### الطبقةُ المجّانيّة والخطط
- لكلّ خاصّيّةٍ في المواقع الأربعة **حدٌّ مجّانيّ** يضبطه الأدمن: إمّا «متاحة/غيرُ متاحة»، أو **عددٌ** في فترة (يوم · أسبوع · شهر · سنة)، أو عددٌ **في الوقت نفسِه** (مثل الإعلانات الفعّالة)، أو حدٌّ ثابت (مثل الصور لكلّ إعلان).
- **الخطّة** تمنح حدوداً أعلى أو خصائصَ إضافيّة **لمدّتها** (عددُ أيّامٍ يحدّده الأدمن). أثناءها **تتجاوز الخطّةُ الحدَّ المجّانيّ** بحدّها وفترتها هي — وفترتُها تُحسب **من يوم بدء الخطّة** لا من بداية الشهر. وبين خطّتين للخاصّيّة نفسِها **يفوز الأكرم**.
- **بعد انتهاء الخطّة** يعود الحدُّ المجّانيّ: يومُ الانتهاء يُحسب فيه ما استُهلك، ومن اليوم التالي تبدأ نافذةٌ مجّانيّةٌ جديدة (ما استُهلك أثناء الخطّة لا يُخصم منها). الأيّامُ بتوقيت UTC، والأسبوعُ يبدأ الأحد.
- **فرضُ الحدود قرارٌ لكلّ خاصّيّة**: الخاصّيّةُ غيرُ المفروضة تُحسب وتُعرض ولا تمنع أحداً.

### بطاقة «بلغتَ حدَّ الاستخدام»
تظهر نافذةٌ فوق الصفحة حين يمنع الخادمُ فعلاً بسبب الحدّ:
- العنوان: **«بلغتَ حدَّ الاستخدام»** أو **«هذه الميزة غيرُ متاحةٍ لحسابك»**.
- النصّ: «تجاوزتَ الحدَّ اليوميَّ/الأسبوعيَّ/الشهريَّ/السنويَّ لاستعمال «…» (العدد في الفترة)» أو «وصلتَ إلى الحدّ الأقصى لـ«…»».
- **متى يتجدّد**: «يتجدّد الحدّ غداً (التاريخ)» أو «بعد N أيّام — التاريخ». وللحدود «في الوقت نفسِه»: «يمكنك تحريرُ مكانٍ بإغلاق واحدٍ قائم».
- **الترقية**: حتّى **3 خطط** ترفع الحدّ (‏بسعرها ومدّتها وحدّها الجديد) ورابطٌ إلى صفحة الخطط — تُعرض فقط الخططُ المفتوحةُ للبيع في بلدك والظاهرةُ على منصّتك.
- تُغلق بزرّ ✕ أو Esc أو بالضغط خارجها.

### صفحةُ الخطط `/plans` (و`/plans?site=ads|ratings|market|jobs`)
- **المدخل**: صندوق «الخطط والاشتراكات — ميزاتٌ أكثر، وبلا إعلانات إن شئت» في صفحة «حسابي» لكلّ موقع (‏يختفي إن لم تكن خطط)، وفي الوظائف رابط «الخطط» لخطط الباحثين (`?site=jobs&audience=seeker`). خططُ **شركات الوظائف** تُشترى من فوترة الشركة — انظر [الوظائف — خطط الشركات وكلّ حدٍّ فيها بالتفصيل](https://bazarrna.net/docs/jobs-company-plans.md).
- **العنوان**: «الخطط والاشتراكات — اختر ما يناسبك — والمجّانيُّ يبقى كما هو دائماً».
- **تبويبان** حين تُفتح من موقع: «خطط [الموقع]» و«المشتركة بين المواقع الأربعة» (‏يُخفى التبويبُ الفارغ).
- **بطاقةُ الخطّة**: الاسم · السعر والعملة · المدّة («30 يوماً»…) · الوصف · أسطرٌ مميّزة يكتبها الأدمن · قائمةُ الخصائص وحدودها («بلا حدّ» أو العدد) · شارة **«فعّالةٌ حتّى …»** إن كنتَ مشتركاً · زرّ **«اشترِ الآن»** أو **«تمديد»**.
- **الحالات**: يُحمَّل · «تعذّر تحميلُ الخطط» مع إعادة المحاولة · **«لا توجد خططٌ متاحةٌ هنا بعد»** · **«الخططُ متوقّفةٌ مؤقّتاً»** (‏أوقفتها الإدارةُ لهذا الموقع — ما اشتريتَه يبقى فعّالاً حتّى نهاية مدّته).

- صندوقُ «عندك كودُ هديّة؟» أعلى الصفحة يقول صراحةً إنّ **كوبوناتِ الخصم لا تُطبَّق على شراء هذه الخطط** (‏تُستعمل في ترويج VIP والسوق وخطط الشركات)، ويدلّ على **كود الهديّة** الذي يُدخَل في «أكوادي» ويمنح خطّةً مجّاناً (انظر [«هداياي وأكوادي» في كلّ موقع](https://bazarrna.net/docs/gifts-and-codes.md)).

### «ما عندك الآن» وما تمنحك إيّاه بازارنا
- أعلى صفحة الخطط صندوقُ **«ما عندك الآن»**: كلُّ خطّةٍ فعّالة بخصائصها وحدودها ونهايتها — **وما منحتك إيّاه إدارةُ بازارنا** يظهر باسم **«خطّةٌ خاصّةٌ بك من بازارنا»** (‏حدودٌ خاصّةٌ بحسابك وحدَه: إعلاناتٌ أكثر · تجديدات · رصيدُ VIP · بلا إعلانات · تقديماتٌ على الوظائف…). والموقوفةُ مؤقّتاً تظهر **بسببها** و«يُكمل N يوماً حين يُستأنف — لا يضيع منه شيء»، والملغاةُ حديثاً بسببها.

### الدفعُ برابط
- قد تصلك من بازارنا رسالةٌ برابط دفع (`bazarrna.net/pay/…`) لخدمةٍ اتّفقتَ عليها — تفتحه بلا دخول، تختار وسيلةَ الدفع المعروضة (‏وسداد تطلب رقمَ جوالك — تكتبه في الصفحة إن طُلب)، تدفع ⟵ **تصلك الفاتورةُ على بريدك وتُفعَّل الخدمةُ وحدَها** (‏خصائص · خطّة · أو VIP لإعلاناتٍ محدّدة) ويصلك إشعار. الرابطُ لا يُدفع مرّتين وله تاريخُ انتهاء.

### الدفعُ على الموقع (بوّابات الدفع)
- عند «اشترِ الآن» تُختار وسيلةُ الدفع المناسبة **تلقائيّاً حسب بلد الخطّة وعملتها**، ثمّ تنتقل إلى صفحة الدفع لإتمامه.
- **وسائلُ الدفع** تختلف بحسب البلد والخدمة (‏مثل بايبال PayPal · ماي فاتورة MyFatoorah · سداد SADAD · بطاقةٌ بنكيّة)، وتحدّدها إدارةُ بازارنا — لا تُفترض وسيلةٌ بعينها.
- **بايبال** يُدفع بالدولار: إن كانت عملةُ الخطّة غيرَ الدولار يُحوَّل المبلغُ بسعر صرفٍ تضبطه الإدارة.
- لا توجد وسيلةٌ متاحة ⟵ «لا توجد وسيلةُ دفعٍ متاحةٌ لهذه الخطّة الآن».
- محاولاتُ دفعٍ كثيرةٌ متتالية ⟵ «محاولات دفع كثيرة — يرجى المحاولة بعد دقائق».
- **بعد العودة من صفحة الدفع** يتحقّق الموقعُ من الدفع ويعرض **بطاقةَ النتيجة**؛ وإن ألغيتَ هناك تظهر «أُلغيت عمليّةُ الدفع».
- **السلعُ الماديّة** (طلباتُ السوق) تُدفع بوسائل الدفع هذه حتّى داخل التطبيقين — انظر `market-checkout-and-orders`.
- **على الموقع** لا تُستعمل مشترياتُ آبل وجوجل، و**داخل التطبيقين** لا تُستعمل وسائلُ دفع الموقع للخدمات الرقميّة.

### الشراءُ داخل تطبيقَي الآيفون وأندرويد
- **الخدماتُ الرقميّة** (الخطط · ترويجُ VIP · …) تُشترى داخل التطبيق **عبر آبل أو جوجل فقط**.
- تحت صفحة الخطط في التطبيق سطر: «شراءٌ لمدّةٍ محدّدة بلا تجديدٍ تلقائيّ · بإتمام الشراء توافق على شروط الاستخدام وسياسة الخصوصيّة» — أي أنّ **الخطّةَ لا تتجدّد وحدَها**؛ عند انتهائها تشتريها من جديد إن أردت.
- **تظهر الخطّةُ في التطبيق فقط** إذا فعّل الأدمنُ ظهورَها لتلك المنصّة **وربطها بمنتجٍ في متجرها** (App Store Connect / Play Console). لذا قد يرى المستخدمُ على الموقع خططاً لا يراها في التطبيق — فيظهر «لا توجد خططٌ متاحةٌ هنا بعد». وخطّةٌ غيرُ مربوطة: «هذه الخطّةُ غيرُ متاحةٍ داخل التطبيق حالياً».
- **مراحلُ الشراء** (نافذةٌ ظاهرةٌ طوالها: «لا تُغلق التطبيق حتّى تكتمل العمليّة»):
  1. «جارٍ تجهيزُ عمليّة الشراء…»
  2. «أكمِل الدفع في نافذة آبل/جوجل» (‏كلمةُ السرّ أو Face ID على الآيفون)
  3. «جارٍ التحقّقُ من الدفع وتفعيلُ خدمتك…» — الخادمُ يسأل آبل/جوجل مباشرة، **ولا يُعلن النجاحُ إلّا بعد تأكيد الخادم**.
- الإلغاءُ من نافذة المتجر لا يُظهر خطأ. الشراءُ «قيد المعالجة» يُفعَّل تلقائيّاً عند اكتماله.
- رسائل: «مشترياتُ التطبيق غيرُ مفعّلةٍ بعد» · «نافذةُ الشراء غيرُ متاحةٍ في هذه النسخة من التطبيق — حدِّث التطبيقَ من المتجر» · «هذا الشراءُ يخصّ حساباً آخر» · «تمّ الدفعُ ولم يكتمل التفعيل — تواصل مع الدعم فوراً».
- **«استعادةُ المشتريات»** (‏زرٌّ أسفل صفحة الخطط في التطبيق): يطلب من المتجر إعادةَ إرسال المشتريات ليُعاد التحقّقُ من أيّ شراءٍ لم يُفعَّل ⟵ «تمّت مراجعةُ مشترياتك».

- **كوبوناتُ الخصم لا تُستعمل داخل التطبيق** — الشراءُ هناك بسعر المتجر؛ الكوبونُ يُستعمل عند الدفع على موقع bazarrna.net (انظر [«هداياي وأكوادي» في كلّ موقع](https://bazarrna.net/docs/gifts-and-codes.md)).

### بطاقةُ النتيجة والإشعار والفاتورة
**أثناء الدفع** تبقى رسالةُ «جارٍ…» ظاهرة، ثمّ تظهر **بطاقةُ النتيجة**، ثمّ يصلك **إشعارٌ** بالنجاح أو بالرفض.
- **نجاح**: «تمّ الدفعُ وتفعّلت خطّتك 🎉» + «وصلك إشعارٌ بالتفعيل، والفاتورةُ الرسميّة (PDF) في بريدك الإلكترونيّ» + رقمُ الفاتورة.
- **قيد المعالجة**: «ننتظر تأكيدَ آبل/Google Play» (‏أو «الدفعُ قيدُ المعالجة لدى البنك» على الموقع) — «لا تدفع مرّةً ثانية… قد يستغرق ذلك دقائق» (‏وفي التطبيق: «وإن لم يُفعَّل فاضغط «استعادة المشتريات»»). سنفعّل الخطّةَ تلقائيّاً فور وصول التأكيد ونُعلمك بإشعار.
- **فشل/إلغاء**: «لم يكتمل الدفع» أو «أُلغيت عمليّةُ الدفع» — لم يتغيّر شيءٌ في حسابك — ثمّ «يمكنك المحاولة مجدّداً» ورابط **«أو تواصل مع الدعم»** (‏بموضوع «مشكلة في الدفع» مسبقاً).

- **تفاصيلُ الفشل عند الدفع على الموقع**: «لم يُخصم أيُّ مبلغٍ من بطاقتك» (‏أو تنبيه «إن ظهر خصمٌ… فتواصل معنا» حين يحتمل ذلك)، و«السببُ الذي وصلنا من بوّابة الدفع» إن أرسلته، وأسبابٌ شائعة للرفض (رصيدٌ غيرُ كافٍ · رمزُ OTP خاطئ · بطاقةٌ غيرُ مفعّلةٍ للإنترنت · بياناتُ بطاقةٍ خاطئة · رفضٌ احترازيّ من البنك)، ويمكنك المحاولة بالبطاقة نفسِها أو بوسيلة دفعٍ أخرى.

- **الإشعار**: عند التفعيل «تمّ تفعيلُ خطّتك ✅ — خطّتك «…» فعّالةٌ الآن لمدّة …»، وعند الفشل «لم يكتمل دفعُ الخطّة — لم يتغيّر شيءٌ في حسابك». (‏ولـVIP والسوق وباقات الوظائف إشعاراتٌ مماثلةٌ في أقسامها.)
- **الفاتورة**: تصدر **مرّةً واحدةً لكلّ دفعة** عند التفعيل (‏رقمٌ فريدٌ لكلّ معاملة)، وتُرسَل **بالبريد مرّةً واحدة** مرفقةً PDF بعنوان «✅ تم تأكيد الدفع · Payment confirmed — رقم الفاتورة».
- **التذكير والانتهاء**: بريدٌ قبل **3 أيّام** من انتهاء الخطّة (‏لا يُرسل لخطّةٍ مدّتُها 3 أيّامٍ أو أقلّ)، وعند الانتهاء إشعارٌ وبريد «انتهى اشتراكك في «…» — شكراً لك · يمكنك الاشتراك من جديد متى أحببت». لا يُرسل لمن جدّد، مرّةً واحدةً لكلّ اشتراك.
- **الاسترداد**: الاستردادُ **المؤكَّدُ الكامل** من آبل أو جوجل **يُلغي الاشتراكَ فوراً** وتصير المعاملةُ والفاتورةُ «مستردّة» ويصلك إشعار؛ الحالاتُ غيرُ المؤكّدة (طلبُ استردادٍ أو نزاعٌ مفتوح أو استردادٌ جزئيّ) تراجعها الإدارة. طلباتُ الاسترداد من آبل/جوجل تُقدَّم لديهما.

- والاستردادُ المؤكَّدُ الكامل من **بايبال** يُعامَل بالطريقة نفسِها.

### بلا إعلانات
ثلاثُ خصائص تُضاف لأيّ خطّةٍ أو تُباع خطّةً وحدَها: **بلا إعلانات جوجل** (AdMob في التطبيق وAdSense في الموقع) · **بلا إعلاناتنا في الصفحات** · **بلا الإعلان المنبثق** (ملءَ الشاشة). يسري ما دامت لديك خطّةٌ فعّالةٌ تمنحها — من شراءٍ أو منحةٍ من بازارنا أو عضويّةٍ في شركةٍ مشتركة أو ترويج VIP مرتبطٍ بخطّة — **ولا يُرسَل لك الإعلانُ أصلاً**، فيسري حتّى على نسخ التطبيق القديمة. بعد الشراء يُطبَّق فوراً. ### رصيدُ VIP داخل الخطّة
خطّةٌ قد تمنح **عدداً من مرّات تمييز الإعلان VIP بلا دفع** في فترتها، و**أيّاماً لكلّ رصيد** (‏الافتراضيّ 7 أيّام إن لم يُحدَّد). يُصرف من صفحة ترويج الإعلان على **إعلانٍ معتمَد** غيرِ VIP حاليّاً؛ الرصيدُ غيرُ المستعمل **يسقط بنهاية الفترة**. رسائل: «لا رصيدَ VIP متبقٍّ في خطّتك لهذه المدّة» · «الإعلانُ VIP فعّالٌ الآن — استعمل الرصيدَ بعد انتهائه أو على إعلانٍ آخر».

## English

### The free tier and plans
- Every feature across the four sites has a **free limit** set by the admins: either "available/not available", a **count** per period (day · week · month · year), a count **at the same time** (such as active listings), or a fixed cap (such as images per listing).
- A **plan** grants higher limits or extra features **for its duration** (a number of days set by the admins). While active, **the plan overrides the free limit** with its own limit and period — and its period counts **from the plan's start day**, not from the start of the month. Between two plans granting the same feature, **the more generous one wins**.
- **After the plan ends** the free limit returns: on the end day what was consumed still counts, and from the next day a fresh free window starts (usage during the plan is not deducted from it). Days are in UTC and weeks start on Sunday.
- **Enforcement is decided per feature**: a feature that is not enforced is counted and displayed but blocks no one.
- **Examples of seeded default values** — **not fixed numbers**: the admins can change them at any time, and **the live value is shown to you in the "limit reached" card and on the plans page**: concurrent active listings 5 · images per listing 8 · video per listing 1 · listing renewals 4 per month · place suggestions 3 per month · images per suggested place 5 · one store with 20 products · job applications 10 per day · AI CV extraction 2 per day. "Ad-free" and "VIP credit" are not available for free.
- When a feature has no limit it is shown as **"unlimited"**.

### The "You’ve reached your limit" card
A dialog appears over the page when the server blocks an action because of a limit:
- Title: **"You’ve reached your limit"** or **"This feature isn’t available on your account"**.
- Text: "You’ve used your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly limit for "…" (count per period)" or "You’ve reached the maximum for "…"".
- **When it renews**: "It renews tomorrow (date)" or "in N days — date". For "at a time" limits: "You can free a slot by closing an existing one".
- **Upgrade**: up to **3 plans** that raise the limit (with price, duration and new limit) and a link to the plans page — only plans open for sale in your country and visible on your platform are shown.
- Close with ✕, Esc or by tapping outside.

### The plans page `/plans` (and `/plans?site=ads|ratings|market|jobs`)
- **Entry**: a "Plans & subscriptions — More features, and ad-free if you like" box on each site's "My Account" page (hidden when there are no plans), and on Jobs a "Plans" link for job-seeker plans (`?site=jobs&audience=seeker`). **Jobs company** plans are bought from the company billing page — see [Jobs — company plans and every limit in detail](https://bazarrna.net/docs/jobs-company-plans.md).
- **Header**: "Plans & subscriptions — Pick what suits you — the free tier always stays as it is."
- **Two tabs** when opened from a site: "[Site] plans" and "Across all four sites" (an empty tab is hidden).
- **Plan card**: name · price and currency · duration ("30 days"…) · description · highlight lines written by the admins · feature list with limits ("unlimited" or the number) · an **"Active until …"** badge if you are subscribed · **"Buy now"** or **"Extend"**.
- **States**: loading · "Could not load the plans" with retry · **"No plans available here yet"** · **"Plans are paused for now"** (paused by the team for this site — anything you already bought stays active until it ends).
- **What is shown**: active plans for **the country selected on the site** (the flag — not the account country: a visitor who picked Syria sees Syria's plans and prices) that are open for sale on that site.
- A signed-out visitor who presses "Buy now" is sent to sign in.

- **"Online payment is paused for now"** (website only): the plans are shown and the button reads "Payment paused" until it is switched back on.
- A "Have a gift code?" box at the top states plainly that **discount coupons do not apply to these plans** (they are used for VIP promotion, the Market and company plans), and points to **gift codes**, entered in “My codes”, which grant a plan for free (see ["My gifts & codes" on each site](https://bazarrna.net/docs/gifts-and-codes.md)).

### "What you have now" and what Bazarrna grants you
- At the top of the plans page, **"What you have now"** lists every active plan with its features, limits and end date — **what the Bazarrna team granted you** shows as **"A custom plan from Bazarrna"** (limits for your account only: more listings · renewals · VIP credit · ad-free · job applications…). Paused plans show **the reason** and "It resumes with N days left — nothing is lost"; recently revoked ones show the reason.

### Paying by link
- Bazarrna may email you a payment link (`bazarrna.net/pay/…`) for an agreed service — open it without signing in, choose a shown payment method (Sadad asks for your mobile number — type it on the page if asked), pay ⟶ **the invoice arrives by email and the service activates automatically** (features, a plan, or VIP for specific ads) with a notification. A link cannot be paid twice and it expires.

### Paying on the website (payment gateways)
- On "Buy now" a suitable payment method is chosen **automatically by the plan's country and currency**, and you move to the payment page to complete it.
- **Payment methods** differ by country and service (such as PayPal · MyFatoorah · SADAD · bank card) and are set by the Bazarrna team — do not assume a specific one.
- **PayPal** charges in USD: if the plan's currency isn't USD, the amount is converted with an exchange rate set by the team.
- No available method ⟶ "No payment method is available for this plan right now."
- Many payment attempts in a row ⟶ "Too many payment attempts, please try again in a few minutes".
- **Back from the payment page** the site verifies the payment and shows the **result card**; if you cancelled there you see "Payment was cancelled".
- **Physical goods** (Market orders) are paid through these payment methods even inside the apps — see `market-checkout-and-orders`.
- **On the website** Apple and Google purchases are not used, and **inside the apps** the website's payment methods are not used for digital services.

### Buying inside the iPhone and Android apps
- **Digital services** (plans · VIP promotion · …) are bought in the app **only through Apple or Google**.
- Under the plans page in the app there is a line: "A one-time purchase for a fixed period, no automatic renewal · by purchasing you agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy" — so **a plan does not renew by itself**; when it ends you buy it again if you want.
- **A plan appears in the app only** if the admins enabled it for that platform **and linked it to a product in that store** (App Store Connect / Play Console). So a user may see plans on the website that the app doesn't show — the app then shows "No plans available here yet". An unlinked plan: "This plan is not available in the app right now."
- **Purchase stages** (a dialog stays visible throughout: "Please keep the app open until this finishes"):
  1. "Preparing your purchase…"
  2. "Complete the payment in the Apple/Google sheet" (password or Face ID on iPhone)
  3. "Verifying your payment and activating…" — the server asks Apple/Google directly, **and success is announced only after the server confirms**.
- Cancelling in the store sheet shows no error. A "pending" purchase activates automatically when it completes.
- Messages: "In-app purchases are not enabled yet" · "The purchase sheet is not available in this version of the app — update the app from the store" · "This purchase belongs to another account" · "Payment succeeded but activation failed — contact support."
- **"Restore purchases"** (a button at the bottom of the plans page in the app): asks the store to resend purchases so any purchase that wasn't activated is re-verified ⟶ "Purchases checked."

- **Discount coupons are not used inside the app** — purchases there are at the store price; coupons are used when paying on bazarrna.net (see ["My gifts & codes" on each site](https://bazarrna.net/docs/gifts-and-codes.md)).

### Result card, notification and invoice
**While paying** a "processing…" message stays visible, then the **result card** appears, then a **notification** tells you about the success or the decline.
- **Success**: "Payment confirmed — your plan is active 🎉" + "You have a notification confirming it, and the official PDF invoice is in your email" + the invoice number.
- **Pending**: "Waiting for Apple/Google Play to confirm" (or "Your payment is still being processed" on the website) — "Please do not pay again… This can take a few minutes" (in the app: "If it does not activate, tap “Restore purchases”"). We will activate the plan automatically as soon as it is confirmed and notify you.
- **Failed/cancelled**: "Payment was not completed" or "Payment was cancelled" — nothing changed in your account — then "You can try again" and **"or contact support"** (pre-filled subject "Payment issue").

- **Failure details when paying on the website**: "Nothing was charged to your card" (or a warning "If you see a charge… contact us" when that is possible), "What the payment gateway told us" if it sent a reason, and common decline reasons (insufficient balance · wrong OTP · card not enabled for online payments · wrong card details · a precautionary bank decline); you can try again with the same card or another payment method.

- **Notification**: on activation "Your plan is active ✅ — your plan "…" is now active for …", and on failure "The plan payment was not completed — nothing changed in your account". (VIP, Market and Jobs packages send similar notifications in their sections.)
- **Invoice**: issued **once per payment** at activation (a unique number per transaction), and **emailed once** with a PDF attached, titled "✅ Payment confirmed — invoice number".
- **Reminders and expiry**: an email **3 days** before a plan ends (not sent for plans of 3 days or less), and on expiry a notification and email "Your subscription to "…" has ended — thank you · you can subscribe again anytime". Not sent to those who renewed; once per subscription.
- **Refunds**: a **confirmed full refund** from Apple or Google **cancels the subscription immediately**, marks the transaction and invoice "refunded" and sends you a notification; unconfirmed cases (a refund request, an open dispute or a partial refund) are reviewed by the team. Refund requests to Apple/Google are made with them.

- A confirmed full refund from **PayPal** is handled the same way.

### Ad-free
Three features can be added to any plan or sold as a plan of their own: **No Google ads** (AdMob in the app and AdSense on the website) · **No in-page house ads** · **No full-screen ads**. They apply while you hold an active plan granting them — from a purchase, a grant from Bazarrna, membership of a subscribed company, or a VIP promotion tied to a plan — **and the ad is not sent to you at all**, so it works even on older app versions. It applies right after purchase. (Details in [Advertising visitors see inside the pages](https://bazarrna.net/docs/in-page-advertising.md).)

### VIP credit inside a plan
A plan may grant **a number of free VIP highlights** for listings in its period, and **days per credit** (7 days by default if not set). It is spent from the listing's promotion page on an **approved listing** that isn't currently VIP; unused credit **expires at the end of the period**. Messages: "No VIP credit left in your plan for this period" · "This ad is already VIP — use the credit after it ends or on another ad."
