### أين الصفحة؟
«هداياي وأكوادي» صفحةٌ **داخل كلّ موقع** بلوحته وزرّ رجوعه:

- تُفتح من «حسابي» ⟵ **«هداياي وأكوادي»** في كلّ موقع.

### صندوق «أدخل كوداً» — «تحقّق وأضِف»
اكتب الكود (‏المسافاتُ تُحذف والأحرفُ تُكبَّر تلقائيّاً) ⟵ **«تحقّق وأضِف»** («جارٍ الفحص…»). النتيجة:
- **كوبون**: «أُضيف إلى أكوادك: خصمُ …٪ — النطاق · صالحٌ حتّى …». وإن كان موجوداً: «هذا الكودُ موجودٌ في «المتاحة» — جاهزٌ للاستعمال».
- **هديّة خطّة**: «تفعّلت هديّتك 🎉 [الخطّة] مجّاناً حتّى [التاريخ]».
- **هديّة يدويّة**: «وصلنا طلبُ هديّتك 🎉 — [وصف الهديّة]» أو «سنتواصل معك لتجهيزها».
- **كودٌ لموقعٍ آخر**: يُقبل ويُقال: «هذا الكودُ لموقع … — تجده في «أكوادي» هناك» مع رابط «افتح أكوادي في …».
- **محاولاتٌ كثيرة**: إدخالُ أكوادٍ كثيرةٍ في وقتٍ قصير يُظهر «محاولاتٌ كثيرةٌ لإدخال الأكواد — حاول بعد ربع ساعة».

**رسائلُ الرفض الشائعة**

### قواعدُ الحملات
- **حسابٌ واحدٌ = استعمالٌ واحدٌ لكلّ حملة**، و**رقمُ جوالٍ واحدٌ = استعمالٌ واحدٌ لكلّ حملة** حين تشترط الحملةُ الجوال (‏ويُقاس برقم **بلد الحملة** الموثَّق إن كانت لبلد).
- **المقاعدُ مضمونة**: حين تحدّد الحملةُ عدداً أقصى لا يتجاوزه الاستعمالُ أبداً، حتّى لو أدخل كثيرون الكودَ في اللحظة نفسِها.
- شروطٌ تختارها الإدارة: بلدٌ محدّد · المسجَّلون بعد بدء الحملة أو بعد تاريخ · الأفراد أو أصحابُ الأعمال · اشتراطُ الجوال الموثّق · فترةُ البدء والانتهاء · أكوادٌ مخصّصةٌ لحسابٍ معيّن.
- **الإشعارات**: عند التفعيل إشعارٌ «🎁 تفعّلت هديّتك» أو «🎁 وصلنا طلبُ هديّتك»، وعند تجهيز الهديّة اليدويّة «🎁 جهزت هديّتك». **يظهر في إشعارات موقع الهديّة** (‏خطّةُ السوق في إشعارات السوق…)، والهديّةُ المشتركةُ أو اليدويّةُ في **إشعارات الحساب** التي تظهر في صفحة إشعارات كلّ موقع — والضغطُ يفتح تبويب «المستعملة» في «أكوادي» ذلك الموقع. قد تُلغي الإدارةُ هديّةً فتنتهي الخطّةُ الممنوحة فوراً وتظهر «أُلغيت».

### التبويبات
1. **المتاحة**: صندوق «أدخل كوداً» + الكوبوناتُ الصالحة والتي «يبدأ قريباً» + أكوادُ الحملات المخصّصة لك (‏زرّ **«فعّل الهديّة»**). لكلّ كوبون: الخصم · الاسم · النطاق · الحدُّ الأدنى للطلب · الكود · «صالحٌ حتّى» · «استعملتَه X من Y» · وزرّ **«استعمله الآن»** حيث يوجد مسارُ استعمال: كوبونُ الإعلانات ⟵ «إعلاناتي» `/ads/my` (‏اختر الإعلانَ ثمّ «ترويج VIP») · السوق ⟵ السلّة `/market/cart` · الوظائف ⟵ مساحةُ الشركة `/jobs/company` (‏ثمّ الفوترة).
2. **المستعملة**: الهدايا المفعّلة («فعّالة حتّى …» · «قيد التجهيز» · «جُهّزت») والكوبوناتُ المستنفدة.
3. **المنتهية**: الهدايا المنتهية أو الملغاة والكوبوناتُ المنتهية وأكوادُ الحملات المنتهية.
4. **العروض** (‏تظهر فقط حين توجد حملةٌ مفتوحةٌ للعرض): بطاقاتُ الحملات المفتوحة + صندوق «كودُ العرض» («بعضُ العروض يلزمها توثيقُ رقم جوالك» إن اشترطتها حملةٌ ظاهرة).
- كلُّ تبويبٍ يعرض **أكوادَ هذا الموقع** (‏والأكوادَ العامّة لكلّ المواقع)، ثمّ صندوقاً منقّطاً **«أكوادٌ لمواقع أخرى (N)»** أو «عروضٌ في مواقع أخرى» مجمّعةً بالموقع مع «افتح أكوادي في …».

- وصولُك من رابط حملةٍ يفتح «العروض» تلقائيّاً إن كانت ظاهرة.

### روابطُ الحملات `?promo=CODE`
- أيُّ رابطٍ في الموقع يحمل `?promo=CODE` **يُحفظ الكودُ في المتصفّح** ويُزال من العنوان.
- عند فتح «هداياي وأكوادي» يكون الكودُ مكتوباً مسبقاً مع «وصل الكودُ من الرابط — اضغط «تحقّق وأضِف»». **لا يُفعَّل تلقائيّاً** — يلزم الضغط.
- يُمسح الكودُ المحفوظ بعد نجاحه أو إذا كان منتهياً/مستعملاً/غيرَ صالحٍ نهائيّاً.

### أين يُستعمل كوبونُ الخصم؟
صندوقٌ «عندك X كود خصمٍ لهذا القسم / عندك كود؟» يظهر في صفحات الدفع، والضغطُ على كودٍ يضعه في خانة الكوبون:

### داخل تطبيقَي الآيفون وأندرويد
- **كوبوناتُ الخصم تُستعمل عند الدفع من موقع bazarrna.net فقط**؛ الشراءُ داخل التطبيق يمرّ عبر آبل/جوجل بسعر المتجر. لذلك يظهر في «المتاحة» وفي صفحات الشراء: «يُستعمل الخصمُ عند الدفع من موقع bazarrna.net — الشراءُ داخل التطبيق بسعر المتجر» بدل «استعمله الآن».
- **لا يُعرض «عندك كود؟» داخل التطبيق لمن لا يملك كوبوناً صالحاً**؛ ومن يملك يرى سطراً «عندك N كود خصم — يُستعمل عند الدفع من موقع bazarrna.net فقط» فوق زرّ الشراء.
- **على الآيفون** لا تظهر إلّا الحملاتُ التي فعّلت الإدارةُ ظهورَها على iOS، وكودُ حملةٍ غيرُ مفعّلٍ هناك يردّ: «فعّل هذا الكودَ من موقع بازارنا — وتظهر هديّتُك هنا في حسابك».

### Where is the page?
"My gifts & codes" is a page **inside each site** with its layout and back button:
`/ads/gifts` · `/ratings/gifts` (and `/reviews/gifts`) · `/market/gifts` · `/jobs/gifts`.
- Opened from "My Account" ⟶ **"My gifts & codes"** on every site.
- Old links: `/gifts` ⟶ `/ads/gifts`, and `/market/coupons` and `/profile/coupons` ⟶ `/market/gifts`.
- The page needs you to be signed in; a visitor sees "Create account" and "Sign in" buttons, and **after signing in returns automatically to this page on the same site**.
- **Tabs don't move the page**: switching tabs keeps you where you are and doesn't jump the page up or down.

- **A visitor arriving from a code link** also sees "Your code is saved: …" and "Sign in or create an account — then come back here to use your code", and the code stays saved until they come back.

Header text: "Enter any code you received — a discount coupon is kept here until it expires, or a gift activates right away."

### Two kinds of codes

The numbers (discount percentage · cap · duration · number of seats) **are set by the team per coupon and campaign** — they are not fixed, and the live value is shown on the code's own card in “My codes”.

### The "Enter a code" box — "Check & add"
Type the code (spaces are removed and letters upper-cased automatically) ⟶ **"Check & add"** ("Checking…"). Result:
- **Coupon**: "Added to your codes: …% off — scope · valid until …". If already there: "This code is already in “Available” — ready to use."
- **Plan gift**: "Your gift is active 🎉 [plan] free until [date]."
- **Manual gift**: "We received your gift request 🎉 — [gift description]" or "we will contact you to prepare it."
- **Code for another site**: accepted, with "This code is for … — find it in “My codes” there" and an "Open my codes in …" link.
- **Too many attempts**: entering many codes in a short while shows "Too many code attempts — try again in 15 minutes."

**Common rejection messages**
- "That code is not valid — check you typed it as received."
- Coupon: "This code was switched off" · "This code expired on …" · "This code starts on … — enter it then" · "This code is used up" · "This code is for another country" · "This code belongs to another account / is reserved for specific accounts" · "You already used this code the allowed number of times — see “Used”."
- Campaign: "This campaign has not started yet" · "All places for this code are taken" · "This code has expired" · "This campaign has ended" · "This campaign is paused for now" · "This code belongs to another account" · "This code has been fully used" · "This code is for another country" · "This code is for new sign-ups only" · "This code is for businesses (a Market store or a Jobs company)" · "This code is for individuals" · "You already used this campaign — see the “Used” tab in “My codes”" · "This phone number already used the campaign from another account" · "The gift is not set up yet — please contact us."
- **"Verify your phone number first to activate the gift"** — **and a country campaign requires a phone verified for that same country**: "This gift needs a phone number verified in Qatar/Syria — verify it from your account page (while on that country's site)" — with a **"Verify my phone"** button that opens the verification dialog **for the selected country** (it also opens for users verified only in the other country · see [Phone verification (Qatar and Syria) — WhatsApp and Telegram](https://bazarrna.net/docs/phone-verification.md)).

### Campaign rules
- **One account = one use per campaign**, and **one phone number = one use per campaign** when the campaign requires a phone (measured with the verified number of **the campaign's country** when it has one).
- **Seats are guaranteed**: when a campaign has a maximum, it is never exceeded, even if many people enter the code at the same moment.
- Conditions chosen by the team: a specific country · users registered after the campaign start or after a date · individuals or businesses · a verified phone · start and end dates · codes assigned to a specific account.
- **Notifications**: on activation "🎁 Your gift is active" or "🎁 We received your gift request", and when a manual gift is prepared "🎁 Your gift is ready". **They appear in the gift's site notifications** (a Market plan in Market notifications…), and shared or manual gifts in **account notifications**, which show on every site's notifications page — tapping opens the “Used” tab of that site's “My codes”. Admins may revoke a gift, which ends the granted plan immediately and shows "Cancelled".

### The tabs
1. **Available**: the "Enter a code" box + valid and "Starts soon" coupons + campaign codes assigned to you (**"Activate gift"** button). Each coupon shows: discount · name · scope · minimum order · the code · "valid until" · "used X of Y" · and a **"Use it now"** button where a usage path exists: an Ads coupon ⟶ "My Ads" `/ads/my` (pick the listing, then "Promote VIP") · Market ⟶ the cart `/market/cart` · Jobs ⟶ the company workspace `/jobs/company` (then billing).
2. **Used**: activated gifts ("Active until …" · "Being prepared" · "Delivered") and exhausted coupons.
3. **Expired**: ended or cancelled gifts, expired coupons and ended campaign codes.
4. **Offers** (shown only when an open campaign is displayed): cards of open campaigns + an "Offer code" box ("some offers need a verified phone number" when a visible campaign requires it).
- Each tab shows **this site's codes** (plus all-site codes), then a dashed box **"Codes for other sites (N)"** or "Offers on other sites", grouped by site with "Open my codes in …".
- **Lists are shown page by page inside a scroll box**, with page numbers below: 10 codes per page for this site's codes, and 5 per page for each other site in the dashed box. States: loading (spinner) · error (card with "Try again") · empty ("No codes available for … right now" · "You have not used any code on this site yet" · "No expired codes on this site").
- Arriving from a campaign link opens "Offers" automatically if it is shown.

### Campaign links `?promo=CODE`
- Any site link carrying `?promo=CODE` **saves the code in the browser** and removes it from the address.
- When "My gifts & codes" is opened, the code is pre-filled with "The code came from your link — press “Check & add”." **It is not applied automatically** — you must press the button.
- The saved code is cleared after success or when it is permanently expired/used/invalid.

### Where is a discount coupon used?
A box "You have X discount code(s) here / Have a code?" appears on payment pages; tapping a code puts it in the coupon field:

- At checkout the server checks: status · scope · country · start and end dates · **minimum amount** · total limit · per-user limit · assignment. Percentage discounts are capped, and fixed discounts never exceed the amount.

### Inside the iPhone and Android apps
- **Discount coupons are used when paying on bazarrna.net only**; in-app purchases go through Apple/Google at the store price. So "Available" and purchase pages show "The discount is used when paying on bazarrna.net — in-app purchases use the store price" instead of "Use it now".
- **"Have a code?" is not shown inside the app to users without a valid coupon**; users who have one see a line "You have N discount code(s) — it can only be used when paying on bazarrna.net" above the buy button.
- **On iPhone** only campaigns the team enabled for iOS are shown, and a campaign code not enabled there replies: "Activate this code on the Bazarrna website — your gift then appears here in your account."
