- **الخطة المجانية** — أساسُ كلّ شركة (‏شهريّة).
- **خطة النمو** — اشتراكٌ لمدّة 30 يوماً.
- **إعلان مميز 14 يوماً** — تمييزُ وظيفةٍ واحدة لمرّة واحدة.

### شرحُ كلّ خطّة
- **المجانية**: ما تحصل عليه **كلُّ شركة** بلا اشتراك، وتعود إليه تلقائيّاً عند انتهاء أيّ اشتراك. تتيح (‏بالقيم المزروعة) إرسالَ وظيفتين للمراجعة في الشهر ومقعدَ مسؤول توظيفٍ واحداً، **ولا وصولَ لبحث المواهب**.
- **النمو**: اشتراكٌ لمدّة 30 يوماً من لحظة تأكيد الدفع (‏أو **تُضاف إلى ما بقي** إن كان عند الشركة اشتراكٌ فعّال). يرفع النشرَ إلى 10 شهريّاً والمقاعدَ إلى 3، **ويفتح بحثَ المواهب** بحصصه اليوميّة والشهريّة، ويمنح رصيدَي تمييز (‏ورصيدَ «طلب مُدار» حين تكون الخدمةُ مفعّلة). **لا يتجدّد تلقائيّاً** — الخططُ لمدّةٍ محدّدة؛ عند انتهائه تعود الشركة إلى المجانية ويتوقّف وصولُ المواهب، ويُشترى من جديد.
- **إعلان مميز 14 يوماً**: شراءٌ لمرّة واحدة **لوظيفةٍ بعينها**: يجب اختيارُ وظيفةٍ **منشورةٍ وفعّالة** وغيرِ مميّزةٍ حاليّاً. بعد الدفع تحمل الوظيفةُ وسمَ **«إعلان مميز / ممول»** لمدّة الخطّة (14 يوماً) وتتصدّر نتائجَ البحث. (‏الشراءُ نفسُه يُنشئ التمييز؛ ولا يضيف رصيدَ تمييزٍ إلى اشتراكك.)
- **طلب توظيف مُدار**: بطاقةٌ مرجعيّة لخدمة «وظّف مع بازارنا» — **لا تُعرض كبطاقة شراءٍ ولا تُشترى**؛ والمبلغُ الفعليّ يأتي من **العرض التجاريّ** الذي يرسله فريقُنا لكلّ طلب (‏ملفّ «وظّف مع بازارنا»). والخدمةُ متوقّفةٌ حاليّاً.

### شرحُ كلّ حدٍّ بكلامٍ بسيط
**1) حدُّ النشر — «منشورات هذا الشهر»**
- **ماذا يعدّ؟** عددَ الوظائف التي **تُرسَل للمراجعة** في الشهر الميلاديّ — **لا عددَ الوظائف الظاهرة في الوقت نفسه**.
- **متى يُحسب؟** عند ضغط «إرسال للمراجعة» لأوّل مرّةٍ في الشهر لكلّ وظيفة. إعادةُ إرسال **الوظيفة نفسِها** في الشهر نفسِه (‏بعد «يحتاج تعديلات» مثلاً) لا تُحسب مرّةً ثانية؛ وإرسالُها في شهرٍ جديد يُحسب.
- **التجدّد**: أوّلَ كلّ شهرٍ ميلاديّ.
- **عند البلوغ**: يُرفض الإرسال برسالة «استنفدت حصة النشر لهذا الشهر (N)» مع اقتراح الترقية **إن وُجدت خطّةٌ تُشترى ترفع الحدّ**، وإلّا «— تتجدّد أوّلَ الشهر القادم». وإن كان الحدُّ 0: «خطتك الحالية لا تتضمن نشر وظائف».
- لا يُطبَّق إن كانت الفوترة غير مفعّلة في بلد الشركة.
- فوقه سقفٌ عامٌّ منفصل: **500 وظيفةٍ غير مؤرشفة لكلّ شركة** (‏افتراضيّ) مهما كانت الخطّة.

**2) مقاعدُ مسؤولي التوظيف**
- **يعدّ** أعضاءَ الفريق بدور **«مسؤول توظيف» فقط**: النشطين + الدعوات المعلّقة غير المنتهية. **المالك ومدير الشركة ومدير التوظيف والمُقابِل ومحلّل الفوترة والمدقّق لا يُحسبون.**
- **يُفحص** عند دعوة عضوٍ بدور مسؤول توظيف، وعند **تحويل** دور عضوٍ إليه. **تعديلُ نطاق مسؤول توظيفٍ قائمٍ لا يُفحص** (‏يشغل مقعدَه أصلاً). وأقلُّ عددٍ فعليٍّ مقعدٌ واحد.
- لا يُطبَّق إن كانت الفوترة غير مفعّلة في بلد الشركة.
- **عند البلوغ**: «بلغت الحد الأقصى لمقاعد مسؤولي التوظيف (N)» مع اقتراح الترقية أو «— أزل مقعداً أو ألغِ دعوةً لتحرير مكان».
- ليس دوريّاً: هو عددٌ في الوقت نفسه، يتحرّر بإزالة عضوٍ أو إلغاء دعوة.

**3) حصصُ المواهب — البحث · المشاهدة · الكشف · التنزيل**
تعمل هذه الحصصُ فقط حين يكون لدى الشركة **وصولٌ فعّال للمواهب**، وهو يُفعَّل تلقائيّاً مع **اشتراكٍ مدفوع** (‏أو تمنحه إدارةُ بازارنا)، وينتهي مع الاشتراك. وشروطُ الوصول الأخرى: الميزة مفعّلة في البلد · الشركة نشطة ومعتمدة **وبمستوى «شركة موثّقة من بازارنا» أو «شريك توظيف رسمي»** (‏الفردُ الموثَّق الهويّة لا يصل) · كلُّ عضوٍ يقبل **شروط بحث المواهب** مرّة · وكتابةُ **غرضٍ مشروع** لكلّ بحثٍ ومشاهدة.
- **البحث** (‏يوميّ وشهريّ): كلُّ عمليّة بحثٍ في مجموعة المواهب تُحسب من اليوم ومن الشهر، ويجب أن يتّسع الاثنان.
- **مشاهدة الملفّ** (‏يوميّ وشهريّ): كلُّ فتحٍ لملفّ مرشّحٍ من نتائج المواهب يُحسب (‏والتكرارُ يُحسب). **مشاهدةُ ملفّات المتقدّمين لوظائفك لا تُحسب.**
- **كشفُ التواصل** (‏يوميّ وشهريّ): الشركة تطلب التواصل، **والمرشّح يوافق** ويختار ما يشاركه (‏بريد · جوال · سيرة). يُحسب **مرّةً واحدةً فقط** عند أوّل فتحٍ للبيانات بعد الموافقة؛ والفتحُ اللاحق للطلب نفسِه مجّانيّ.
- **تنزيلُ السِّيَر** (‏شهريّ فقط): كلُّ تنزيلٍ لسيرةٍ شاركها المرشّح في طلب تواصلٍ مقبول يُحسب.
- **التجدّد**: اليوميُّ مع كلّ يومٍ جديد، والشهريُّ مع كلّ شهرٍ ميلاديّ — لا مع تاريخ الاشتراك.
- **عند البلوغ**: رسالةٌ **تسمّي الحصّة ومدّتها ومتى تتجدّد** — مثل «استنفدت حصّتك اليوميّة من مشاهدة ملفّات المواهب (20) — تتجدّد غداً» أو «… الشهريّة من تنزيل السِّيَر (10) — تتجدّد أوّلَ الشهر القادم». **وإن كانت القيمة 0**: «خطّتُك لا تتضمّن بحث المواهب» (‏أو مشاهدة الملفّات · كشف بيانات التواصل · تنزيل السِّيَر).

**4) أرصدةُ التمييز**
- تُمنح **مرّةً لكلّ اشتراك** (‏ليست شهريّة) وتُحفظ على الاشتراك نفسِه، ويظهر في «حدودُ اشتراككم» المتبقّي منها من المجموع.
- تُستعمل من زرّ **«استخدام رصيد تمييز (N)»** في صفحة الفوترة على وظيفةٍ منشورةٍ فعّالةٍ غيرِ مميّزة؛ كلُّ رصيدٍ = **14 يوماً** بوسم «إعلان مميز / ممول» («تم تمييز الوظيفة بوضوح كإعلان ممول»).
- يلزم **اشتراكٌ فعّال**، وعند النفاد: «استنفدت رصيد التمييز في خطتك». **الأرصدةُ غيرُ المستعملة تنتقل إلى الاشتراك الجديد** إن اشترت الشركةُ خطّةً والحاليُّ فعّال؛ وتضيع بانتهاء الاشتراك.

**5) أرصدةُ «طلب مُدار»** (‏مخفيّةٌ ما دامت خدمةُ التوظيف المُدار متوقّفة — وهي متوقّفةٌ حاليّاً)
- تُمنح **مرّةً لكلّ اشتراك**، **وتنتقل** إلى اشتراكٍ جديدٍ يُشترى والحاليُّ فعّال.
- حين تكون الخدمةُ مفعّلة: عرضٌ تجاريٌّ **مقبولٌ غيرُ مدفوع** بنموذج **«لكلّ طلب»** يظهر بجانبه زرّ **«استخدام رصيد طلب مُدار (N)»** ⟵ يُغطّى العرضُ بلا دفع (‏أيّاً كان مبلغُه)، ويصير «مدفوعاً»، ويُسجَّل في «السجل التجاري» بمبلغ 0. للمالك ومحلّل الفوترة فقط.
- **لا تُغطّي** عرضاً بنموذج «قائمة مختصرة» أو «اشتراك»: «رصيدُ الطلب المُدار يغطّي العروضَ بنموذج «لكلّ طلب» فقط — هذا العرضُ يُدفع». يلزم **اشتراكٌ فعّال**، وعند النفاد: «لا رصيدَ «طلب مُدار» متبقٍّ في خطّتك — ادفع العرضَ بدلاً منه».

**6) إعفاءُ المحادثات من الحذف التلقائيّ**
- إن شغّلت الإدارةُ **الحذفَ التلقائيّ لرسائل التوظيف** (‏مطفأٌ افتراضيّاً؛ والمدّةُ الافتراضيّة المزروعة 60 يوماً)، فالشركةُ التي عندها **اشتراكٌ فعّال بخطّةٍ فيها هذا الإعفاء** تُعامَل كمستثناة: تُحفظ رسائلُها مدّةً أطول تحدّدها الإدارة، أو **لا تُحذف أبداً**.
- **لا خطّةَ مزروعةٌ تمنحه افتراضيّاً** — تفعّله الإدارةُ على الخطّة.

### الشراء والدفع
1. **«اختيار الخطة»** (‏أو **«شراء التمييز»** بعد اختيار الوظيفة) يُنشئ **طلباً** برقمٍ مثل `JB-…` صالحاً **24 ساعة**، ويظهر في «السجل التجاري».
2. **على الموقع**: بوكس **«أكوادي»** (‏ضغطةٌ تعبّئ الكود) وخانة **«رمز خصم (اختياري)»** («سيُطبَّق عند اختيار الخطة»)؛ والخصمُ يُحسب في الخادم. إن غطّى الكوبونُ المبلغَ كلَّه تُفعَّل الخطّة فوراً بلا بوّابة دفع («فُعّلت الخطة بالكوبون بلا دفع»). وإلّا تنتقل إلى صفحة الدفع ثمّ تعود إلى صفحة الفوترة التي تتحقّق من الدفع وتعرض **بطاقةَ النتيجة**: «تمّ الدفعُ وتفعّلت باقةُ شركتك 🎉» · أو إلغاء/فشل «… ولم تتغيّر خطّةُ شركتك» مع إمكان المحاولة مجدّداً · أو «سنفعّل الخدمةَ تلقائيّاً فور وصول التأكيد ونُعلمك بإشعار». وإن لم تتوفّر وسيلةُ دفع: «لا توجد وسيلة دفع متاحة حالياً…».
3. **داخل تطبيقَي آيفون وأندرويد**: بوكس «الشراء داخل التطبيق — يتمّ الدفع عبر نافذة المتجر على جهازك» (‏آبل/جوجل) بمراحل ظاهرة ثمّ بطاقة النتيجة نفسِها، وزرّ **«استعادة المشتريات»**. تظهر في التطبيق **المجانيةُ دائماً**، والخططُ المدفوعة **فقط** إن فعّلتها الإدارةُ لتلك المنصّة ولها منتجُ متجر.
4. **بعد التأكيد**:
   - **اشتراك**: يبدأ الجديدُ **فوراً** (‏حدودُ الخطّة الجديدة تسري من لحظة الدفع) و**تُضاف مدّتُه إلى ما بقي من الاشتراك الفعّال** — من بقي له 10 أيّامٍ واشترى 30 يوماً ينتهي بعد 40. **وأرصدتُه غيرُ المستعملة تنتقل إليه.** يُطوى السابقُ بلا تذكيرٍ ولا «انتهى اشتراكك»، ويعمل وصولُ المواهب بحصص الخطّة الجديدة حتّى النهاية الممدَّدة. (‏اشتراكٌ بلا تاريخ نهاية — منحةٌ من الإدارة — لا يُمدَّد منه: يبدأ الجديدُ من لحظة الدفع.) وتقول الصفحةُ هذه القاعدةَ فوق الخطط حين يكون عندك اشتراكٌ فعّال.
   - **تمييز**: تُميَّز الوظيفةُ المختارة لمدّة الخطّة.
5. **الاسترداد**: إن استُرِدّ الدفع يُلغى الاشتراك أو التمييز المرتبط به. **وإن كان الاشتراكُ المستردُّ قد مدّد اشتراكاً سابقاً** يعود السابقُ فعّالاً بتاريخ نهايته الأصليّ (‏إن لم يمضِ)، مخصوماً منه ما استُعمل من الأرصدة المنقولة، ويبقى وصولُ المواهب حتّى نهايته. ويتوقّف وصولُ المواهب إن لم يبقَ اشتراكٌ فعّال.
- حالاتُ الطلب: بانتظار الدفع · قيد التحقق · مدفوع · فشل · ملغي · منتهي · مسترد.

### خطّةٌ خاصّةٌ من بازارنا · وحدودُ اشتراككم · والإيقاف
- **خطّةٌ مخصّصةٌ بحدودٍ خاصّة**: تتواصل الشركةُ مع فريقنا من **«التواصل مع بازارنا»** في مساحتها، فتمنحها الإدارةُ خطّةً بحدودٍ ومدّةٍ يُتّفق عليها.
- **أو رابطُ دفعٍ** يرسله فريقُنا إلى بريد الشركة: تفتحه وتدفع على الموقع (‏ببوّابة الدفع المعدّة لبلدك) فتُمنح الخطّةُ تلقائيّاً **وتصلك الفاتورةُ على بريدك**.
- **«حدودُ اشتراككم»** في الفوترة: بحثُ المواهب يوميّاً/شهريّاً · مشاهدةُ الملفّات يوميّاً/شهريّاً · كشفُ التواصل يوميّاً/شهريّاً · تنزيلُ السِّيَر شهريّاً · أرصدةُ التمييز (‏المتبقّي من المجموع). **الحدُّ المطبَّقُ حدُّ اشتراككم أنتم** (‏قد يختلف عن حدّ الخطّة المعلَن إن مُنحتم حدوداً خاصّة).
- **إن أُوقف الاشتراك** تظهر بطاقة: **«اشتراكُكم موقوفٌ مؤقّتاً»** بالسبب و«يُكمل N يوماً باقيةً حين يُستأنف — لا يضيع منه شيء»، أو **«أُوقف اشتراكُكم»** (‏نهائيّاً) بالسبب — ومعها رابط «تواصلوا مع الإدارة».

### خطّةُ مالك الشركة (‏نظام الخطط الموحّد)
إن كان **مالكُ الشركة** يملك خطّةً من نظام الخطط الموحّد تمنح خصائص الشركات (‏وظائف منشورة · مقاعد · بحث/مشاهدة/كشف/تنزيل)، **فالأكرمُ يفوز**: يُستعمل حدُّ خطّة المالك إن كان أعلى، أو **بلا حدّ** إن كانت تمنحه بلا حدّ. وتبقى شروطُ الوصول نفسُها (‏مثل وصول المواهب الفعّال والتوثيق).

### Where plans are managed
Each company has a **"Billing and plans"** page: `/jobs/company/:companyId/billing` (from the company workspace ⟶ "Billing and plans"; its back button returns you to the workspace).
- **Who can read it**: owner · company admin · analyst/billing · read-only auditor.
- **Who can buy, accept offers and use credits**: the **owner** and **analyst/billing** only (and only the owner can grant that role).
- **What the page shows, in order**:
  - Three cards: **"Current plan"** (with "Ends on" when the subscription has an end date) · **"Posts this month"** (used / limit) · **"Recruiter seats"**.
  - The stop card if the subscription was stopped (below) · and the **"Your subscription limits"** section when you have a subscription.
  - **"Company plans"**: a card per plan with its posts and seats, and a **"Choose plan"** button on paid plans.
  - **"Promote a published job"**: a "Job" list (published jobs not featured right now) and promotion cards with **"Buy promotion"**, plus a **"Use promotion credit (N)"** button when you have credits. With no eligible job: "No published job is currently eligible for promotion."
  - **"Managed recruitment offers"** — **hidden while the service is paused in your country** (it is currently paused).
  - **"Commercial history"**: reference · service · amount · status (empty: "No transactions yet.").
  - At the top there is also an entry to **your personal plans** in the unified plan system (when any exist), which are separate from the company's plans.
- **States**: a loading spinner · "Billing workspace could not be loaded." with **"Retry"** · and instead of an empty grid: "No plans available here yet", "Plans are paused for now" (anything already bought stays active until it ends) or "Could not load the plans" with retry.
- If **billing is disabled in the company's country**, purchases are refused with "Jobs billing is unavailable in this country", **and neither the monthly posting limit nor the recruiter-seat limit applies** (since no plan can be bought to raise them).
- If the Bazarrna team closes **Jobs plans**, new purchases are blocked while existing subscribers are untouched.

### The seeded plans (default values — not fixed facts)
Four plans are seeded automatically per country if missing and **are never overwritten once the admin edits them**. **Always read live values with the  tool** (limits · status · app visibility).
- **Free** — every company's base (monthly).
- **Growth** — a 30-day subscription.
- **Featured for 14 days** — a one-time promotion of one job.
- **Managed recruitment request** — a reference card for the "Hire with Bazarrna" service (hidden while the service is paused).

### Each plan explained
- **Free**: what **every company** has without a subscription, and what it falls back to when any subscription ends. With seeded values it allows two job submissions per month and one recruiter seat, **and no talent-search access**.
- **Growth**: a 30-day subscription from the moment payment is confirmed (or **added to what is left** when the company already has an active subscription). It raises posting to 10 per month and seats to 3, **unlocks talent search** with its daily and monthly quotas, and gives two promotion credits (and one "managed request" credit when that service is enabled). **It does not renew automatically** — plans are for a set period; when it ends the company returns to Free, talent access stops, and it has to be bought again.
- **Featured for 14 days**: a one-time purchase **for one specific job**: you must pick a **published, active** job that is not featured right now. After payment the job carries a **"Featured / Sponsored"** label for the plan duration (14 days) and ranks first in search results. (The purchase itself creates the promotion; it adds no promotion credit to your subscription.)
- **Managed recruitment request**: a reference card for the "Hire with Bazarrna" service — **it is not shown as a purchasable card and cannot be bought**; the amount actually charged comes from the **commercial offer** our team sends for each request (the "Hire with Bazarrna" file). The service is currently paused.

### Each limit in plain words
**1) Posting limit — "Posts this month"**
- **What it counts:** the number of jobs **submitted for review** in the calendar month — **not how many jobs are live at the same time**.
- **When it counts:** when "Submit for review" is pressed for the first time in the month for each job. Re-submitting **the same job** in the same month (e.g. after "Needs changes") is not counted again; submitting it in a new month counts.
- **Renewal:** on the first day of each calendar month.
- **When reached:** submission is refused with "You used this month's posting quota (N)", suggesting an upgrade **only if a purchasable plan raises the limit**, otherwise "— it renews at the start of next month". With a limit of 0: "Your current plan does not include job posts."
- Not enforced when billing is disabled in the company's country.
- A separate global ceiling sits above it: **500 non-archived jobs per company** (default), whatever the plan.

**2) Recruiter seats**
- **Counts only** team members with the **Recruiter** role: active ones plus pending, unexpired invitations. **Owner, company admin, hiring manager, interviewer, analyst/billing and auditor are not counted.**
- **Checked** when inviting a member as recruiter and when **changing** a member's role to recruiter. **Editing the scope of an existing recruiter is not checked** (they already hold their seat). The effective minimum is one seat.
- Not enforced when billing is disabled in the company's country.
- **When reached:** "Recruiter seat limit reached (N)" with an upgrade suggestion or "— remove a seat or cancel an invitation to free one".
- Not periodic: it is a count at any one time, freed by removing a member or cancelling an invitation.

**3) Talent quotas — search · view · reveal · download**
These quotas only work when the company has **active talent access**, which switches on automatically with a **paid subscription** (or is granted by the Bazarrna team) and ends with the subscription. Other access conditions: the feature is enabled in the country · the company is active and approved **at the "Bazarrna verified company" or "Official recruitment partner" level** (identity-verified individuals do not get access) · every member accepts the **talent-search terms** once · a **legitimate purpose** is typed for each search and view.
- **Search** (daily and monthly): each talent-pool search counts against the day and the month; both must have room.
- **Profile view** (daily and monthly): each opening of a candidate profile from talent results counts (repeats count). **Viewing the profiles of people who applied to your jobs does not count.**
- **Contact reveal** (daily and monthly): the company requests contact, **the candidate accepts** and chooses what to share (email · phone · CV). It counts **only once**, at the first opening of the data after acceptance; later openings of the same request are free.
- **CV download** (monthly only): each download of a CV the candidate shared in an accepted contact request counts.
- **Renewal:** daily counters reset every day, monthly ones every calendar month — not on the subscription date.
- **When reached:** a message **naming the quota, its period and when it renews** — e.g. "You used your daily talent profile views quota (20) — it renews tomorrow" or "… monthly CV downloads quota (10) — it renews at the start of next month". **If the value is 0:** "Your plan does not include talent searches" (or talent profile views · contact reveals · CV downloads).

**4) Promotion credits**
- Granted **once per subscription** (not monthly) and stored on that subscription; "Your subscription limits" shows how many are left of the total.
- Used from the **"Use promotion credit (N)"** button on the billing page, on a published, active, not-yet-featured job; each credit = **14 days** with the "Featured / Sponsored" label ("The job is now clearly marked as sponsored.").
- Requires an **active subscription**; when none are left: "Promotion credits exhausted". **Unused credits carry over to the new subscription** when the company buys a plan while the current one is active; they are lost when the subscription ends.

**5) "Managed request" credits** (hidden while managed recruitment is paused — it is currently paused)
- Granted **once per subscription**, and **carried over** to a new subscription bought while the current one is active.
- When the service is enabled: an **accepted, unpaid** commercial offer with the **"per request"** model shows a **"Use managed-request credit (N)"** button ⟶ the offer is covered with no payment (whatever its amount), becomes "paid", and is recorded in the "Commercial history" at 0. Owner and analyst/billing only.
- **Does not cover** a "shortlist" or "subscription" offer: "A managed-request credit covers per-request offers only — this offer must be paid." Requires an **active subscription**; when none are left: "No managed-request credit is left in your plan — pay the offer instead."

**6) Chat auto-delete exemption**
- If the Bazarrna team turns on **automatic deletion of hiring messages** (off by default; seeded default period 60 days), a company with an **active subscription on a plan carrying this exemption** is treated as exempt: its messages are kept for a longer period set by the team, or **never deleted**.
- **No seeded plan grants it by default** — the team enables it on a plan.

### Buying and paying
1. **"Choose plan"** (or **"Buy promotion"** after picking a job) creates an **order** numbered like `JB-…`, valid for **24 hours**, which appears in the "Commercial history".
2. **On the website**: a **"My codes"** box (one tap fills the code) and a **"Discount code (optional)"** field ("Applied when you choose a plan."); the discount is calculated on the server. If the coupon covers the full amount the plan is activated immediately with no payment gateway ("Plan activated with the coupon — no payment needed."). Otherwise you go to the checkout page and return to the billing page, which verifies the payment and shows a **result card**: "Payment confirmed — your company plan is active 🎉" · or cancelled/failed "…, and your company plan is unchanged." with the option to try again · or "we will activate the service automatically as soon as it is confirmed and notify you." If no payment method is available: "No payment method is currently available…".
3. **Inside the iPhone and Android apps**: an "In-app purchase — Payment happens through the store sheet on your device" box (Apple/Google) with visible stages and then the same result card, and a **"Restore purchases"** button. The app always shows **Free**; paid plans appear **only** if the Bazarrna team enabled them for that platform and they have a store product.
4. **After confirmation**:
   - **Subscription**: the new one starts **immediately** (the new plan's limits apply from payment) and **its duration is added to what is left of the active subscription** — 10 days left plus a 30-day plan ends in 40 days. **Its unused credits carry over.** The previous one is closed with no reminder and no "your subscription ended" notice, and talent access runs with the new plan's quotas until the extended end. (A subscription with no end date — a grant from the team — is not extended from: the new one starts at payment.) The page states this rule above the plans when you have an active subscription.
   - **Promotion**: the chosen job is featured for the plan duration.
5. **Refund**: when a payment is refunded, the linked subscription or promotion is cancelled. **If the refunded subscription had extended an earlier one**, the earlier one becomes active again with its original end date (if not passed), minus any carried-over credits already used, and talent access stays until its end. Talent access stops if no active subscription remains.
- Order statuses: pending payment · verifying · paid · failed · cancelled · expired · refunded.

### A custom plan from Bazarrna · your subscription limits · pausing
- **A custom plan with custom limits**: the company contacts our team via **"Talk to Bazarrna"** in its workspace, and the team grants a plan with agreed limits and duration.
- **Or a payment link** our team emails to the company: open it, pay on the website (with the payment gateway set up for your country), the plan is granted automatically **and the invoice arrives by email**.
- **"Your subscription limits"** in billing: talent searches per day/month · profile views per day/month · contact reveals per day/month · CV downloads per month · promotion credits (remaining of total). **The enforced limit is your subscription's own** (it may differ from the advertised plan limit if you were granted custom limits).
- **If the subscription is stopped** a card shows: **"Your subscription is paused"** with the reason and "It resumes with N days left — nothing is lost.", or **"Your subscription was stopped"** (permanently) with the reason — plus a "Contact the admin team" link.

### The company owner's plan (unified plan system)
If the **company owner** holds a plan from the unified plan system that grants company features (job posts · seats · search/view/reveal/download), **the more generous value wins**: the owner's limit is used when higher, or **unlimited** when the plan grants unlimited. The other access conditions still apply (such as active talent access and verification).

### Summary
- The numbers above are seeded default values; **live values are read with the  tool**.
- The "posting limit" is **the number of submissions for review in the calendar month**, seats are **for recruiters only**, and talent quotas **need a verified company and active talent access (a paid subscription or a grant)**.
