Browse places `/ratings/places`
- Title "Browse Places" with the total count in brackets.
- Search ("Search by place, category, or area...") · **Category** ("All categories") ⟶ **Subcategory** (appears when the category has children: "Type: Syrian, Asian, seafood…") · **City** ⟶ **Area** · **Sort** · "Search" · "Clear all filters".
- Lists are **typeable** in Arabic or English. Choosing from a list applies at once; the search text applies with "Search" (or the Enter key).
- Filters are kept in the page link, so copying and sharing it opens the same results.
- **12 places per page** inside the scroll box with page numbers below, and an ad may appear in the middle of the results.
- No results ⟶ "No results for "…"" or "No places found". A failed load ⟶ "Could not load the list right now" (or "… — check your connection") with a **"Try again"** button; if nothing on the page could load, the general "Cannot reach the Bazarrna server" box replaces the page instead.
- **There are no attribute filters for places** (unlike ads); cuisine and similar are chosen through the **subcategory**.

### Paging (Browse places and subcategory pages)
- Results sit in a **box with a limited height that scrolls on its own**, with the page bar below: first page · numbers around the current page · last page, "…" for gaps, and previous/next arrows.
- Changing page **does not jump the whole page to the top**: only the box returns to its start, the current results stay visible (faded, with a small spinner) until the new ones arrive, and the box does not shrink, so the page bar stays under your finger.
- Changing a filter, the search or the sort takes you back to page 1.

### Sorting
**Top Rated** (default: average, then number of ratings) · **Most Rated** (number, then average) · **Newest**.
With a search term and the default sort: **the closest match to the typed name first**, then rating.

### Search
- Searches **both names, both descriptions, both addresses, the city and the area**, and matches regardless of hamza forms and diacritics.
- **Typing in Latin letters** finds Arabic names too.
- Understands some synonyms and matches **category and city names** (searching "restaurants" brings places in that category).
- **Tolerates typos**: when nothing matches, or the distinctive word matches nothing (e.g. a name spelled differently next to the word "restaurant"), places with a close spelling are added to the results — and the area filter stays applied.
- **Area**: choosing it brings places linked to that area **and older places whose area was typed as text** in Arabic or English.
- For the agent: direct place lookup with the  tool, categories with, cities with.

### Place page `/ratings/places/:id`
**Opens only for approved places** — any other (under review · rejected · wrong link) shows "Place did not open" with a short reason and a back button.
**A place from a country other than the selected one** (opened from a link or QR code, for example) shows a "Content from another country" box on top with two buttons: "Switch to <country>" (switches the country and reloads the page) and "No, go back".
- **Back button** to where you came from, and a breadcrumb (Ratings ⟶ category ⟶ name).
- **Photo gallery (cover)**: all the place's photos — the main one first, then the rest without duplicates — with swipe, dots and two arrows (always visible on touch screens, and on mouse hover on computers); tapping a photo opens the full-screen viewer. On top: the **logo** (enlarges on tap, never repeated among the gallery photos), the name and the location.
  - **Display position**: each photo shows the part chosen by the suggester or the site team; if none was chosen, the system tries to show the shop sign automatically (its name or a word such as "restaurant"), otherwise the centre. A manual choice is never replaced automatically.
- **Header card**: parent and sub-category · name · a "Machine-translated" tag when part of the text shown in your language came from the "Bazarrna translator" · **stars and average** (or "—" with no ratings) · "(N Total Ratings)" · **positive percentage**.
- **Info** (each item appears only when it has a value): type · **phone** (tap to call) · address in your language · location (city, area, country) · **place-type details** (e.g. cuisine · speciality · star class).
- **Working hours** collapsed — tap to open (when the admins added them).
- **"Open in Maps"** (when a map link exists) and **"Website"** (when one exists) — both open outside the site.
- **QR code** for the place (generated live, leading to the place page) with **"Share QR"** ⟶ three buttons: **"Download"** (a PNG image) · **"Share"** (sends the QR image with a greeting and the place link through the device's apps, or downloads it when the device cannot share) · **"Close"**; below it **"Copy link"**. If the code fails to load, its column is hidden.
- **"Share:"** — always visible: WhatsApp first · Telegram · Facebook · X · copy link · and the device share button where available.
- **"About this place"**: a generated paragraph (name, category, location) + the real description in your language (or the other language if missing) + a **"Report"** button for the place.
- **"Add Rating"** and its form, then the **ratings list** (6 per page · All/Positive/Negative filters) — details in [Rating a place — rules, moderation, reports and "My activity"](https://bazarrna.net/docs/ratings-reviews.md).

### Reporting a place
The "Report" button under "About this place" (signed-in users; guests are sent to sign-in) opens a "Report" window:
- Reasons: Spam or duplicate · Scam or misleading information · Prohibited content · Offensive content · Wrong information · Other (must be described clearly).
- An "Additional details optional" box · "Send report" · "Cancel".
- Afterwards: "Report received, thank you" and a notification saying so · a repeat report from you that is not decided yet ⟶ "You already reported this content".
- Follow it under "My activity ⟶ My reports"; you get a notification when it is decided (see [Rating a place — rules, moderation, reports and "My activity"](https://bazarrna.net/docs/ratings-reviews.md)).

### Account pages inside the Ratings site
They open inside the site with its menu and back button; the shared details are in the files named below.
- **"My Account - Ratings"** `/ratings/profile` (signed-in): your photo (changed with the camera button), name, email and the email/phone verification badges (with the verified countries) · a plans box when this site has plans · site links: "Suggest a Place" · "My activity" · "My gifts & codes" · "Notifications" · "Security & Account Deletion" · edit name and bio, then "Save changes" (the email cannot be changed here) · **the phone verification box** · site appearance (light/dark) · a "Delete account" card that takes you to the security page · and "Sign out" on mobile. - **Security** `/ratings/security` (signed-in): change password (needs a verified email) · show or hide your email on your public profile · active sessions and signing out of all devices · delete the account with your password or a code sent to your email. (Phone verification is not here but in "My account".)

- **"My gifts & codes"** `/ratings/gifts`: an "enter a code" box and Available · Used · Expired tabs (plus an Offers tab when the admins open a campaign). It shows Ratings codes and "all sites" codes, while other sites' codes appear in a separate section named after their site. - **"Contact Us"** `/ratings/contact` (everyone): "Support section" preselected to "Ratings" · full name · email · phone number · short subject · request details ⟶ "Send message", which creates a support ticket with its number.
  - **Signed-in users**: an "Open support chat" button ⟶ `/ratings/contact/tickets/:id` — a private conversation tied to your account where you write replies and attach an image, with reply notifications in "Ratings Notifications". After it is closed you can request a copy by email (for a limited time stated on the page) and rate the support experience.
  - **Guests without an account**: the conversation moves into their account when they later sign up with the same email and confirm it. See [Contacting support, abuse reports and blocking](https://bazarrna.net/docs/support-and-reports.md).

### Place owners
**Not implemented at present**: no ownership claim, no owner dashboard, no owner replies to ratings and no "featured place" — these are planned features that are not built. A place owner who wants details changed (phone · website · hours · photos) contacts the admins through "Contact Us" and chooses the "Ratings" section.
